Want to save money? This is hands down best mom and pop shop to support and get your water refills at a cheap rate. They have a membership option to pay up front and receive a gallon amount to refill your tanks. It is way cheaper then paying to refill at a machine or even doing the replacement swap. I love the clean purified water I receive here and you can taste the quality difference. I practically pay $1 to fill up a 5 gallon water jug with the membership.
Great place to fill up water for your home or office! Its hard to drink anything else
Clean premise and clean water. I tested the water with the test kit. The water here is truly cleaned with 0 PPM.
I’ve been refilling my drinking water from sugarland pure water for at least 8 years. Mostly filling outside the store after hours. I was ecstatic when I found them because of the price and great tasting water. The water has a smooth mouth feel and clean taste. After so many years I thought I would pop in and talk with the owners and get to know them and know what kind of water I’ve been putting in my body everyday for the last several years. Upon entering I approached the counter to greet the owners with a smile and good afternoon, only to be ignored. After a few minutes I got the attention of the gentlemen and introduced myself and explained that I have been a long time customer and how much I enjoy their water. I explained that I was curious as to which method they employ in order to produce the water. At first he assumed I wanted to buy my own filtration system but then I had to explain that I just wanted to know what kind of filtration and treatment is done to the water. He immediately seemed upset, frustrated with me, and hostile at the same time. Pointed to the filtration system going across the wall and said look all this is how. I asked plainly if it was reverse osmosis, ultraviolet, carbon??? Before I could even finish my question he cut me of and said yea it’s the osmosis. He grew more and more impatient with me in a store completely empty at that moment. So I thanked him for his time and went on my way. I was surprised and a little disappointed. The main reason I really wanted to know is that I had read an article stating that some water can be over purified leaving it devoid of minerals and other necessities of water, when consumed this water could take away from your supply of minerals in your body, or so I read. I hope the owner can be more respectful and informative to his customers. As I hear I am not the only person who has had the same experience.
Good location, nice staff, only $.25 per gallon of water!!!
I usually go to fill my water containers and i can say that there water is the clean and best tasting water. Owner keeps his eyes on the water filters and changes often among the water drinking refreshing. Other place like water mill and parking lot water fill station barely change their water filter making the water taste very bad and smell of chlorine.Go here and drink some water and you will know the difference.
The owners are so nice! My family has been getting our water from them for the past 10 years and its the best water weve ever had. I still make the commute to get my water from here even after moving far away for college.
Go to place for water. My family has been going here for years now to get our gallons refilled. Never had a problem here. The owners are quick to fetch us a cart and help us bring our water back to the car. 10/10
Susan is right, bad customer service and theres a glacier dispenser in front of the Kroger adjacent, which serves better tasting water. Sugarland Pure Water is a bad choice.
I get my water refilled here all the time! The couple who own this place is always so nice and welcoming! They even offer to carry my water out to my car!
Love the place....good water with best price in town..all American made product.
Poor customer service!! Owner could not even give any information about their systems and seemed too impatient to be of any assistance.. worst decision in buying water ..
