I just moved to Houston and I thought I knew what I was looking for. I went into the store and was immediately greeted by Brad. He was kind and asked me if I had a specific bed in mind. They did not have the bed I wanted and he proceeded to show me all the other options available. I was even offered a pillow to help replicate my sleep position. Once we finally settled on a specific bed he got right to work trying to get me the bed ASAP. Matthew was such a gem as well he assisted me in narrowing down my selections and was looking to see where they could get it from and how soon. These guys were amazing. I was never pressured or bullied into going with something I didn’t want. They even got me hooked up on free next day delivery and adjustable base. They made sure I was comfortable and secure with my purchase, making sure to tell me about the 120 night sleep trail with a full refund. I want to say thanks to them for making me feel at home in a new state and new furniture store.

I would recommend purchasing a mattress here! Mr. Rose is knowledgeable in all the various brands and took into consideration all of my wants/concerns as I was looking for a new mattress. They have no gimmicks, easy financing options, and great communication throughout the whole process.As far as delivery of the mattress, we scheduled a 6hr window while in the store, and the night before delivery the Company calls to reduce this to a 2hr block. The day of delivery this was confirmed within a 30min window. The Company definitely came through on their delivery promise which I really appreciate and wish other Companies had a better handle on.If I ever need a new mattress Ill definitely be back to this location to work with Mr. Rose.

Came in for mattress and I was greeted by Mike ! He was very warm and inviting! He was able to explain a lot about the mattresses and asked me a lot questions about my sleeping habits to come up with best possible bed for what I was looking for!!! I went into mattress shopping not knowing how important a good mattress is. I was overwhelmed with options and prices. I was able to tell Sina (GREAT associate) what I was looking for and he provided options that fit into my budget. Heres the kicker... I was doing all of this from a distance. I was guided through the process, asked the right questions, given recommendations, and then able to choose. I never once actually laid on the mattress that I purchased. Nerve wrecking, right? READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!!! So, we heard on the radio about this promo, if you spent $699.00 or more get a free adjustable bed. So we went and spent $811.00 worth of products. The sales associate did not honored without explanation, I left a message and a manager called me and said that the fine print states that is with an individual mattress ( what fine print? Is a radio spot helloooo!) anyways I just don’t wanna argue. Mislead information. Don’t let them fool you! Make sure you READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE RADIO HAHAHAHA!! That’s stupid.

I bought a twin bed box spring. The salesman that helped me was very nice, & helped get it in my suv. Then I had to come back & buy a twin bed frame because the box spring I just bought made the final height too high. Same salesmen, same good service. However, once I had the frame together, it was to small to fit the box spring I just purchased. Keep in mind the only adjustment allowed is twin, double or queen. Once you pick twin, the box spring should fit, but it doesnt!!!! Very frustrating!!!

Very positive experience. Our first mattress which we really liked in the store but after a couple of months sleeping on it at home it started to become uncomfortable. They honored the 100 day trial. We found a second mattress we liked better, and they picked up our first mattress and gave us a full credit to the second which was actually more expensive. Very happy with the second mattress. Sales people were very friendly and very helpful but were not pushy. We lost our mattress due to hurricane Harvey and tried a lot of different brands at a lot of different stores. This one was by far the most positive experience. Highly recommend.

I was desperate and if it wasnt for Mike I could not have gotten the mattresses delivered at the exact time I needed. It was so important to be delivered and it was!His true care and understanding made such an impact on my life and my daughter.In my opinion, I would never go anywhere else for a mattress.

Mike made me feel like he didn’t want me to buy my bed from the mattress firm website. I was asking about the older model than what I bought and he made it sound like it was a headache and more expensive to deal with potential problems than if I bought in store.When I told him the price I was offered for the mattress, box spring, frame was lower than what he offered in store he argued it wasn’t much and it wasn’t until I was about to walk away that he offered to honor that lower price. I didn’t feel pushed but backed into a corner (next to no options). I don’t want to work with him again and his talking about himself was working against him.
