Great service, really helpful. They were able to help my mom reprogram her adjustable bed. And to verify my garage remote had good batteries but was failing - based on that, my apartments got me a new remote.

I like Batteries Plus Bulbs in general so I would tend to rate them highly, but this store goes above and beyond with customer service and quality.

Sometimes you just need a quick solution!I know I can always count on there speedy service and to have my items in stock. Wish they still had bulk worker batteries.....but the lad at the counter directed me to another brand witch seems to do the job.

They were able to help me get a battery charger for my Nikon Camera as I lost the one for a digital camera that I was going to give my granddaughter. Is she going to be excited now....

I like the idea of being able to by a lifetime warranty on some batteries but the main watch batteries you warranty you want to get they cant get the back off

Terrible customer service. I’ve made a number of light bulb purchases in store and where I had to place special orders. I went to return one small bulb and they would not take it back after 14 days. It was still in the box and store bag. I was also going to buy some others. Oh well lots of other places to buy bulbs. Beware !

Ordered online and picked up in store. Super easy process and no searching the store or guessing if they had it. Also these stores are where I recycle batteries which is a free service they have.

Used to be great store on Yale & 610.Now not so much. Scheduled an appointment online for busted iPhone screen. Went to the store. Attendant said: 1. could not find the phone # associated w/appt, so I showed him the printed confirmation. 2. said he could not replace the screen because Apple would not allow a white screen on a black button, even when I informed him I owned the phone. I eventually got the hint that I should go somewhere else.....and I did er4gadgets!

Items are always there and available. Customer service is excellent! There was a small problem during checkout and it was fixed and taken care of in seconds.

I purchased a specific battery at the recommendation of my alarm system company. I later found out that I did not need that battery however when I attempted to return it, I was informed that I was 2 days past the 14 day return window. I was unaware of this policy and was told to call the following day to speak to the store manager. I called and spoke to the manager who still refused to make the return. I spoke to 2 customer service representatives who were unable to help in any way. I am now forced to keep a $64 battery that I will not use. We are in the midst of a pandemic and that $64 would have been very helpful to me and my family however the staff were unwilling to assist me with this matter.

Do not go to this store. Very misleading and do not sign up for car key battery replacements. Very sneaky and want to gouge you.

Zero stars. Store clerk would not apply discount code given to me by Batteries+ online and shown to him on my phone. He used the excuse that he was not authorized to do it. Returned to my vehicle and again went through the Batteries+ online gymnastics. Returned to store and clerk asked me to provide personal information I had just entered. Finally the discount was applied and the texts and spam commenced. Density of value in dealing with this type establishment is not worth the wasted time or inconvenience! Will look elsewhere for future battery purchases.

Overpriced and the customer service was worse than the prices.

I called and asked yesterday if batteries for ups and laptops were still recycled here. I was told yes. Apon arival i was told only 3 laptop batteries could be taking. Not honoring their word.

Took phone in for battery and now doesnt function as well as it did when i brought it in. They broke the home button cable on my iphone and didnt even take responsibility. Dont take an iPhone to these people or the same may happen to you.Asked for help with key fob they said they didnt have the parts for that and wanted $19 for a $4 battery to see if fob was bad. Fob was bad and got one form another retailer with no problem.

Staffer knew exactly what battery/pigtail was used in my ancient wireless answering phone, and even more surprisingly, was able to locate and sell me two replacements. I was on my way in less than 5 minutes.

Today I walked into this establishment and three people people helped me charismatically. I literally was dumbfounded by how helpful everyone was. They were even teaching this new guy named Reggie at the register and he took my check with out messing anything up. That’s how great this place is. I’ll be coming back for all my battery stuff lol

Each time I have been to this Batteries+Bulbs store they have been extremely helpful, efficient and always polite to every customer who walks in. The young man who frequently helps me even called two other stores to find an unusual bulb we needed for our office sign. He is just a delightful young man!

Do NOT ever buy a car battery HERE! I bought a Duracell AGM big car battery here for about $215. It come with a 48 month warranty. 12 months later it would not hold a charge and was discharging itself. They said they will not warranty a battery under 10 volts! Zero help zero anything. Left the battery to charge. And 3 days later it had dropped down 2 more volts! They couldnt explain it but wouldnt honor my warranty. Money wasted, terrible company any other place would have swapped the battery out with a fresh new one instantly! Do not shop here!

Very easy to get my order from the web to pick up in store. The gentleman that was at the store this morning was very nice and efficient. I overheard him helping another man in line before me and he was going above and beyond with him.

I was at this store to exchange a battery. The account is a business account I was told my boss has to be present to get n exchange first time I hear this. We have account with autozone, Orally, homedepot, Granger, n many other companies and never had any problems.. please tell me was gonna happen if the boss quit the job all the warranty are lost???

Just replaced a laptop charger today. Staff was very helpful and alerted me to the discount for purchasing online and then picking up. Also, the charger was about 25% cheaper than either office or technology related stores. Highly recommend.

How do you not repair certain watches, and on top of that wouldnt lend the proper tools to repair myself. A very simple fix. 4 Phillips head screws. Im out of town so mind you I dont have my tools handy

I went to your competitor NTB who wanted to charge me over $220 and didnt have the battery at their store and wanted me to wait for 4 hours. I ordered a battery on-line at your Gessner store and Justin called right away to let me know they didnt have one but they could put one on hold at your Beechnut location. Awesome service! I drove to the Beechnut location and sure enough Milton had my battery ready to go. I just showed him my confirmation email and I was all set. Since I had to put it in right there in the parking lot Milton offered to let me wash my hands after I was done. I will be a B&B customer for life. Im 62 and thats how customer service is done! Oh yeah and the price was way, way lower than NTB. Great job.

**Update 11/18/19-- Unfortunately, I suspect this franchise location was sold, and apparently the new owner has little interest in customer satisfaction. Have visited three times in the past six months and was met with unknowledgeable staff with limited ability to locate inventory and a lack of understanding of warranties.** Very easy to order online, drive to store, and have your new car battery installed by one of the really great employees, quickly and expertly, even keeping the radio settings intact. I have always had superb service at this store. Well done and thank you!

Got my screen replaced on a Samsung S9. Went fine, took about 2 hours. A month later I barely dropped the phone (about 6 inches off the ground), and the screen shattered into a 100 pieces. At $275, they obviously dont use quality replacement screens. Buyer beware. Thats $275 down the drain.

Came into the store after already frustrated with the horrible service at Best Buy. MICHAEL, hopefully spelled correctly, was outstanding at helping us get two laptop batteries. Not only did he do his job, which remarkably is hard to find somebody that actually does their job in this day and age, he also was very professional, respectful and happily answered any questions we had. The one battery they did not have in store, he called two other stores to see if they had it and could ship it to the one here. I will be doing more business with this store in the future.

I had a bad experience when I went to this store just to replace the battery of a garages door opener. The employee called Juan simply gave me some kind of excuse and refused to open the item and replace the battery for me. Thats bad customer service. I drove to the nearest store at 3909 Richmond Ave. where Mr. Clark kindly replaced the battery in two minutes. Thank you very much.

I purchased a battery for my scooter but after a week and a half i dreaded taking it back to get a replacement battery or money back. I made the long trip over just so Alfred could accuse me of doing something to the battery. He asked me so many questions until you thought Got you. At that point I just wanted my money back. Alfred stated they needed to analyze and charge the battery and that would take basically until the next day. I was upset but went along with it.The next day I had to call them and then I was told it was no good and I did not have any batteries like it in the entire store. Ha, now I will have to either drive to the heights or wait a week until it came in. Agin, I waited and waited but no call after9 days. So I call and ask about the battery some boy answered and stated he had to check if it was in, laughing all the while. I was placed on at least 3 holds then finally my battery was there. I asked for a refund because at this point I was totally disappointed and not satisfied this type of service. No refund can be given on a warranted battery, huh? So I had to go pick up the battery.I received a call from the manager two days later stating I could not get a refund but all of a sudden the battery is working. Mind you, this is the same battery that would not hold a charge and was well below the lowest range for the battery to work but they wanted to give it back to me.I returned several days later demanding a refund or a new battery that refused after about 10 minutes of questions from me. After this battery dies and my warranty ends they will never see me again. I have been buying batteries from this place for years but never againI truly hope the owner will reach out to me so we can discuss these problematic issues that continues to happen over and over again.

Good bunch of people. Ive purchased a few LED magnetic clip on lights from them. Ive purchased several batteries from them over the years. You can find just about anything you want, and they can fix MANY items that are battery powered - meaning they can replace the batteries. Theyve replaced the batteries inside my cell phone, and even inside an rechargeable drill. And Ive purchased several good quality extra batteries from them for my Note, and took it on an overseas trip, so I could just swap the batteries out. They also have a good assortment of lightbulbs now. I remember when they were just batteries. lol

Battery on my cell phone was not correctly working. I went to T-Mobile and they recommended that I go get the battery checked at Batteries Plus before I invested in a new phone. I found the nearest one which was on S. Gessner and drove over on my lunch break. The guy behind the counter was extremely helpful . He tested my battery and went through some other steps before determing that it was indeed the battery. I highly recommend the S. Gessner location.
