I had a great experience when I dropped in at the WATERTREE. I was amazed when I walked inside to see how they actually purity water. To my surprise I forgot how pure and good water can taste. I also like the whipped butter cream and soap. I recommend WATERTREE if you are tired of drinking water thats not purified! You can take your own bottles and get Alkaline Antioxidant water!

This place is good, so is there customer service and water. Its alkaline water so its good for the body and skin. At first its a little expensive but when you become a member of them, youre only paying about 1$ per gallon. Also it goes from classic to premium so that also affects the price. They even have water tanks, gallons, water bottles, metal/plastic water bottles and much more (soap, bath bombs, etc) In all I recommend.

Not knowing who Dream Tree Family is, until I started to buy water and CoVid19 essentials at Water Tree. I learned from an employee as Dream Tree is the headquarters of Water Tree which sells water only.Dream Tree sells wide variety of drinking water fixture supplies and installation. The store also carries large variety of cloth masks, hand sanitizers and CBD products.Employees are always friendly. Customers are also friendly. I can get in and out very quickly without hassle.

They offer what seems to be everything water related. During covid-19 they have quite a few essential items such as face masks, hand sanitizer and filters. Ph balanced water with lots of options, though my family says it tastes funny. Very helpful staff.

I love this place and use their water routinely! I am writing this review strictly based off their CBD products. I noticed that they were considerably cheaper than the place I normally go. That should have been a sign. I purchased a bottle that was twice as strong but the same price I normally purchase. I use these products for insomnia and anxiety. I took twice the dosage at twice the strength two days in a row. It was basically like drinking water. Very low grade. If you had the same experience don’t give up. These products actually are effective. You just have to find a place that has quality grade. By the way no refunds...80.00 down the drain!

Great alkaline water at good prices with a very helpful staff

This place is amazing all the products they have is great but l walked into the store ready to purchase a whole deluxe home system and the hydro force water system for the sink almost a $5000 and they were so puzzled they couldnt figure out. They need to train their technicians on sales and train their sales people on technicial information. One should be able to come into the store have a sales person with an iPad showing you the different systems they have the different prices and functions and choose your customized home system... They also supposedly provide 90 day financial services but it requires an initial fee and huge interest after the 90 days and since we got approved for $2500 they couldnt figured it how to show that on the invoice cause its a third party in charge of that deal and they couldnt separate taxes cause apparently its the third party the one will tax the amount approved... Anyway we decided to just get the deluxe system for the house and pay cash and get our own certified plumber to installed it but this people are missing out on their big sales cause they incapability to put a customized package together.

Best alkaline water store and products at reasonable prices.

I was apprehensive about going here due to location of town. However I checked the place out and have been a customer for over a year now. We buy all of our water here, period! The 10.5ph alkaline water is by far our favorite product here and we refill weekly. I am NOT a water drinker. Couldnt stand the stuff. THIS water however is so good, I probably go through about a gallon a day or so. If you are a member, water runs about $1/gal. Not going to get this quality of alkaline water anywhere else for that price. Worth checking out and the one-time membership fee is good for life.

This place is well-stocked, has a lot of wonderful products, is clean, and is basically an Alkaline water consumers dream. But so far as customer service, they need a lot of work.There are no representatives on the floor to assist the customers with making their selections of items or perhaps someone who may not know all of the benefits of Alkaline Water.This store offers a membership. And thats fine. However, when I asked for a copy of the information to take home with to peruse at my leisure, I was told that I could not and had to do so at the counter. Hunh?The customers refill their own containers but many do not use the sink to wash their hands before doing so.When I visited the store, I filled up two 5-gallon containers. There are no carts to place the bottles on and I had to carry each bottle to my vehicle. I have tendonitis in one of my arms and it was extremely painful for me to do so.If all you want it water, product, and no friendly staff, this is the place for you. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. Ever.

To be healthy is the ultimate thing. Getting Alkaline Water refills at a good cost is worth the trip. Four years for me now.

I would give this 2 stars for a few reasons. This is not the best water for you out there yet I believe most people are misinformed about alkaline water because it is relatively new and there are so many different types of waters out there. For one, reverse osmosis literally separates water if its molecular structure depleting all its natural properties. Second, its filtered back through and run through a tube of minerals. Im unsure what minerals are in this tube but in order to make and keep the water alkaline, theres more than likely sodium bicarbonate in it which is inorganic and literally baking soda. Third, the ORP values of the 8.5 to 9.5 water from Dream Tree range from -100 to -200. You must drink this water the same day you pick it up or it loses all antioxidant benefits to your body. Due to sun light and our atmospheric air, electrons escape from the water pushing the ORP values back to a positive state. When you fill up at the store, the ORP might be -200 but if you test the water the next day, I guarantee you it will be positive in ORP value. People think that the alkalinity of water actually does something for them when it actually does hardly anything at all except neutralize stomach acid for a brief time period. The benefit of drinking this kind of water is actually all derived from negative ORP levels. Cancer cannot thrive in an alkaline negative ORP environment. A liquid must be less than -35 in ORP for cancer not to thrive. Negative ORP levels of a liquid are highly antioxidant for your body. When there is an exchange of ions at which when a liquid is negative, it will give electrons to whatever it comes into contact with. This helps to penetrate free radicals within the body much more freely preventing sickness and disease. The best water out there hands down is Kangen water. This is alkalized water not alkaline. There is a difference. The machine hooks right up to your sink where you run your existing tap water through its platinum electric plates done through a process called electrolysis. The process will remove an electron from hydrogen giving hydrogen 2 electrons. This is abnormal anywhere and brings water back to an original glacier like state creating molecular hydrogen. ORP levels of the 9.5 Kangen water are at -700 to -900. This is unbelievably more beneficial for your body than Dream Tree water. Im not here to say Dream Tree water is bad but its not even close to the best water out there. Theres so much more that the Kangen machine produces as well such as 2.5 acidic water, 6.0 beauty water for your skin, 7.0 neutral, 8.5 9.0 9.5 and 11.5 water which all have benefits from household cleaning to feeling much healthier on a daily basis. Yes, the machine is more money upfront but has unbelievably more value than paying to buy water bottles, gallons, jugs of monthly subscriptions that arent even close to the best water for you. The machine will last you a lifetime and be the best decision you ever made for yourself and your family.
