Locally owned brew shop that has everything you need! They only need a 45 min heads up for online orders and they make the process very easy. Great service! The owner of very knowledgeable and easy to work with. This is now my Houston home brew shop.

They have everything I need to make mead and beer, knowledgeable staff, and organized products. They are closed Tuesdays which is always the day I think to stop by it seems @_@ Oh well everyone needs a break

I am not from this area. I was here for business staying about an hour away. I decided to make the drive to come look around and see what I could get that my stores back home dont offer. I walk in and was asked if I had an order to pick up. I said no sir, Im just here to look around and see what I can find. Im from out of town and just wanted to look around. He told me the shop was closed to in person shopping and that I had to place my order online or over the phone. I understand that Covid has changed some things but this is a little much. I drove and hour here so with my drive back I wasted 2 hours for nothing. I was wearing my mask so I just dont get it. Limit your amount of customers in the store and enforce the mask if you want but closing down in person shopping is only going to drive the few people that shop local to turn to Amazon or other online retailers. Right when I walk in I see an electric brewing setup, something my stores at home dont offer. Ive seen them online but have waited on purchasing one because I prefer to shop at small businesses. I most likely would have picked one up had I been allowed to shop. First impressions are everything and this one wasnt good.

Excellent place if you are new to home brewing or just need supplies or an upgrade to your system. The staff is always very friendly and take time to share knowledge and answer questions. If you check ahead the can also get any specific ingredients that they might not regularly stock.

I have bought stuff in store in the past and it is fine. However online ordering is bit weird. There is no easy option to pick up. It always defaults to shipping. Many of the things posted online are not available in the store.

Awesome place

I’ve been to the store a couple times. Once awhile back for a brewing class with Landon and grab some supplies and the second time recently to pick up a couple needed items for my current batch. Really enjoyed the class, very informative. Although I wish we were able to go through the full process and not just initial pre-fermentation steps. This past week I stopped in to get some supplies and with the covid precautions you can only go to the front of the store. One of the items I requested from the customer service rep was 3ft of poly hose for bottling. When I got home I took a tape the hose to check my required length and the hose was maybe 35.25 well short of 3ft. If I am going to drive across town to pick up something from a local business it would be nice if the employees checked their work. I used to work in a hardware store and anytime we cut materials we always cautioned on the long side. You can always cut off but you can add back. Anyway, it’s not the customer service I expected from FB.Updated: since the original post, I did receive a message apologizing and offered to correct the issue.

I refilled my Co2 there. It was a fast service

Awesome shop, all the supplies you need for brewing your own beer (or making wine, cheese, pickles, and anything else fermented!) from beginner to advanced levels. They also fill CO2! Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have a few bee hives and have made a couple batches of mead as a hobby. I saw this store next to the dry cleaners I used and decided to go in to check out the store. They seem to have great equipment for the hobby. However, I was never approached or even acknowledged while I was there. The store had one other costumer so it wasnt like they were busy. I decided Im probably better off buying what I need for my mead online. Online, they dont talk either, but at least Im not paying a premium for a storefront.

Kick ass customer service. Very knowledgeable in all areas of draft, and draft set up. The staff there took their time to make sure I had the right parts I needed before I left the store. They had everything I needed on hand. I will definitely use this place for all my draft needs.

I live nearby, so the location is absolutely perfect for me. The selection of materials at the shop isnt as massive as DeFalcos, but Ive yet to come across anything I was looking for that wasnt available in the store. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great place to get brew supplies and advice

Accommodating, friendly staff, well stocked with diverse ingredients. They dont limit you to ingredients they think are best like other Houston area homebrew shops do.

This shop has pretty much anything youd want for your homebrewing hobby and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lots of intro books for sale too if youre a complete beginner.

I like they are open Sunday, sometimes you just cant wait. They do need to check their Houston competition, Defalcos usually matches or beats them in price. Not enough to drive across town for though.

Great small shop for many home made items needed to make things like Kombusha, Cheese and Beer. I see he brews his own Kombusha so he knows what hes talking about. Helpful and knowledgeable about what I need to make stuff. Friendly guy too.
