Worst experience here.... don’t come here. The two Asian women at the register are so rude, they were trying to rush me through the dress process. No discounts and they were so disrespectful and telling me stop talking to much and just pay. What happen to customer service and trying to keep your customers happy so they can come back. Never coming back here again.

Great place, had been here several times before for different thing. 5 years ago i found my wedding dress here, along with my head piece and veil. Awesome price... very well please. I still continue to shop here for other stuff. Highly recommend.

Employees were courteous and very knowledgeable and helpful. We had been everywhere looking for a prom dress and they had the perfect one. Dresses are very crowded and hard to maneuver through - its like walking through a sea of dresses, but if you ask for a certain dress, they can find it for you. Was 2 days looking for elegant style dresses first my 2 beautiful girls and finally found great quality material for a great price. One of the 2 dresses was $110 and she left it a $90 . The other $88 and she gave it for $70 would have paid full price any how. I really do appreciate $38 discount!

Horrible service didnt attend us. Made me feel uncomfortable by responding in a rude manner because Im not skinny I dont recommend unless you are looking to search for a dress your self. But other than that there is some good prices and good dresses just really have to dig in the maze of dresses.

Way over priced on some items

My daughters quinceanera dress came in on time and price for dress and her tiara was better than other boutiques.

I went there looking for a dress and I found one that I loved and put it in layaway when I came back they where rude and disrespectful.they STOLE my money and called the cops on us they also threatened to call imigration thinking the I didnt have papers. if you dont want cheep and HORRIBLE customer service and get the cops and immigration called on you then this is the place for you

Well never shop here again terrible customer service. Got yelled at for calling my mom to tell her about a crown i found. As well she just asumed i spoke Spanish and she was not Hispanic she tried to tell me something in Spanish which i dont speak. You should hire more staff if you are so busy on weekends. Also if you want to try any or the dresses on you have to pay a 10 dollar fee and its not refundable. So if you dont like what you tried you dont get it back. Also after you pay said fee you can only try on 7 dresses. Never returning as well as my family we all were shocked how i was treated.

Horrible customer service! We were trying on bridesmaid dresses and the employee yelled at us telling us to “hurry up because you have been here too long”! Totally disrespectful and they do not deserve anyone’s business!! Someone should take a match to the building !! God awful!

If I could give Best Choice Fashion no stars I would. They are the WORST choice if you want customer service. We went there today, knowing, understanding it is a wholesale store, we would have to dig through dresses and help ourselves. What we did not expect was the disregard for the customer we experienced. We found several dresses for my sister to try on (the dresses were not arranged by size or style, just randomly stuck wherever) and the sign read only 3 items in the dressing room at a time. No problem, very understandable. Well we were excited and trying to have fun and make the best of it. One of the employees refused to even answer me when I asked her a question, she looked at me in the eyes and turned around and walked away. The other, who came over about 15 minutes later, was not much nicer. When asked if she could help me find a dress in a larger size for my sister she went and retrieved a different dress than the one we asked for, It was similar, but not the same. I didn t complain because it was almost the same dress and was very pretty. The second attendant then informed me that my sister could no longer try on dresses because they have a limit to the amount of dresses customers can try on per day... Really? The sign said 9, she had tried on about 4 or 5 and we were told because they were wedding dresses they limited them further. Right after I asked to speak with a manager because I thought the rule was silly and we were the only customers in the store, my sister, who is bilingual, informed me that they had been bad mouthing her and my mother for most of the time we were there. They referred to her as a stupid white girl and were making fun of us. I spoke with the manager, first about the rule, which she said was because they have a high volume of traffic in the store and they have to be fair to allow everyone to try on dresses... as far as the white ones are concerned they don t want them to get dirty... well most people dry clean their dresses anyway before the ceremony so that shouldn t be an issue. Every other store we went to after were very accommodating and helpful as far as how many dresses they would allow her to try on. I also told her about her rude employees who, because they thought we were unable to understand them, decided to talk ugly about us. She didn t seem too concerned when I told her we were leaving and not coming back. She lost possibly $2000+ worth of sales because we liked the dresses we were looking at and we would have possibly bought bridesmaid dresses as well along with accessories. I also told her I would be telling all my friends never to go to her store. She did not even try to make it right. She quietly watched as we left the store. If she had tried to make it right, offered a discount or at least yelled at her employees, we might have stayed. She didn t even offer to make an exception about trying on more dresses. She said that most girls come back every day and try on a few more dresses, but I told her we were from Baytown and that would not be a viable way to do things for us. I never yelled or raised my voice, and I was not disrespectful to any of them, but I felt very disrespected when we left. I do not recommend going to this store for anything unless you want terrible customer service and an attitude.

I would recommend this place if youre looking for something cheap & nice . The employees there are super nice, one thing is that they are a little disorganized . Overall Ive had a pretty good service those couple of times Ive been there .

They did not visit buy anything, they are abusive and thieves! My daughters went on Saturday 21 to try dresses because they are ladies, and when she took off her clothes, Cameron got her headphones, the woman who works there entered and grabbed them and kept them when my daughter asked, she was the one who didnt see anything.

I like the staff very friendly.
