Great place to get high quality and unique UH gear and memorabilia. Plus theyre open on Saturdays, at least during the semester. I went on last Saturday and got gifts for my whole family. I dont know why the website and Googles profile for the store says theyre closed. I confirmed the hours again by calling today (Saturday): its open 10-3.Go Coogs!(Seriously. Go to the bookstore Coogs.)

The store is very organized, and even though the staff are all very young they still act professional. However I do not appreciate that they never answer their phone when needed. Just need some tweaking as a business, but overall it’s a good store and they are helpful.

If youre wanting University of Houston memorabilia, this is the best place to go. If you go in person theres often some sort of promotion going on with the various brands that they like to carry. For instance, today when I went, all of the final four gear was marked down at 30%. I had purchased a final four shirt online and they handled in exchange for me and granted me the discounted prices that were currently going on.But if you are looking for anything from cups, pendants, shirts, jackets, backpacks, diploma frames, or even socks... They got you covered.

Very large selection of U of H merchandise. Did not have what I was specifically looking for, but I found plenty of alternatives. It was 2 stories of gifts and spirit gear.

Glad I never have to go back, I guess? Last time I went an employee manhandled me when I made an ~obvious~ joke about jumping over the endless construction. The time before that they charged me twice for the same book and it took them months to fix it. Another time they lost my order entirely. I miss the law-specific store, I hate this place, I’m glad I graduated.

Huge selection of merchandise, great displays, neatly organized, excellent job on presentation. Friendly employees a plus.

Limited times to pick books up which make it difficult for people who work full time. Also there is no option to designate someone else to pick up your books.
