I have been with them for the past two years. They started off with timely delivery, however for the past 6 months or so, they have not been dependable. I asked that my unit be exchanged, because the water was not tasting good any more. They picked up my unit and delivered one with the hot water not working. So, they came back after a few tries and picked up the unit and delivered the water but not a new unit as promised. Now I have plenty water but no cooler, because they are out of coolers and cannot tell me when they will provide me with one. Go figure!!DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE HAVING MAJOR ISSUES.

I have been a customer with this company for over 5yrs and I HATE it. The from delivery, to customer service to management. My experiences are far too lengthy to discuss here. Just know it is NOT worth it. At this point I have no choice but to part ways with them (yea I know, should have already done that) I figured I would give them one last chance too bad after several chances nothing has changed. Really save yourself! Read ALLLLLL the negative reviews......they are all true. Youve been warned.

Dont order from them if want service in north Houston area. Past 3 month deliveries never on the day scheduled but 1 time. They missed delivering water to me 6 days in a row, called corporate and the promised next day didnt happen ever and still waiting water. Worst experience I have ever had, the branch in Houston doesnt care at all about customers. I was supposed to be emailed and called by them since sat Wednesday, its Sunday now. Dont use if need delivery of water because after first delivery, it will never be on time. Corporate just apologizes and says that your account to be delivered priority next day but Houston distribution for them, never answers or comes by to deliver or contact the customer.

We requested maintenance and service via online request system and they responded explaining that they would be coming to service our equipment at my workplace the following day. We then receive emails every other day claiming that they have completed the service when they havent! Weve tried calling multiple times a day and are left on hold for ~45 minutes each time before giving up. They are also unresponsive to any emails they receive.Weve been a customer for 5+ years and never needed any sort of service until now. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is because the driver that usually delivers is very helpful and polite. Other than that, the service is nonexistent.

I am very pleased with my service and that I dont have to call to find out when to expect my delivery. My route driver is timely and professional. I really love the bottom load dispenser. This makes it so much easier for me to place a new bottle of water for the cooler.

Over the last three weeks, I have contacted this company over eight times via phone, email and I got nothing but false promises to escalate my concern to their corporate office for immediate resolution, but this has not happened. The Details are as followed:I started with Sparkletts, and things were going well for about one month, and the water cooler they provider begun to make a loud noise as of it were going to explode. I placed a call to their customer service line, and the agent advised that a technician would deliver a replacement dispenser on the following Thursday with my next delivery. Now, fast forward to that Thursday; the delivery guy brought a replacement cooler but DID NOT take the old one with him, and the REPLACEMENT COOLER, when plugged in, IMMEDIATELY STARTED SMOKING. It was then I called their offices to request a replacement.Here I am over three weeks later, and the only thing that I have got from them is two emails a day saying that my delivery is today, followed by another email saying were sorry were going to MISS your delivery. I MEAN EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST THREE WEEKS. I NOW HAVE TWO BROKEN COOLER IN MY HOME AND LOADED EMAIL BOX FULL OF MISSED APPOINTMENTS.I will be throwing both coolers in the trash on 4/2 since Sparkletts has decided to abandon them at my address.I encourage you to look at other companies if you considering having water delivered unless you have much time to waste!I really wish there was 0 start option

Worst experience Ive ever had with water delivery service. Aside from the roaches infested water dispenser that was in pretty bad shape, I cancelled my service more than a month ago and never received my refund for the returned empty and full bottles. Right now Ive been on the phone for 45 minutes just trying to talk to someone. ReadyRefresh is WAY better.

I really appreciate the service, I have water delivered to my home, its really helped me with my intake of water rather than other sugary options. Its convenient, and I dont have to deal with recycling smaller plastic bottles of water. The service isnt perfect, but I really think they do an excellent job! and I have great appreciation for their deliveries and delivery drivers during COVID, so thank you for your continued great service!

I’ve Been with this company for the last five years,They were doing fine in the beginning but for the last few months it’s been horrible they don’t deliver on time I have to call and wait after 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, even if they deliver water after a lengthy phone call and complaint they skip and miss the next delivery schedule, It’s so obvious that they don’t care about the customers,I’m done with this company, I terminated my service with them.

There’s no better way to get water. They delivered right at your front door! Friendly delivery representative and customer service! I get water when I want and there’s also a skip delivery too. How awesome is that! I have been with Sparkletts through Costco for 4 years and I don’t have to worry not having water especially during pandemic.

I have been with them for over a year now. So far so good. I requested to change my machine recently because it was so noisy and the drip tray broke. They changed it without question.I receive an email reminder that its my last chance to change the number off bottles or skip my delivery. I also receive a call the day before so I can put my empty ones outside.The new machine is quite and great that the water is loaded on the bottom, so no heavy lifting.Over all I will recommend this company

The customer service people are always very nice... I have had wonderful relationship with Sparkletts to date. Thanks to Costco for the introduction to this water company.

I have had an account with Sparkletts thru Cosco for several years. When we moved, our water service also moved. When we needed to get a new unit, it was delivered and installed the next day. Our route professional Sal always makes sure we are satisfied with our delivery. Every one I have dealt with at Sparkletts has been professional, polite, and helpful. Great service!

Whatever you do - do not do business with these people. They are the most incompetent buffoons I Have ever worked with. We ordered their services by paying for two water dispensers and 6 bottles of water. When the dispensers came, they were used and dirty. With the Covid Virus going around, we were not about to keep these machines that some other company had used for quite some time. I called them time and time again, and they finally picked up the water and dispensing machines/coolers and I thought that was it. Now they have turned us over to a collection agency even though the branch here in Houston advises that they see the machines and the water were picked up. Its some kind of scam. Beware.

Honestly it takes a lot for me to give a bad review.I tried for almost a year to give Sparkletts a chance and time and time again they found a new way to completely fail me.They wouldn’t take the empty bottles meaning I don’t get my $6 deposit back on them, (currently I have 10 freaking bottles they won’t pick up)For over a week I’ve tried to get them to come pick up the bottles and water filter machine I’ve been renting and they tell you on the phone someone will be by and nobody ever shows upNow they are trying to charge me for the machine they refused to pick up or allow me to drop off.The water machine and water was great but the service is probably the worst I’ve ever encounter from a company.Good luck to anyone who uses their service, I pray you don’t need their customer support because it’s non-exsisitent.

I am not a customer BUT I can agree with other reviewers that have been when they say the company does not care. We were crossing the street in our neighborhood carrying our two small dogs when a delivery truck came speeding down the street around a slight curve. We both said to each other, he is going way too fast so we hurried across. We yelled and motioned to the driver to slow down. His window was down and he yelled something back. At the area we were crossing the speed limit slows to 20mph because of a park and pool, he was going about 40-45 mph. No one has followed up since yesterday so I called back this morning and the CSR told me it takes 12-24 hrs. What?! So this driver gets to continue to endanger others lives today? I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused. So now Im reporting it to the police dept.

Be careful if you stop receiving your water, they sent me to collections without even letting me know via email or letter. Its astounding to me how a company with this level of customer services could even stay in business. It took me 10 days to speak with 10 different individuals at the company, 5 of which who were supervisors and not a single one of them had the capability of ensuring that our initial delivery of water/dispenser was done.We left ReadyRefresh for many inaccuracies in their billing. Our order was simple, two dispensers, 6 bottles of water.....not exactly rocket science. We scheduled a delivery date on the initial call, everything was great. That day came, I called in the morning to confirm the date and get an expected time, but no delivery. Called back the next day to find out why and driver documented that he did. So I speak with a supervisor, explain that no delivery was made (of which they cant even verify what was theoretically delivered) and get it rescheduled for two days later. Two days come and go, missed delivery again. Call again, speak to a supervisor, rescheduled for the next day (Friday). Friday comes, Friday goes....no delivery. Call again.....same story, mind you after each of these calls they tell me they will be sending emails to the route manager, district manager, regional manager and they will call me back to attempt to get something expedited. Never any return call.Fast forward to the next week, 4 supervisors later, on the phone with Jordan....the latest in a great line of worthless customer services supervisors. He states Im the last supervisor you will have to talk to, this will be fixed today, puts me on hold, in theory reaches out to the route manager and comes back. They will have the dispensers and waters out to your facility today he claims. Anyone care to guess how the story ends? Yup, no delivery, no call. Just multiple invoices for deliveries that were never made. Sparkletts…..just a huge collection of incompetent individuals employed under one roof to bill and invoice fraudulently for services they dont provide.

Called Monday they said it was still coming and in their system. It never showed up. Its no use complaining to the customer CARE because they do NOT CARE.

Terrible service.Signed up online 3 weeks ago with water cooler and several bottles of water to be delivered 3 weeks later on a Monday. No one showed even after calling twice to make they were coming in the scheduled 8 hour delivery window.Over the next 3 days, called their 1-800 customer service each day who tried to contact the local sales team to no avail, assuring me it would be delivered the next day.The local sales guy finally called me that Thursday evening and apologized for missing 4 days in a row. We scheduled for delivery the next day at 1pm. Friday came and went, no delivery, no call or text, no response.With that type of service, I cancelled that night and started looking for a dependable water delivery company.

For months this company would not deliver the amount of water I would order. They even charged me for undelivered products and would short-change my deliveries. they would pick up bottles on different days that were indicated on the website and then I would get charged extra for bottles since I didnt know to put them out. I called to complain to customer service who said they would talk to the route manager and call me back. They never called back.Theres better water delivery services out there. If you really need the water delivered when its supposed to be, then maybe look elsewhere.

The worse customer service ever. Own a mechanic shop where water for the mechanics is crucial in the summer months. Our driver did not come for over two weeks and we ran out of water so I got on the computer to order water from the web site which I did twice but neither times it was delivered and now they are trying to charge me for it because on their end it shows it was delivered. When by driver finally showed up he wants to deny that he did not come even though everyone in the shop knows he did not. Never again!

I wish I could give it a -10 stars but thats not possible so I gave them a one star. I really wish I would have looked at the reviews before I signed up for service. I signed up through Costco who partners with them. I entered all my CC info on their site for payment. They delivered the water for 2 months, I assumed they had my payment info and would take pmt from the CC. We got 2-3 bottles per month. Fast Forward 4 months later, my employee says we are out of water. I call them to find out they sent me to collections!!!! WHAT?@!?@!?@!@! Turns out they said they sent me bills, I told them I never got it. They said oh yes I see here its been returned every month. I said how can you send me to collections when YOU GUYS messed up. The name was wrong on the account, didnt have my business name, the city was wrong on the account...so it never got to me. I said why didnt someone call me???? as a business owner I dont look for $10-15 charges on my CC statements? They said they call every week TOTAL BS. Long story short, I paid $150 for services that should have been $75...but whatever I paid it to move on I dont want to fight with them anymore because its a losing cause.TLDR: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Cancelled the service this week. I needed a water cooler and they said to wait one week to coincide with our normal water delivery. Had a person home from 8 am to 5pm to open the door for them and no one came, they didnt even deliver water. Closed the account, and they scheduled someone to come pick up the empties on Thursday. No one came. They say I owe them 8 empty bottles, which is crazy for a residential customer to have so many empties. Who has space for all that? Reading their invoices you can see their empties on hand count math is wrong. Customer service could not clear it up after two calls. In limbo.

I too would give this company no stars as well. I have been trying for MONTHS to get in contact with them to come pick up their dispenser. Each time I call I get put on hold for up to an hour and eventually forced to hang up because I dont have to the time to stay on the line. Then these people have to nerve to send my bill to collections because they have not received their dispenser. I finally got someone on the line who said she will have a driver pick it up the following Monday, but of course nobody showed up.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Worst company to deal with ..ever! I canceled my service because my business was closed. I tried for over 4 months to get a dispenser and product picked up. I scheduled a pick up several times and they would not show up. I explained to them that I lived an hour away and needed and idea when they would be there. It took me several months of scheduling and them not showing up before some one finally showed.up to get everything. Horrible scam of a company. Collections, not removing it from my credit report when paid, theft, everything. Here is the ordeal that has taken over a year to resolve and still isnt. Like many, we signed up at Costco and were told we could adjust the delivery schedule. Short version, they kept bringing bottles nonstop and not alerting us to the delivery date that would always change. So the empty bottles werent put out, and new ones would arrive. Since the old ones werent there, we would loose the deposit on those bottles. One day, I left the accumulated empty bottles 7 (SEVEN!) of them on the porch with a note not to replace them with new, just take them. Did the guy listen, no. Replaced the bottles. We were drowning in bottles. So those 5 gallon jugs for under $4 at the time, were costing over $10 with the lost deposits.I finally had enough an called to cancel. There would no credit given for the unused bottles and to pick up the dispenser would be sometime between 8am and 5pm. People have to work. That is a worse time frame than Comcast. So she suggested, to repeat-it was their customer service representatives idea-to place the account on hold until the bottles were through and then I could either drive the machine back myself or take an entire day off work to wait for one of them to pick it up. Remember, for the install delivery, they can narrow it down at a 2hr time window. So I put the account on hold. I had over 7 unused bottles of water at almost $10 each. If I knew what was coming, I would have taken the whole day off work and saved my credit score.Come back from vacation and check the mail- they sent me to collections. Now I have to deliver the machine back and any bottles. So I do. Drive for almost an hour and then spend half a day dealing the unprofessional people at the office. I walk in, tell them what is going on. The lazy receptionist slouched behind her computer mumbles something about putting the dispenser by the door and the bottles by the loading dock. So I do. That machine isnt light people. Neither are full 5 gallon bottles. But I want to be through with them and what choice do I have. nd then I still owe them money! I had to pay over $40 for bottles they werent supposed to deliver. Wouldnt that have been in the amount sent to collection? No, apparently not. So I pay. And wait over an hour for a receipt and for them to call the collection agency and let them know I returned the machine.Now of the theft: I returned their machine, that is the only way you can call collections and take care of the amount sent. Machine is returned, an extra $40+ dollars were paid. I shouldnt owe anything. Nope, I still owed the full $204 according the collection agency. FOR WHAT?!? You have the machine. The water has been paid for. That right, you pay the collection agency for a machine that Sparkletts keeps.Credit Report: I paid them every penny they asked for within 30 days. I delivered the machine. They, Sparkeltts (DC whatever) is responsible for contacting the collection agency and telling them the machine is returned. I paid the collection agency for the machine standing in Sparkletts parking lot. I was told it would be reported to all three credit bureaus and removed from my credit report when it posts at the end of the month. It has been 1 year and 1 month. It was never reported.I called today and the collection agency sees where I paid them, a emailed them a picture of the receipt from Sparklets (essentially a hand written note that I had to demand, which is why it took over an hour), but Sparklets never bothered to call the agency and tell them it was over. After a phone call today, it used by done by the end of the month. OVER A YEAR LATER. Which the same thing they told me a year ago.What do you call it besides theft.Horrible company. Dont do it. Signed up with Ozarka and havent had any problems.

If there were a way to give no stars that would be my rating for Sparkletts Water. Ive had an account for years but for the past few months their customer service has been miserable: missed deliveries, wrong product being left, insufficient quantity left, etc. Something has gone wrong with the company and customers are suffering because of it. You cant even get them on the phone to complain about it. Seriously, they dont even answer their phones anymore. Plus, youre not allowed to close your account on their website and since other forms of contact dont work or are unresponsive, once youre signed up with them, youre trapped. Stay away and buy your water elsewhere.

I really wish I saw all these reviews before I signed up. Ive been trying to cancel my service after them missing 4 deliveries now. They will get my account info and transfer me to a department that Handels cancellations and next thing you know, Ive been on hold for 20min with no one intending to pick up. I call again and the same thing happens every time. By far the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I am at a complete shock and will have to report this especially after seeing only 1 star reviews. 10 weeks straight delivery goof up...no answers. I am going to give this company negative stars for the very fact that they have no co-ordination between the central call center and their branches. Ive placed at least 20 calls and have kept repeating the same message to the rep on the phone and all they do it just send out emails. They have no answers as to why water is not getting delivered on time. Im looking for other providers in the city.

Can I give them NEGATIVE stars. The customer service is the worst I have seen in a very long time. I work for a Doctors office with two locations. One office gets the water delivered as scheduled. The other keeps being de-actived but no one can tell us by whom or why. When we call to get it cleared up and re-schedule the delivery they never show up. I have been waiting 5 days for water. Each day being told they will be there the next morning. ...... still .... waiting.....When I called to speak to a manager I was told one was not available and that the CSR I was speaking too had as much authority as a manger did. When I asked for a phone number to the corporate office I was told it was not available to them to give to me. When I asked to speak to a manger (still waiting to speak to manager after 7 phone calls), I was put on hold for 22 min then disconnected. IF it were my decision to make, Id rather drink dirt than deal with this company. Unfortunally, my decision maker is out on leave and wont be back for a few more weeks still.

Absolutely the worst company you will ever work with. They are the epitome of terrible service and terrible products. Dispenser only has room temperature water and the hot water function broke. Since we signed up for the service (MONTHS ago!) we have only had three deliveries, all within the first month; since then, they havent delivered. Driver probably just forgot about our existence. Terrible, I hope that people who consider working with them have the foresight to check the reviews and take their business elsewhere. This company deserves to go out of business.

If there was a ZERO star option Id give it to them! They are about the most unreliable company Ive ever dealt with. They change our delivery options and dont bother telling us. When we complain the standard answer is you can cancel if you want.

The worst service you get in Houston. The drivers are clueless. Customer service is the worst, no clue where they are delivering. I call TENT times to collect the empty bottles. They never collected them. Then they sent a invoice charging for the bottles they never collected. I have no Idea how COSTCO allows this company to promote their service TO Costco members. BY THE WAY I TESTED THE WATER AND IS MORE ACIDIC THE THE FAUCET WATER.
