I called about tire service and was told it would be an hour to 1 1/2 hour on service. Arrived at approximately 2:55 pm. I waited two and half hours for 2 tires to be changed out. The service manager was polite and somewhat accommodating for my waiting but not even 10% worth. I won’t be back for service again. Lesson learned.

Appointment was at 4 didn’t pull my car in til 5:15 someone that came after me left before I did this place priorities is all jacked up only thang good is the customer service and still waiting on my car shouldn’t take 2 hours for an oil change never again will I come back

Incredibly slow service!! Im replacing two tires. With a parking lot with only 6 vehicles, I had to wait an hour and a half for them to start and now Ive been waiting over an hour and a half and they still arent finished and they are giving a guy who came in after me more attention. This is why I prefer discount tire!!

Made an appointment from 11:30-12:30 . It is now 2 pm and they just pulled my vehicle in to replace the tires . And thats only because I asked when they would get to my vehicle. Don bring your vehicle here unless you have all day to sit around and wait

Staff was nice but I had a set of 4 tires installed they took a very long time, they damage my rims and they didn’t return a complete set of my air valve caps. Will never come back to this location they need to be more careful when working in customers cars

Quick oil changes and the staff work with you. Seems like some customers try to stiff arm to get free service though so they dont enjoy haggling on prices.

I never leave reviews but I need to just say that the service here is above and beyond what I ever expected. Not only was my oil change, quick and efficient but the customer service provided by David was amazing. He was quick to help me out, quick to get my oil change done and quick to a chore that id been putting off finished, leaving me with an entire slot open for my day. I can’t stress enough how great David was! The rest of the staff is also friendly but I’ll make sure to keep coming back to this location solely for David’s excellent service! :)

They’re the best! I have never gotten my oil changed before so I came here, and it was so fast. The staff was so friendly! David was also really helpful letting me know which oil was the best for my car. 10/10 would recommend to my friends. Will be coming back next time!

Let me first say the customer service here is superb. I was helped by David who expertly assisted me with an oil change and thoroughly took care of me. By far I’d say the kindest most customer service driven individual in this establishment. If you need any oil changes, tires, lights or brakes swapped then ask for DAVID!

I can never get my car worked on at the appointment time I set. Why even have appointments if y’all can’t keep up with them. I also had an alignment done not too long ago and they left my control arm bolts loose. My steering wheel starter slowly becoming unaligned. The tires were damaged that I had purchased from them. I will never come back here or recommend anyone.

Got my tires changed at this location. Spoke with David, who helped me select the best tires. He provided great advice and was very knowledgeable. He showed great customer service. Setting an appointment was easy and staff was amazing. Would comeback :)

I went to get my car serviced and had the best experience not only was my car completed quickly, the employees were extremely helpful and answered every question I had. One in particular a tall thin man with long hair was the most helpful of all, he was patient and diligent. Thank you! Will do again!

The people working obviously prefer being elsewhere. I made an appointment for 12:00 and then watched multiple people not work on cars. I was told my oil change would be done in an hour. They started working on it at 1:15. The woman at the counter hid out by the TV in the back on her phone...ignoring everyone. Im 90 mins into this experience and all I can say is next time, Ill learn to do it myself.

Bait and switch! Horrible!! Talked to an employee, recommended certain tires for my car, gave an estimate, made the appointment. I get there & am told they dont have the tires in stock! Then they tell me the only tires they have that fit my car are way more expensive than the ones I was quoted. I guess figuring since Im already there Ill go ahead & take it. Nope, I dont fall for the bait and switch. Taking my car elsewhere & telling everyone I know to stay away from this dishonest place

In my own opinion better than other places, here they dont take long I was out like in 30min for 2 cars I took for alignment and oil change.

Very disappointed with service here. I went here for ac repair the first time. I went to pick up and NTB tech broke radiator. A/C stop working again and I requested first time to replace condenser. Now they wanted to replace. I think they knew it was going bad and that I would come back for the more expensive repair ac condenser repair. Place was run more professional and better when Michael Meyer was manager..

I dont like the fact that I bought four new Cooper tires balanced and the works. The tires are still new. So far two have been bad. I spent 99.00 for balancing and road hazards for to have the tires replaced. Why I having to keep paying to balance a tire I already played for. REALLY

Poor customer Svc!! I waited 3 hours for an estimate. After being told nothing was wrong with my vehicle another mech inspected and everything was wrong. Receptionist lied on the first mechanic just to rush me away. Then, she wouldn’t give me an legible estimate only scribble of her writing all over the paper. I’ve been a customer of this location for 4years but the new staff are poorly reputable.

Made a 2PM appointment for an alignment...they switched it to 2:30 while I was at the counter (upsetting) and started close to 3pm... good work, but not professional on appointments. If you are pressing for time, not recommended, but good work.

Horrible experience! They had my car for a whole week. I called everyday to get an update. Everyday they said they were just waiting on a response from the warranty company. I hang up and call warranty company. I got ahold of them in less than 2 min. They said they had no claims on the computer. I call them back and let them know what I was told. They called me a couple of hours later that my warranty wouldnt cover the a/c. OK well at this point I still need my a/c fixed and I need my car. I get an estimate and I agree to service the car. They call me half hour later and the quote was wrong so now I have to pay more than close to $800 to get my a/c fixed. Oh well...it is what it is. Just get it done!! Now its 9 days with my car and I pick it up and pay for the service. I start taking off and the car is BOUNCING LIKE CRAZY!!! I didnt have that issue before. They explain that sometimes when the car is lifted there could be some damage if the shocks already had some wear on them. Now they are charging me $1,100 to fix my shocks that didnt need fixing in the first place!!! And they now have the nerve to tell me that the warranty i had for the serviced a/c wont cover my shocks. Well of course not!!! You guys messed up the car!!! At the end Im now frustrated and decide to just take my car as is. They did not want to make themselves responsible for the damage. Ive had my car for 3 days now and I keep noticing issues I didnt have before. Car is making a noise when I turn on the a/c. My wheel gets stuck when I make wide turns and makes a screeching sound. My car still bounces like a lowrider. Its ridiculous!! Yeah they fixed my a/c for almost $800 but now I have over $1,000 of damage on my car. They will not accept any fault or responsibility. This place has horrible service!!! Never again!!!

Went to get a slow-leak tire fixed. Only one person at the front desk. The guy repairing the tire took his own sweet time.He finally got it fixed. Didnt tell me it was done...I had to go ask.Service was not very good. They need a good manager.

I came in for an oil change and waited 2 hour for them the manager Adrian to teller he could not change my oil because the car had excessive oil leaks. Had Adrian taken action sooner and noticed that his mechanic on duty just left my car in the garage for over an hour without being touched I wouldnt have wasted two hours of my time. They have to do a better job communicating with the workers and their customers.

I recently went for them to help me out putting my spare tire. They were extremely helpful and polite. I didnt get their exact names but one of the gentlemen was searching for my tire brand while I was on a phone call and putting me first over other tasks. I appreciate all your help today. I will be returning to this exact location in the future.

Bad experience! They had replaced my power steering leakage 6 months ago. Then power steering wheel began making a sound. After I took to get it checked they said I need to replace the pump. So then what did they do last time when they stopped the leaking???? Not bringing my car here again!!

Went in on Friday 3/8 because tire pressure light was on. Was told tires were fine and other services were recommended and I declined them. Left with tire pressure light still on. This was not the first after service was performed I left with this issue. Last time I had 3 tires replaced and when my car was ready, every sensor light pertaining to tires was still on. I left thinking the lights would go off or reset after I drove a little but that didnt happen so I ended up going back in at 7am the next morning to get he sensors reset, something that should have been done after they put new tires on and Friday after they found no problem with the tires. Went right home and scheduled an appt for an oil change for the day at the Mercedes dealership I bought my Honda from because I knew theyd check the tires again and of course when I left, the tire pressure light had been reset so I guess what Im saying, if you want good service go where you know youre going to get it. The guys are nice and all, but I shouldnt have to go back to get something done that shouldve been done the first time or go somewhere else to get it done.

They did a fantastic speedy job on my oil change and recommended I change my air filter. When they realized they didnt have it in, they special ordered it and had it available next day! And the staff is very friendly! The manager was there both times I went and he was very professional but courteous. They run a good shop!

Got there around 8am until 9:30 they check my car. Very very slow. He gave me an estimate for the work and didnt even include the labor. They wanted 1k to change out the rods and one tire. Lol. Went back to only buy the tire and took very long again to give to me. And didnt want to sell it because I didnt have Id. I was paying cash by the way. Very slow

The salesman that helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable. NTB also had a good price on the replacement tire I needed. My only critique wqs they could have been staffed better. There were quite a few people there and only one person to help in the front. I would recommend an appointment.

I have been to several NTBs, today was the BEST and I mean the BEST experience I ever HAD. I want for oil change and I knew I needed new tires but wasnt in the budget. They made aware of a new service and I was able to get new tires as well. Wonderful customer service.

My car alternator burn downed at the right time when I passed by NTB. I brought my car just in time it died down. Michael King, the store manager went out of his way to get the part after the cut off time for delivery. He quickly worked up my car and had me back on the road within less than 1.5 hours. He’s not only going beyond and above his duty but also serving with a great attitude. I highly recommend this location and believe not all car care are the same and NTB gives me the best experience that I’ve had so far. Thank you Michael for your caring and good will. Nope. Never going to this location EVER again. I can understand being short staffed, but as a world wide company you cannot operate a business like this. Dont let a customer sit there for 40 minutes for a simple tire check. This is unacceptable,unprofessional, and uncharacteristic of a national company thats been around for so long. Too many companies have gone out of business for less. You guys need to regroup because I see you circling the drain.

Worst place ever to take your car to under warranty with an insurance claim. It has been over a week now and nothing has been done. The manager, was always giving us excuses on why the paperwork was not finished. On top of that the bathrooms were nasty, had to take my son across the street to use the bathroom. Very poor customer service and will not be coming back. If I could I would give it less that one star, not deserving of even one star.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, the service is awful. Now they want me to pay they labor to fix my car that their technician broke. Worse customer service ever. Technician showed no respect for his boss or customers, talked to us like we were the problem.

Customer service needs improvement. Grease left on door, floor and steering wheel. During this pandemic, better hygiene measures should be maintained.

Showed up with my car on a tow truck with a flat tire at 7:30pm. The guys were able to verfiy that my tire could be fixed with a patch and I was out of there before 8pm. They were very helpful and courteous.

Called Thursday to see if they would be able to diagnose a sound coming from my cars suspension. Was told they were booked up until the next Monday, this was completely understandable. I show up on Monday around 7:20 am and was told the mechanic was arriving in 20 minutes, I decided to wait. 40 minutes later still no mechanic, at this point I decided to leave. I also overheard the manager tell customers oil changes would be a 1.5 hour wait because the staff was running late. Why open up at 7am if youre going to let employees arrive whenever they want? This is a poorly run business which I will never visit again. Pitiful.

Over priced, staff was rude, will never go back to this shop. Even the manager was nasty. Had a flat tire at the gAs station. Right before this store. Wanted to over charge me for a tire asked if they could put my spare on for me. Wanted to charge me $50. Has to have onstar send out someone to help me.

I have several cars in which I and Im very loyal to NTB. I visited this location because one tire was very low the attendant told me they only had one hose and was not putting air in tires. As I was leaving my tire nearly on a flat. I observed another car pull up and air was being put in his tire. I was discussed I will not return to this location and Im considering finding another company who can service my family cars needs.

If you want to be discriminated or just waste your time up there because they rather attend other people like themselves rather then attend the person who was next in line. I would come here because I wouldnt know where to go but when I found out that there is one in Pearland I automatically went there. Your better off going to another NTB this place isnt worth your time.

Went in for a flat tire. While I realize that a free flat tire fix isnt high on the priority list, I sat in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours.. for a flat tire!Everybody is very sluggish. Only saw one guy that actually looked like he was working. Brutal man

I got my oil changed, the first time, instead of the synthetic blend (I usually get), they used standard oil. The next time (dont know why I went back), they recommended an air filter change. I consented. I asked them to check my brakes. They told me I needed a master cylinder, rear brake pads and rotors, totaling almost $900 worth of work. I took my vehicle to the dealer to have my brakes checked. They told me I DID NOT need a master cylinder, I did need rear brake pads, but not rotors. To top it off they said I needed the air filter that supposedly had been changed. All totaling $275. SMH Im done with NTB unless its pertaining to my tires, because thats where I purchased them.

Came to pick up my vehicle. Saw a lady ask for her keys 3 times. The guy at the counter said he was busy the first 2 times. In between the 2nd and the 3rd time, instead of getting her keys he took a phone call. And then when she came up frustrated and asked for her keys for the car that was already waiting for her outside, he told her he was taking care of a lot of people and that she would have to wait again. All this while, Im standing waiting for my keys and no one has even acknowledged that Im waiting in the room. Slowest place Ive ever been. I should have gone somewhere else because it was the same thing when I dropped it off.

This particular NTB has the worst consideration for your time. I dont know if its because theyre short staffed or if its because black people are managing it,but they quote you an hour and its no where near that! Went to get an inspection and was quoted about an hour. Over an hour later,my car is still sitting with the hood up and hasnt been touched! The last time I got my oil changed here, Im almost certain they didnt put the required amount of oil in my car,which later almost cost me engine problems. Theyre really friendly but thats just to distract you from the fact that they didnt provide you with the service you paid for.

They checked my tire because it was low and the guy didnt even notice the large nail in plain sight. He just put air in it. Then they wanted to charge $20 after they fixed it when they advertise fix for free

Went in for oil change, ended up needing back breaks. Also I have been hearing a funny noise and asked them to check it out. They called me saying my oil pan bolts have been stripped and I needed to pay to replace that. I told them it had to have been them since they are the only ones that have ever changed my oil. They kept handing the phone to a man who did not speak english and had no idea what I was saying. Finally another man got on the phone, I told him to pull up in their computer system that i was there a few months ago and that they are the ones who did the oil change. He said they would pay for them.When he called I asked have they found out what that noise was, he said not yet but they are on a test drive. Later I called them and he had no idea why they said it was on a test drive since the vehicle cannot be taken off cause of the oil pan. OMG!!!!!! I took my car in at 9AM... its now 4PM and my car is still not ready. I just hope when I do get my car back that everything is okay with it.......

The guy that was there was very helpful. He took the time out to come look at my daughters car and pinpoint what could be causing my battery problem.

I had a 10am appointment, dropped off my car and left came back 2 hours later and my car hadent even been touched, i went in the back there was one guy working, and no one up front. i got in my car and drove to discount tire where they got me right in...ntb..should be ncb, because im never coming back..super poor service !!!

Came in @ 7:33, tech was a little late however oil change/tire rotation & balance under three hours yup very happy.
