Would totally NOT recommend purchasing anything here, we order 8 bridesmaids dresses for a wedding and receive the wrong style, victoria didnt even bother to let us know, she just went ahead and ordered them knowing it wasnt the design we purchased. When we noticed we told her & took the dress we ordered since one of the bridesmaids took the dress we tried on that day. She didnt bother to try and correct the mistake and give us the correct design. When asked for a $10 refund on each dress since the style they gave us was ugly and cheaper, she denied !

The BEST dress buying experience ever. There are hundreds of great quality dresses !! Its Soo much fun. We got my wedding dress here, My mothers dress ( who was walking me ) And one of my wedding guest dress as well! Ms Victoria was always so kind and helpful! When we came back for alterations she was amazing! All of the gowns turned out perfect!

The staff is rude and I wish I had not bought my daughters dresses there. I bought 2 dresses from there and it was a big mistake. The first time she was on crutches and NO ONE helped her get dressed so I went in there and did it my self. Then Victoria the owner was taking my daughters measurements and kept stopping to talk to someone else then started again then walks off to talk to another client then comes back then is writing things down while talking to someone else. Long story short her dress is big on her and I’m going to need to go back for a lot of alterations. With her second dress they used the same measurements and that dress was huge on her because one has the bustle and the other is a zipper. Someone was supposed to call me when each dress was in and neither time did anyone call. I had to call them. There is so much more that has happened, but not enough space. She is also not the cheapest look around!!! We got her pillow set for way cheaper and a lot prettier at another store!! Also her Dama dresses the same exact dress she wanted $120 for we found down the street for $79. The only reason I bought her quince dress there is because the Madrina for her dress could only come that day. We just had such a bad experience there from beginning to end.

Highly recommend it they had many many options and sizes and prices are great. I got my dress here and crown. I like the way I was treated good service.

Stumbled onto this place while shopping for beads at a store in the same building. I needed some bow ties for my sons groomsmen so I thought Id give them a shot since I was there. They had exactly what I needed at a 10th of the price of the mall. I will be going there when my 2 daughters decide to get married. The gowns were gorgeous and so were the prices.

If you want a high end bridal store don’t come here it is on Harwin... but my experience was wonderful!!!! Didn’t need to make an appointment and the amount of dresses is insane! I told Rosa exactly what I was looking for, she found it and I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! I may also add, extremely affordable! My budget was $500 max and I spent a little under that including alterations and veil! Go see Rosa!

As a wedding and event planner I have made a lot 9f connections over the years. My family has always bought dresses from her. She is a wonderful person and does right by everyone. The staff are professional and helpful in every way. I recommend her for all your formal needs.

I was not there to shop for myself..This place has a lot of things to offer. Its a business inside of multiple businesses. The only thing I didnt like was there are only a few people working & it is super busy & there is so much to choose from. If you dont know exactly what you want, youll get swallowed up & overwhelmed by all the merchandise. There are dresses EVERYWHERE!!I was there assisting a bride to be & she was getting overwhelmed but she ended up finding her wedding dress as well as a dress for her daughter. I think her wedding dress was over priced....only because most of the merchandise is outdated or very traditional. However, she was satisfied with BOTH purchases. So it was a win for her.

Beautiful dresses, wide variety ! Ordered a dress on a Saturday and got it in a Friday. Also dress was tight and they fixed it on the spot very convenient bc I live 50 miles to the north. The only problem here is no prices so shady!!!!!!!

Picked up the wedding dress for our wedding tomorrow. It was nearly touched up, and the wedding was the next day... She ended up doing a combo dress with another gown from a different company and thankfully it worked.

The wedding and quince dresses are beautiful here and ladies working here give excellent service!

I found my daughter prom dress here and the alterations was free. Its extremely busy in this store, you will have to come in the mornings at this store.

Was here today had a bad experience.First lady was nice but told us we need to look in pile for a quinciañera dress, once we found the dress and was walking towards the fitting room another lady that works there stop us and told us if we can let another lady see the dress. When we where in the fitting room she keep coming trying to hurry us up when we where done I wanted to take a picture of the tag so we could of remember she open the curtain again snatch the dress away from my hand and gave it to the other lady.Not professional and rude!!!

Tried on dress in the store. It was too small. So a store associate took measurements and ORDERED new dress..so they said. Picked up the dress...paid for it and when tried it on again it was the same damn dress we tried on in the store...too small! The event is less than a month away. No time to wait for another dress! Will be back to give them a chance to rectify FIRST thing tomorrow. If nothing can be done and they refuse refund I will do another review and take them to court.

This is the place to go for prom, weddings, quinceñera dresses. pro tip- go to bridal shop, find dress, select style and then go order here. it will be a couple hundred less and the same dress

Visited this store to find my daughter a dress for her middle school dance. We found a beautiful dress. I would recommend more selections for appropriate short dresses for younger teens.If you go here be prepared to spend a couple of hours to sort through the dresses.Side note: they do carry shoes and some selections of jewelery.

As someone else mentioned there are no prices listed on the dresses and many are damaged. Ask one person the price of a dress and she quoted me 750.00, ask another person and she quoted 550.00. Went to Camillas in Memorial City mall and found a dress just as nice for 349.00. I dont recommend this retailer.

I ordered a brand new dress here after trying on the same one at the store. I didnt take the one at the store because it wasnt in perfect conditions. They said the dress would arrive in 2-3 weeks. They called us about 1 1/2 months later saying the dress was here just to give us the dress theyd had in store with the missing beads. They showed it to us and claimed it was new. It was the same dress but they had washed it. Dont recommend!

This is my first and last time coming to this store the i was told how much i wanted to put down and i said 20 because i wanted to pay the dress in cash but i didnt have any cash and decide to leave 20 with my card but the charge me 80 dollars and then i look in my bank account to see they had charge me 3 times and all 3 times for 80 dollars and they DID NOT ONCE MENTION THEY DONT DO NO REFUNDS

Tons of options! Slot of dresses have small things wrong with them. Snags stains missing sequence or gems. Be prepared to dig through mountains of dresses. Its just like a flea market.

The prices arent on the clothes so prices are negotiable. Which can either work out well for you or it wont. We felt like our experience was the latter. Might as well go to a department store and buy a dress there based on the price they gave us.

This place is ridiculous, DONT STOP AT THIS STORE! They will not tell you about the no REFUND policy and they will charge you for the whole amount and charge your card without getting the item first. Omg never again I am getting my bridesmaids dresses from here the service is horrible we were sized 2 months ago they never called so when I call they didnt even know where the girls sizes were I went in last week and all 7 dresses are the wrong size one of my bridesmaids is a 4x and they got her a med and said they were going to take it out my wedding is two weeks away and she tried to charge me to fix her mistake its to close to try and change it
