So the people here are so knowledgeable and friendly. Great suggestions on how to protect yourself legally and the working knowledge of the products is great. I was really impressed with this particular item that not only has a bluetooth capability to jam music with, but has 1080 hd wifi spy cam. Plus it can charge your phone by simply laying your phone on top of it. Lots of cool stuff to check out.

This is a great store not only do they have nanny cams, but they have magic items to help you become a professional magician. It’s pretty impressive with everything they have inside. I’ve never been in a spy store before and the items they have are truly top of the line.I went in today for a nanny cam for my house and they had exactly what I was searching for. The associate who helped me is name Olivia. Olivia you are a blessing. She is so kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable when it comes to setting these things up. The nanny cam she helped me pick out is great! The color quality is fantastic and it’s easy to make out the images very very clear.I definitely will be back in the future for any nanny cams If I may need one again. The product I purchased on 11/21/19 did not work and they would not refund my money when I tried to return the next day 11/22/19. Will not purchase ANYTHING ELSE from them! Having to call the customer service for the product to get any results. Definitely will not reccomend the store!

The staff and owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. A great shop to purchase a hidden camera or to buy magic supplies. This is the only place in Houston worth going to if youre trying to learn magic. They have a great selection of magic tricks for any age at any skill level. I highly recommend this place!

Was headed to the dollar store when I passed up this shop! Decided to stop by just to check it out since I live around the corner. Neat little store full of spy gear as well as magic stuff! They have a sign which reads, “Be nice or leave.” Good advice they don’t follow. The lady seemed bothered by my questions and did not want to help. When I finally made a decision I was informed I could not bring the camera back if it didn’t perform well. They only do in store credit for malfunctions, which is a good sign they sell poor quality products.Rude and they don’t stand behind their products. The stuff looks cool, hope you have better luck if you decide to go. Oh, and all their stuff is available much cheaper online. Just sayin...Your response is not accurate, nor was that marketing person in your store when I was.You’ve received an accurate score from me and honest feedback. I encourage you to make it a teachable moment or ignore it. Enjoyed it, was shown items, able to see how they worked. Specifically went in for a stun gun, so it was helpful to be able to hold and see how the worked and sounded.

Really liked this place. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Two people helped me, Savannah and another girl (I forgot her name) - but both were very pleasant and I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. Didnt get the feeling that I was being sold a lot of things that I didnt need. I absolutely love the SpotCam! You can view your home from your phone or your computer. And it has audio both ways - I can speak from the app or my computer into my home, and I can hear everything that is going on inside my home. It took me a total of three minutes to install the cameras which I was concerned about, but it was extremely easy. Great peace of mind! Highly recommend!

This place has the most Unique masks I have seen. They have not just Halloween masks, but realistic masks that will change your appearance. The masks are high quality, unlike the other Mask stores in Houston. Check out the store, its great.

I first called the store and was greeted by Savanna. She was friendly but more importantly knowledgeable. After speaking with her, I felt it was worth the drive up there to check out their wares.The store is neatly put together and looks very professional. I met with Savanna and she went to work straight away to help me. The manager, Teressa, was also there to lend a hand.I came in looking for a body cam. As an officer it is important to protect ourselves when we are accused of being unprofessional. Savanna was so patient with me. Before I drop a few hundred bucks on something I want to be sure I NEED it first. She had an answer for all my questions and even gave me a live demo of the camera I was looking at so I could see the quality in real time. That was just AMAZING she did that.After I made my decision on the cam, I decided to look around and see what else they had that I could use. Again Savanna walked me all around the store explaining what each and everything was.In the end, not only did I buy the camera but 2 other items as well. I know I can annoy sales people with all my questions but Savanna didnt make me feel like I bothered her at all.The manager Teressa worked with me on prices and was just as professional and friendly.My opinion is this:If you want spy type gear and you expect:1. Knowledgeable employees2. Excellent customer service skills3. Wide selection of choicesThen head on over here to Central Spy Shop. I give it my full recommendation as an officer and trust me..when it comes to spending my money..I set a high bar for the service I expect. Store would not admit their mistake after selling me the wrong camera and refused to give me a full refund. I went to this store thinking i could get better service in person instead of Online, I described the camera i needed and was assured the camera they sold me would do what i needed. When it came time to use the camera, it was not as described and did not have the capabilities that i asked for. Went back to the store to return the item, but Keely refused to admit her mistake and did not even know how the camera worked when i asked her to demonstrate its functionalities. I gave her my information to have the owner contact me, but was never contacted.I Should have know from the other negative ratings that you guys do not admit to wrongdoings. Every negative you get, you blame the customer, Never admit wrong doing to keep your money right.

I just left Central Spy Shop and had to right them a review. They are hands down the most professional people I have ever met. I always feel watched when I walk around in here. Neat stuff, but the shop that used to be downtown seemed less flashy and gave the impression that their tools/electronics were useful and not just overpriced novelties. Get the keychain lockpicks in stock, I didnt see them on your website.

I really love this place, it is very cool. I transit back and forth from Austin to Houston and during my stay in Houston I had to check this place out.After looking online and visiting another shop I ended up at Central Spy Shop and boy I am glad I did, it was head and shoulders above anywhere else I have seen in person and online. The shop was totally decked out and first class with all the latest gadgets on display.After one of the girls that worked at the shop gave me the tour I started shopping. I spent a little more money than I had planned but I am glad I did. Once I used what I bought I realized it was worth every penny to get a better quality device rather than purchasing it somewhere else or risking making an online purchase.I also did get stuck on the operation of one item so I called the shop and they directed me to technical support because it was a pretty technical question and it got squared away very quickly, I realized I was doing something wrong and everything was great.I will for sure be back to this store every chance I get.

The Masks in this shop is a must see. They are very realistic. I found one that looks and fits perfect ! Do yourself a favor and go check out the selections they offer. The mask shop showroom is located inside the Spy Shop on Hwy 6.

Guys make sure you obtain some kind of warranty when purchasing any items from this store. I totally regret spending close to $1000 on a phone recorder and air freshener camera recorder without a warranty. When I first walked in the store, I specifically asked for an audio and video recorder air freshener. I told them I needed evidence for court purposes. They sold me their items with no problems. I believed in them and trusted everything they had to say. After, using my item a few weeks after purchase, I realized I didnt hear any type of sound when viewing my videos. I thought there was something wrong with the audio. I called the store and spoke with a different person (not the one that sold me the items). She said its illegal to audio record someone without their consent according to Texas Laws. Really???? I would not had spent $1000 if I was given this information to begin with. I was misinformed. I wasnt able to exchange it either because their items only have like a 7 day warranty (horrible). They need to upgrade on their protection plans to keep customers happy. By the way, the air freshener recorder is no longer recording. Waste of money. Very upset customer. Poor quality items!!!Get warranty!!!

I have been looking for a safe Spy Shop to buy from for years now. Where I live is none and I was referred by a friend in the U.S. to Central Spy Shop. I had to call directly for them to ship to me where I live, and they needed to get a shipping price to me before order. The entire process took less than an hour and I received my package not long after. Anyone thinking of purchasing in or out of the country should try them.

HIGHLY recommend! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. My father was staying in a care facility and kept saying they were not responding to his calls and not taking care of him properly. On a whim I looked up the shop. When I went in I had no idea what I was looking for at all. I told them my story and they gave me several options on what I may do. Zach was the representative inside the store when I went in. He gave me a tour of all the products available within the entire store. There were a lot of different products to choose from, everything from safes to home alarm systems to taser guns. A little bit of something for everyone there.

This place of business doesnt have employees that are experienced with the products they sale. So before stepping into this store to purchase an item and its NOT battery operated and will need an IT technician, call before arriving, because only a technician can answer your questions, if any. And you cant purchase an item, go home, and talk to a technician over the phone they dont provide that service.

Saturday I needed a camera to keep an eye on my 16 year old son that was bringing kids over (without my permission) when I was not home. I suspected they were going through me and my wifes things but nothing could have prepared me for what they were really doing.I cannot say here, but lets just say the spy camera I bought paid for itself in 1 weekend.
