I’ve been coming here for years. Really good prizes! The owner does not answer the phone sometimes but that’s because she is super busy the best way to reach her is going to the store. She is very sweet and she works with you most definitely recommend. The dress I wanted was for $375 at Camille I got it for $159 here and she does payment plans!

Dont waste your time or money! We ordered a dress weeks later she was trying to sell us something completely different and not the color we desired. After lying saying thats what we had ordered she mistakenly admitted she sold it to someone else!!!! Worst service ever! I cant give it zero stars or else I would!

Came during normal bussiness hours to pick up a tuxedo they made us wait an hour for them to get here keep in mind the tuxedo delivery date was yesterday they apologize but said nothing they can do the event is tomorrow horrible service and bad hours

When you order a wedding or quincenera dress. The owner Marta tells you that it will be here in a like one day of the week. When you call she keeps telling you lies that next day or next day. Bad customer services especially from the owner. I wont recommend this place.

If youre looking for terrible service then youve come to the right place.a staff member was working on our dresses but said she didnt want to do it anymore & left. ordered dresses about four months ago and arent even the ones we ordered. . wrong sizes,shoes, color, material, and design. the wrong dresses arent even ready and the event is tomorrow. owner also lies about when dresses are ready. SHE DOESNT ALLOW REFUNDS EVEN IF SHE GETS EVERYTHING WRONG. i cant believe i paid $150 for something i didnt even order. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Bad service, i ordered my dress in the color mint but it arrived in jade green. She did not want to accept the fact that she was wrong. I wanted the money back from my chambelanes and damas but she refused to give it back. I dont recommend you going there if you want to have a nice xv.

Bad customer service. Especially the owner we ordered a dress for my damas and she ordered one that wasnt. In our options. And i have a chubby dama and she said she was fat. And that she was the one that made her have to get another dress if she had told us she didnt. Have the size we couldve. Gone to find her dress somewhere else but instead she chose a dress that was very transparent from the back. She also messed up my doll and everything else we ordered and in the WRONG COLORS. She designed everything with a design we DID NOT chose. Then she got an attitude At. My mom and all other damas and their moms. They also didnt. Fix my dress and it was all messed up for my 15 pictures. And they will lie about your things being here and that they are going to fix them they tell you a day to pick them up and they are still the same design you did not wantI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO FIND DRESSES OR ANYTHING FOR WEDDINGS OR QUINCEAÑERAS !!!NO LES RECOMIENDO VENIR AQUI!!!

Its very expensive and they said the dresses were here already but we went and they werent there yet. The 16 is 5 days away.
