This is going to be my new staple place - it’s off of 45 closer to league city and they have a pretty good selection of items and great prices. I didn’t want to wait for items to be mailed so I came here. It’s a family small business and they were very nice and helpful!

My experience was horrible. I was disrespect to the fullest, I was trying to ask the older lady a question and she acted as if she didnt speak english. She responded to the cashier instead of me, didnt give me eye contact at all but because the cashier stated something wrong what the woman was saying then she spoke to me. An I cant bare going in the store, Ill go out of way just to avoid this store.

I love coming here for my images but the lady in the front desk who does the images has the worst energy and I don’t even feel welcome to come here, the other girl who’s at the cashier is super sweet. 1 star because the image lady really ruins my whole experience.

I needed 5 cake forms (dummies) last weekend (asap), I called and not only did Fiesta Baking Supplies have them, they were more than half the cost of Hobby Lobby! I was VERY pleasantly surprised when she told me the price! :-) The lady who helped was named Frances and she told me I could pay online with a cc or pay when I got there (I was coming from Galveston County). Frances was so friendly and very helpful. Thank you for that because good customer service is a rare thing these days and when I experience it... its greatly appreciated. Another bonus.. its on the south side of town, so I dont have to drive to the other side of Houston. Thank you for saving me when I was in a bind, Frances! I have been coming here for years as its the only place around but the service is terrible. I am almost never recieved in a positive manner. At times we feel as if we are not wanted in the store and the variety of products has changed over the years.

Went in today for my first time. I was blown away by the selection and how organized it all is. Angie helped me out with some sugar sheets, plus gave me some good tips and advice (Im an amatuer baker), she was absolutely wonderful! I will be coming back to your store frequently!

Ive stated going to fiesta a few months ago and everytime is great, they have everything I need and or want. The ladies that work there are always nice and helpful and would recommend anyone to try them out.

Super helpful when I went into the store. Super helpful when I registered for one of their classes. I missed the original cut off date to register for the Thanksgiving cookie class but Francis helped to get me into the class. Good customer service is so hard to come by. I love when people go out of their way to help. I will follow up with a review of the class.FOLLOW UP: The cookie class was fun. I learned a lot about working with royal icing. Looking forward to the next one.

Very helpful, their chocolate is a must have. But this prices are high. You can order most of you supplies overseas in bulk.
