This review is to describe how poor the sales lady was when helping or assisting me. I was asking about the caramel apples and she seemed like she didn’t even want to be bothered. May note that she was the only one selling. Then she does not have a sign up saying they do not exceed currency larger than 20. I had only cash with me for my travel out of the country. But apparently she didn’t care of making a sale. Was not able to purchase my two caramels apples one for my son and I. Just the service alone.

My go to anytime I visit any location. Cheesecake caramel apple. 3 of my favorite things in one. Delicious!Pre-Covid

Service is always on point, clean and well organize. Great taste of ice cream and such. A little cramped and not a place to sit and chat, its a good idea to get it on the go.

We had quite a long time to lay over at this airport. We walked and checked out the local shops and the items they had to offer. We liked and thought we would try the milk chocolate caramels that was shown in this picture. They were really good we gave the rest of the kids.

Walked up at 845p, another woman was being helped/checked out and the guy told us the store was closed even though the website clearly states 930p is closing time. Very disappointed, customer service is seriously lacking. Also watched him place a shelf right in front of the opening where people could trip. Extremely unsafe.

Says they close at 9:30 but when I walked up to get something at 7:30 I was informed that it was closed by the employee.

They have a great variety of items, the food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is friendly. The prices are very reasonable

We bought chocolate here during over layover on the way home. Their truffles were amazing. Definitely good, price is steep but it is an airport.

Delivery was made early in the day and everything was perfect. Our customer that we order this for was extremely pleased.

I love their treats and if your at the Airport in Houston you gotta buy some treats before your flight and i would definitely recommend a carmel apple with all the trimmings. Their chocolate turtles are to die for as well.

Employees very rude and seemed to not want to wait on customers, just standing around chatting with each other....has horrible attitude as well, actually told me I was lying . Preparing apples at 9:20 with no gloves on as if covid19 doesnt exist.

My daughter and I were there on August 19 in the evening, paid for an almond caramel apple and a almond bear claw. My cost was little over 14.00. Boarded our flight in flight I wanted to try my apple, when they put it in the bag they put the napkins on top. So now the caramel is warm and the napkins are stuck to the apple. Hardly any caramel or almonds. Later my daughter tried her bear claw. Not only was it not almonds ( cashew ), but the caramel didnt even look like caramel, could not identify it at all. Next day I spoke to the owners daughter Marcie. She told me this was very important so she would get to the bottom of this and send me my money back. This was August 20th. Sent pictures of the claw., texted her a few more times in the next week or so with no answer.. I was able go find the ower number spoke to him on a Sunday he said send him by information and he would send me my check. Another week pasted. I texted him again and said I will give this one more week want my check by Saturday. So on Saturday the 28th of September I finally got my refund. It took 6 weeks to get my refund. To me this is very bad business practice. On the site the talk about God and there promise for there business

The apples are really good, but the employees need to pay more attention to the customers.A smile and esntusiam goes a long way!

They dont have one in Pasadena TX. The closest one is IN the Airport. Thats great if youre traveling.

Three employees stood around talking about hash tags. The couple in front of me left when they couldnt get helped and I stood there 5 additional minutes waiting to get help. I finally told the three young women hashtag help customers and walked away. I was hoping to buy an addition to a Fathers Day gift. I was very disappointed.

Ice cream was great, and the chocalate was even better!
