I have to go back because they didn’t fix my issue with my bmw and then the check engine light came on when I left so I need to make another appointment to go back again,

Service Department was outstanding. The young woman was fantastic and very professional and kind.

The service department is great, I made appointment, come in dropping my car and getting loaner car less than 30 minutes. They droped off my car at my place when finished.

At 4:31 on Monday 5/11 called to inquire about a pre-owned X5. Gave sales person vin and stock number and confirmed details of vehicle. Sales person confirmed vehicle was available. Promptly pre-sent insurance and license info as he said would have car waiting at scheduled time of 6pm due to COVID concerns. At 5:07 manager called to confirm we were coming to 6pm appointment. Let manager know we were driving in from downtown and would see them at 6. Arrived just before 6 and texted the sales person, he came and said the car the car was ready. I let the sales person know this was not the car or even the same color. I checked the stock number I read him and he said he would go check for it. Came out five minutes later and said we arent going to believe it but that car sold. For the record, we dont believe a car that he confirmed 90 minutes ago sold. Bait and switch practices to get you to the dealership. Second bad experience with Autonation. Save your trouble and face mask and dont waste your time with people who dont care about you or your time!

The service centers customer service is not all that great. This was my first time here and Im disappointed. Thought BMW is supposed to have more quality service than that.

They were very helpful and were able to work my repair I. the same day.
