I came here about a year ago and got my septum pierced and somehow the guy messed up and the needle didn’t go all the way through my nose and he had to push it through which hurt soooo bad, I pierced my septum myself once and it didn’t hurt that bad, also it’s crooked and when I change it I have to push it in downwards and to the side to get it through and it feels super weird, i honestly hate changing it bc of that. I have other piercings and this one was the worst one, I never would’ve thought…

Front desk girl was rude and atmosphere was awkward. Piercing healed well though

They were nice and took me in for a walk in but my belly button piercing is super crooked... I’m having to take it out to let it heal and have it redone someplace else...Edit: I went to Creative Concepts Tattoos and Piercings to ask the opinion of another piercer and she agreed it was super crooked AND they apparently used the wrong jewelry so she removed it free of charge and told me to come back when it heals and she’ll fix it.

Seen a couple of ratings for the nose piercings and had a couple of friends tell me to go because they have gotten tattoos before there. But Decided to get a nose piercing from there. From the get go the piercing was too low and kept falling inwards and had to keep pushing it back out until It didn’t push back out and physically had to pull it out. Idk if it was just a bad person who did the piercing but would never try it again at least this place.

Everyone always asks where I get my ink work done and I tell them SOUTHERN BOYS!!!! I highly recommend this this shop! The artists and the receptionists are always friendly and take the time to make sure you’re happy with your piece. My husband and I have been coming to this shop for 6 years and never had a problem! I love this shop!!!

Fabian was super sweet, he did my nose piercing last night and was very thorough and helpful helping me make decisions and advising me about the piercing, 10/10 would recommend. It was super quick too, the whole process including paper work took all of 15 minutes

Have been here multiple times. Got half a sleeve done, my nose pierced 3 times & my nipples pierced. Great experience. They also have 2 for 30$ piercings so it’s a great deal! Tattoo pricing might be expensive but you are paying for good quality.

The absolute best shop Ive found so far in Houston!!! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was very neat and clean. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful and eager to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for a great price. She was so sweet! Val did our piercings; one vertical hood piercing and one septum piercing. He was a gentleman the entire time!!! He was very professional and respectful through the process as he explain everything to us from beginning to end. He has the patience of a saint! Through all the squirming and almost backing out he talked us through each process and kept an amazing composure. I will absolutely be coming back very soon for more work. This was an amazing experience and the company is awesome!!!!!

The most absolutely best piercing session I have ever had!! Ive came here many times in the past for price quotes and the staff is friendly ever single time. I recommend you come here for every piercing you get. Dano is his name I believe hes the most chillest dude I have ever met. I came in for nipple piercings and let me tell you I was nervous as hell. He explained everything from start to finish on how the process was going to go as well as great aftercare tips. He made sure I didnt pass out by giving me water and laying down between each piercing. Clean equipment. Clean facility. Excellent professional service not once did I ever feel uncomfortable. I cant wait until they heal!! Thank yall again!

I was somewhat a skeptic viewing the outside of the facility, but once i came in and spoke to monster about my tat and what i wanted, I couldnt wait to begin. This was my first tattoo and it was not bad at all. I want more now :).

I got my lip pierced here and it was probably the cleanest place Ive ever been to. The guy who pierced my lip was really nice, funny, and gave me good instructions on how to keep my lip pierced. Im going back this Saturday to get my nipples pierced.

Great experience everytime I have gone. Great prices and service. Fabian is the only person that ill let do my piercings or tattoos. He is very clean, fast and thorough with his piercings. So far I have had two; a cartilage and upper lobe piercing. Later in the year I am planning on getting my belly button pierced as well as getting my first tattoo on my ankle.

Wonderful staff, Junior is an Awesome artist. I was very satisfied with my tattoo. I got my 1st tattoo from Southern Boys 14 years ago and been going to them every since.

I went there yesterday and got two ear piercings.. The Daith and the Tragus, I was so nervous the last piercing I got was on top of my ear it hurt bad. The gentleman that did my two was alsome it did not hurt he told me what he was doing before he did it.. Then explained how to clean it.. He stayed calm and talked to me it sure helped.. The reception was upbeat and very nice on the phone and when we got there. To me the price was very fair. I will be telling all my friends. And I will be going back.

Had great experience here Junior was professional and honest in his answers to my questions, does great work does not have a heavy hand when applying Tattoo, he also pierced my womens nipples which came out great.... nice clean place very friendly and Im actually on my way back for the 2nd time in 3 days... Person who did piercings was out all day after I was told hed be in, came in the next day for my friend but the dude was extremely rude and pierced through his nose wrong.

Horrible expierence will never return again, this place is garbage. The staff is unpleasant receptionist looks miserable to be there. The woman who does piercings is a rude unprofessional woman. Don’t ask questions because she is RUDE! And will ask why you want to know. Find a better place to go to run in the opposite direction.
