A very weird, off-putting experience. I stood at the front of the empty store for several minutes before someone came up. They push their sample sale dresses that are in poor condition. And then the only two dresses they recommended to me were completely different than the dresses I had been trying on and said I liked. And then they wanted me to pick a dress from a catalog. We left early.

They were very rude to me and my guests. Plus, they didn’t have a good selection of dresses and the majority of the dresses are not available in white.

I had a terrible experience here. It was the first place I went to try on dresses and it should have been a great experience and they rushed me out of the place in 30 min. I tried 3 dresses on and got no feedback from the consultant. I’d recommend somewhere else.

Beautiful gowns but I couldnt try the styles I wanted because they were too small for me. (They were runway sizes)I think I went to every store in Houston and the surrounding area. All stores had a great selection of dresses and were really sweet and helpful (except AMORE bridal also known as The Bridal Depot)

I just wanted to ask a question about an appointment, opening hrs so I could come try some on and the guy was so rude hardly even opened the door. All he said was we work by appointment only and closed the door. 0 customer service.

I was very disappointed and insulted by the entire experience. It was my first appointment to try on wedding dresses and I gave them a starting budget of $3,000 but my mom and I reassured them that we were open to a higher price if I found a dress I loved. They were very rushy and impatient with the dresses I wanted to try on and wouldnt let me try on dresses that they said were out of my budget (which were not.) They would also not stop pushing me to buy a sample dress and offered it at half price but I wasnt completely certain on the dress which very obviously annoyed them. They continued to pressure me to buy it and didnt let me try on any other dresses and proceeded to ignore us the rest of the time we were there.

Life savers! I had my dream dress but it was ruined one week before my wedding. It turned yellow and the cleaners torched the material. My friend called Vo at Now and Forever. He got me in the next day, before the store opened. I gave him my budget and preferences for a dress. We found a style that matched everything I described. It was way over budget. He fixed it to fit my budget and had it altered from a 10 to a 6 in ONE WEEK! The dress was perfect! He did such an amazing job! I wish I went there to begin with. He was amazing to work with!!!!!

There is a great selection of dresses and I found a dress here that I loved and purchased. However the customer service once you say yes is slacking.

Nice place but, if they are going to make a dress for you, why cant they take your measurements and make it your size?

After spending the weekend with my Mom and sister trying on a slew of dresses that all kind of looked the same to me, my last stop was Now and Forever Bridal Boutique. Parking was easy in the shared structure to the east of the shop. Kim and Vo greeted me and discussed my taste and budget. I had been eyeing Hayley Paige gowns, and the first one I tried on there was just butter -- amazing! Unique, fun, different -- but still feminine. Kim and Vo made sure my sister and Mom were taken care of -- we had some sparkling wine to sip on while I tried on dresses. I did try on a few other dresses just to see, but the first one Vo had in mind was just the one -- no competition! What was extremely generous was they offered me trunk show pricing even though I came in after their trunk show had just ended. Vo also showed me a veil that matched elements of my dress perfectly that he had found on a recent trip to New York. I received a nice thank you card after the purchase, and the most amazing thing was a month later Vo and Kim hosted the designer, Miss Hayley Paige, at their shop and held a gorgeous reception with looks from her latest season, drinks, appetizers and string music! It was obvious Kim and Vo have a strong relationship with Hayley.
