The process of picking up a load was easy and simple. You park your truck on the street and walk to the door, ring the bell. Some one will come out and get your load info, take your phone number and call you once they are ready for you to bump the dock. If youre late, you may be there a long time. Tandems must be slid back. The actual time it took to load the trailer was very quick.Nice people.

The loading docks are small 3 doors in all. The employees were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. DO NOT LOAD OUT OF THIS FACILITY WITH A MULTI-TEMP REFER!! The loads on average are 45000 lbs this is too much weight. The brokers lie, I was over gross by 1200lbs and it took 21 hour to correct the issue. They also need to learn to distribute the weight better on refers we are already heavy in the nose.

I picked up a load here. Was informed after loaded that my appointment wasnt scheduled. Strange since they started loading exactly on the appointment time broker gave me. But got loaded quick so not bad.

Worst place. They have no workers waste your time waiting time is 7 to 8 hours. No restrooms avoid them please and from them broker is not going to pay a detention because they lie about arriving time.

Street parking available. Loading/unloading time varies, depends on stroke of luck. Always heavy loads out of here

Never will I drink from the products of Mott, Shasta..... u should of seem inside the production areas warehouse.. .

For truckers please avoid this shipper because I am late 5min my appointment was 5pm I check in 5.05pm but they’re not loading my truck they said you’re late

Place is terrible. Takes way too long to get loaded after bumping the dock.

I had a great experience they got me unloaded real fast about 45 minutes and theres parking on the street in front of the shipping and receiving

Have to go to the door, ring the doorbell and wait for someone to come out to check you in and out, overnight street parking allowed ( area don’t look the safest), make sure you are on time for your appt or they will put you after the others who arrived on time, fast loading (50 mins)

Drivers pay attention to all the 1 star reviews recently. We had an apt at1200 and did not leave until 1830. They gave us every excuse....your load is staged and we will get you in a door soon to we have 3 forklifts down right now! They are now on our do not go to list!

Good load but weights not accurate

Had an 1 pm appointment on a Saturday and there’s no one to answer the door!! Been here for an hour now!

I guess it wasnt to bad. Arrived at 1245 for 1300 appointment. Didnt get a dock until 1359 and was out with paperwork at 1445.

You can check in early but they work by appt. mine is 1300 got a dock 12noon (overnight parking) on the side of street

Nice people working here. Can park overnight on the street. Dont usually load early but they are quick to get it on the truck and load it correctly.

Very very very slow to unload or load be ready to spend half day there waiting

They didnt come outside and knock on my door when they couldnt reach me by phone. So they put my p/u behind 10 other trucks when I was there 3 hrs. Before my appointment. I wasted aday because I couldnt deliver until the following day at 8:pm. Very inconsiderate.😝

Got in and got loaded in a reasonable amount of time. Parking is next to none and in the dock potholes big enough to swallow your truck! Other than that it was ok.

They say we dont have room for the sh...t we ordered looks like this is a habit for them.here at 6 30 am and now 4pm and still waiting probably till tomorrow since they close at 5 ...added to the black list 😡😡

Appointment times mean nothing to these people. Plus the product that they ordered, they dont have room for it. My wait time before getting a dock was 8hrs 45 mins.

There’s a Pilot Express up the street, overnight street parking with regular police patrols, checked in at 0745 and was out within a hour.

I waited for a load of soda for 6 hours at Shasta with no trucks there think about it

This place is a hole they expect you to bring a 18 wheeler down here and tear stuff up in the process put a hole in the trailer at least it didnt go all the way through but still its a brand new freaking trailer good lord you would think that they would make these places bigger for 18 wheelers and not put poles big rocks and fences and such in the way this is just crazy
