I ordered new service, 2 - 5gal jugs of water and a water cooler. Water was delivered on time but no cooler. And I was changed for it. I tried calling customer service several times would get placed on hold and then hung up on every time. Tried using the online chat but it says offline and won’t let me chat with a csr. Only thing I can do is email and those have just been ignored. Worst Service/Customer Service ever. I had to dispute the charges with my bank and order a new card so that I won’t continue to get charged for a product I never received or for a service I can’t use because I don’t have the products!
Do NOT use this service. Their customer service is horrible! No resolution and bad attitudes. The driver did not leave the delivery and I was still charged. Cannot get through to the company. Did not get a refund. I spent over an hour on the phone.
No one is ever in the guard shack to answer your call so they can let you in the gate. If no one is outside to let you in, you will be out there for hours waiting. Youll have to wait until someone drives out to get past the gate.
Literally the best brand of water. I dont know what yall put in there but it makes it taste so good. I drink 10 bottles a day. Best water company.
As a customer who recently just cancelled service, I advise you that Ozarka transformed from a great company into a shell of itself since being acquired by Nestle...It took me 2 weeks to cancel service because either their phone system was down or they were closed at odd hours of the day. A ridiculous monthly dispensar fee was added, customer service assistance was lowered and quality of customer service deteriorated. Their spring water still tastes good but make the investment to just buy it at the store. Another scenario in which a conglomerate buys a company and transforms it into a money grubbing, low quality customer experience...Sad
Guard shack never answers phone calls or call box. Have to wait 30 minutes just to get into the gate. Poor mgmt
Awful. I wish I could leave a zero but not possible. I have been a customer with Ozarka since 2014. About 5 months ago, they just decided to quit delivering. I have 5 gallon bottles accumulating outside my house because they tell me they are coming and then dont show up, reschedule for 2-3 days later and dont show up and it continues on & on. In addition, we have no water and have to purchase it at the store, while they are still charging me a dispenser fee. I have been dealing with this for 5 months now. I call to get resolution and they apologize and say the problem is fixed and the next month its all on repeat. Dont bother with them, find a better solution.
Really horrible people
Ive never had any issues with the company or my deliveries in the year that Ive had their service. I order the water, they put it where I ask them to. Ive never been home for a delivery. All I know is when I get home what I ordered is where its supposed to be. A couple of days later after each delivery I get an email asked if Im satisfied with my delivery. This place seems to get slaughtered in reviews but Im not sure where the issues are. Im not worried if these guys move a little slow sometimes. Theyre carrying around heavy bottles of water every day. I dont want to carry the bottle from the front of my garage to the kitchen, I cant imagine how slow I would be if I had to unload 5 gallon bottles of water every day.

If I could give them no stars I would! I run a dental practice in Houston and my doctors work at several more around the Houston area and we need water for our patients. Ever since we decided to start service we have been so disappointed. Ive called to address these issues but I guess since they are such a huge company they couldnt care less. I cancelled my account and asked for a call back from a manager to ensure me that my issues had been addressed. Crystal R. from the call center said she was would take care of it but I would NOT be hearing back from anyone, because there is no one in Houston to address these matters....REALLY? Anyway, I would rather contact a local company that cares about their customer service or just go to Costco and buy the water myself. This was not worth the time, headache and especially the money. This is not a cheap service they are providing you would think they would care a little more when they lose a customer.
Terrible service! The first problem is that they require you to be at home to set up the tank but only have business hours (8-5) so you have to take off work. So I planned 3 weeks in advanced to take the afternoon off and sat for 2 hours waiting and no one showed up. I tried calling but kept getting a message that the phone lines were busy. So I went online to see what was going on and my appointment had been rescheduled. No one even called to cancel or ask me to reschedule!!! They just stood me up and then rescheduled the appointment without any consideration for the fact that I have a JOB!!! So I kept calling until I got through only to be told that the driver LIED and said he came and no one was home. When I told them that was a lie and that I was home the whole time they said well sorry but you must reschedule. So I told them I could not take off work again so they needed to come at my convenience and they said sorry we can only come from 8-5. I cancelled my order and account because there is no way Im doing business with a company that treats their customers this way. And I wont be buying their brand in the store anymore either. Shame on you Ozarka!
Awful delivery service. They dont show up - they dont call. When you track them down, they schedule you out and get the order wrong. Almost every delivery is wrong in some way. Very frustrating dealing with them. Customer service doesnt offer any reasonable solution. I would never suggest using this company. Would give 0 stars if that was a choice.

The water is good, but customer service is lacking. God help anyone needing to schedule an appointment to get a cooler delivered or replaced! The 1st cooler didnt work, 2nd didnt work much better, and I spent 3 hours at home this morning waiting for the third scheduled delivery which never showed up. Somebody has to be home to sign for the equipment and to exchange. I cant even fire these people without being at home and waiting. It would be easier to schlep my own water from a well I dig myself that deal with these fools. Mistakes occur, but with this company it is habitual and nobody cares to make the customer experience better. The excuse today is the demand for water is greater in the summer and that theyre behind. Summer comes every year, so maybe hiring some additional help is in order.
I have been doing business with Ozarka since 2001. They have been rebranded through Ready refresh by Nestlie. I enjoy the taste of the water and been very happy with them. The price has gone up every now and then which is fine however I feel $9.99 for each 5 gallon of spring water along with a delivery fee of $5.95 plus taxes is too steep (residential). I called twice to talk to someone on getting the price adjusted to a fair price however they refused and would not help me. They didn’t really seem to care I been with them for 18 years. I bought many of their flavored teas, sparkling water and more. Some of my favorite products were discontinued but I tried many others. The delivery drivers are great and usually arrive on time. I like the new text notifications when a driver is on the way with in the hour however one month a few months ago I got rescheduled 3 times in a row due to the hurricane. This was before the text notification feature was available back then. I wasn’t upset but a little disappointed. I was worried about the delivery driver rather than not receiving my delivery and called in to make sure he was ok. My job involves being out in the field as well and everyone knows arrivals can become delayed. They apologized and offered me a $50 credit for the inconvience which I turned down. I kindly explained I’m not expecting anything free and I understand things happen. This says a lot back then when they won’t even attempt to try and give a small break in the bill now after raising their rates yet they offered me a generous credit in the past due to frequent delivery rescheduling. I live 10 minutes from Downtown Houston. Sadly to say, as of today, I am no longer a Ozarka, Ready refresh by Nestlie or what ever they are now customer anymore. I have closed my account with them. Competition is real out here. If I owned a company I would rather make some money then none at all - they allowed an 18 year customer with auto pay to discontinue my business with them. I asked them to please feel free to contact me should they want to negotiate a fair price for me if they ever decide to want my business back.

I hate to leave negative review for anything. But enough.It was supposed to be delivered yesterday (Thursday Oct. 01, 2015) but I didnt get it. I called to customer service and they said that it was requested to skip this delivery. Bullshit. There is only one person who could make this request and did nothing. I will switch to other company other than Ozarka.

BEWARE PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS THIS PLACE HAS EXTENDED LOAD TIMES AND THEY WILL THEN TRY TO MESS YOU OUT OF YOUR DETENTION BY NOT ENTERING YOUR IN/OUT TIMES.
