He even helped me set up my Ford Pass before I left and showed me how to use the app and all of it’s functions. I purchased another Ford at another Ford dealership in Houston and DID NOT get the service after the sale that I’ve received here! I’ve also used their service department here and their service advisors are the best! You’ve definitely earned a lifetime customer! 🙌
Omar Padilla had assisted us via email and then in person. We traveled 1.5 hours and they did not disappoint. Omar was very accommodating and communicated throughout the whole process. Also very patient with our little one. He gave us updates on our vehicle as it was coming in and was very honest with our trade in. Definitely will be coming back again.
I have always had excellent experiences with Mac Haik Fords service department. Even when I dont have an appointment! They are fast, upfront with the pricing and the car is ready when they say it will be. Cyrus is my guy, but all of them are great!
!!Buyer beware!!Test drove a vehicle, made a bogus offer that I knew they wouldn’t accept. Told them my top price I was willing to spend but then purposely went over that amount by 3k. They rejected offer but told me they had other vehicles in my price range if I was interested to which I said yes. Go back the next day to look at another truck they recommend, then asked for full price including taxes and fees and not to my surprise it came out 100$ over my previous day offer including the 3k. Searched the web for the truck and found it posted online 3-4K cheaper than what they offered.The day before the manager guaranteed me (because of my low ball offer) the prices were set online and they had no control and the margins were small. They even went so far as to put a new sticker on the car to try and prove their point. Also gave me the spill about car shortage and how prices are going up.Point is they flat out lied and purposely raised the price to squeeze me. Have to play their game to see what type of people your dealing with. I did the above to draw them out and check their honesty before approaching the real vehicle I wanted. Will not be doing business here!!!
I had a great experience with the service department after making an appointment at another dealership only to be told they wouldn’t even look at my vehicle until the end of the day. I drove to Mac Haik with no appointment and their service advisor, Reynaldo, got me taken care of. I was prepared to wait awhile, but he gave me a realistic wait time and they got me out of there faster than I even expected. Everyone I encountered was friendly!
I made a request for test drive online for the new Ford maverick and got called by Josh from sales to meet at 9am for test drive. I arrived looking for him and told front desk about my appointment only to be told by another sales associate that the maverick wasnt available for test drive. I dont like having my time wasted after I had already arrived. I will be looking into test driving maverick at later date but will not do business with Mac Haik ford over this.Time is too valuable to be wasted. Their team is not on same page.
Luis was my salesperson. He was absolutely amazing! Told him what I was looking for/needed and showed me just that. Didn’t waste time trying to show me a higher priced version or other vehicles. Finance team was also amazing! Definitely recommend!
I have not used their service center until this week and they were nice and professional. They set expectations on when my car would be ready. I found Ron to be super helpful. I have had bad experiences with other Ford dealerships, so they have gained a customer this week.
I purchased a custom ordered 2022 F-250 last week from Mac Haik Ford in Houston. They have been advertising “Priority Invoice Pricing” since early this summer. I was very skeptical because the two Ford dealerships nearest me have been asking much more than MSRP with one adding $19,995 of “dealer accessories” to MSRP. Mac Haik lived up to their word, I received “Invoice Pricing” which was almost 5% below MSRP. They didn’t pressure me to get “after market” accessories as most dealerships do. I only had them add tinting to the front windows. If you’re interested in custom ordering a new Ford, I would highly recommend Mac Haik.Eric Miller was my salesperson. He was good about responding to my emails as I tried to track the progress of building and delivering my F-250.

I recently had a Check Engine light appear on my 2018 F150 4x4 and was concerned that it was something major. My local service garage handles all of my company fleet issues based on proximity to our location. They ran the diagnostics and felt like it was a bad Catalytic Converter.So I took it into the Mac Haik Service Department on a Thursday and had to leave it for diagnostics. My Service Writer said they were backed up but that he would do everything he could to get me rolling as soon as possible. I was certain I would be without my truck for the weekend and possibly longer but he called me the next morning before 8AM and said it was ready to be picked up.It was a defect in the Catalytic Converter... covered under warranty. With all the Supply Chain issues in the world I was happy to get it repaired so quickly.25 years of doing business with Mac Haik and Im as happy with them now as ever.Keep up the great work!Thanks

I tried to stay within the Mac Haik family but looks like the third time was not the charm for me and they were on their tax season scam posts. All this back and forth and low-balling me on my trade, made me know why salesmen and finance Dept have shady reputation. My salesman was very respectful of me but very pushy and then he tried to get Carlos, the Super-Scammer-Game-Runner from finance to come and educate me. Trying to offer me $10,000 for my trade only to tell someone later that that was ALL a hoax and that they had no plans on decreasing the dealer price because they wanted cash out of my pocket... even though I told them that with my Cap One Financing and with me playing with my numbers in the Cap One Navigator, it ensured that I did have to put ANY money down. In the end it seems that the vehicle was over my budget and it wouldnt work for me due to a little negative equity I had to roll in. Yep it is safe to say that I am done with Mac Haik.!!
Bad service still trying to get a hold of manager from Ford service Paul no answer.. not even from Carlos…. I believe it’s almost 3 weeks my car there, supposed to be ready by Wednesday or Thursday of last week, then Friday. Friday came and did get a call from CarlosO call he did not return the call.. callSaturday my car not ready it’s Monday again no call.. still waiting a call from Paul, no more fromCarlos….

Easy in and out for an oil change and a recall for my F150 backup camera. They were able to actually do the oil change then transfer the keys over to Service to get the camera done without me by having to be there. Shout out to Juan in the Quik Lube department. Very professional and helpful with researching my truck and getting everything I needed complete. Overall a great experience!
Purchased a new 2020 truck from this location by Sebastian! Hands down the best service and experience! **Pro advice** I do recommend getting your loan from your local credit union. Max haik does offer in-house financing but I got a super low rate from the credit union. Also the quick lube center at mac haik ford is affordable and quick for maintaining my new truck.

We haven’t even received the plates for our newly purchased truck and have been in the dealership 4 times!!! 😡 Three of which, nothing has been done to the vehicle and I have just waited hours and hours of my time for nothing. I would definitely NOT recommend. Save yourself the trouble of never ending excuses and EXTREMELY poor customer service. I honestly wish someone would have told me before I came here. I’m here at this moment and regretting the decision of coming and buying at this place more than EVER!!!I would like to add that the issue was not by the service dept but with the pre-owned service dept. Thankfully, the service dept got things done. ✅

In my opinion they are con artists. They did a 15 minute job and charged me roughly $300 in labor, sold me a $70 part for about $150 and then to add insult to injury, charged $50 for misc supplies. (None were needed. They removed 2 screws, replaced the part and put the same screws back in. All inside the cabin.) All of that despite the verbal price they gave me the day before that was ~$200 less.Do NOT trust their service department. Will never buy a vehicle from them or get service from them ever again.
I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer used from Mac Haik Katy in 2019. They did not disclose that it had a open recall on the front door trim panel. The panel has pulled away on the drivers side and is starting to pull on the passenger side as well. When I took my car to be inspected they informed me of the recall. Mac Haik in Katy refuses to help me because the recall expired in 2019. Ford refuses to help as well. This is horrible customer service. Last Ford I will ever own.
I wanted to trade in my car so I submitted an online appraisal. The manager calls me and says they really want my car but I must come down for a real appraisal. I drive out of my way to get an appraisal only for them to never get back with me on the number. After three days of waiting I call Lawrence, the salesman, to get the number and he mumbles about telling me he has to go check. He calls me back with a hilariously low number. I said, wow you’re at least 5k off of almost every other dealership, not to mention their online bid. His next questions was “well, how much do I owe?” How the heck does that have anything to do with the trade in value. My car is super sought after with very, very low miles. Go somewhere else unless you want to give away your car.

Terrible experience, I’ve taken multiple vehicles in for repairs and maintenance and they never fail to amaze me on how much they don’t care about customer service. 1st they don’t take appointments so they just spit dates out to take in your vehicle and depending on what mood they are in they will either help or move you to a later date. They also charge what ever they feel like and don’t honor Ford discounts even though they are a Ford retailer. The sales side is awesome but the maintenance department (earl) has much more to be desired. If I could I would give them zero stars.

I sold cars in another lifetime and hate the car buying experience. Mac Haik and the sales force there, Carlo, Nelson, et al, shot straight with me from the beginning. If everyone there is as straightforward and helpful as those guys, people would not hate to buy cars. I would highly recommend the Katy Freeway location to anyone wanting a good experience in car buying. Finance is usually a pain, but it was relatively painless. In and out within 2 hours. A record for me.
The service here is always mediocre, at best. I recently dropped my truck off for an oil change, state inspection, tire rotation and repairing my stereo/screen display (because they didn’t do it the FIRST time I took it in for this same issue). They kept my vehicle for two days and didn’t even complete my state inspection. Needless to say, I had to wait for my truck again when I went in to pick it up when they told me to. My service advisor didn’t even realize that my warranty covered my maintenance and tried to charge me. What an unnecessary ordeal and pure laziness. I’ll either try a different dealership or be done with Ford. Vehicles are too expensive to be dealing with this type of poor service.

I had purchased a new truck last year and my wife needed a better vehicle to drive, so we returned to trade in her vehicle. We found what we were looking for, test drive it, had our vehicle appraised, filled out paperwork and left finance completely satisfied all within 2 hours. Done! Fast and professional!
I live in Austin and was in the market for a 2021 Ford Explorer ST. Found that everyone in Austin wanted to mark up their cars above MSRP and Mac Haik Ford in Houston was willing to deal. I know due to the pandemic and chip shortage that inventory is at all time lows, trade in values are high and APRs are higher than normal and not many incentives through Manufacturers.Worked with the salesman on the trade in price (after sending VIN, pictures, etc) and negotiated on the cost of the 2021 Explorer ST. We went back and forth and haggled on dealer add ons, trade in allowance etc but finally came to a price I was good with.Drove 3 hours, arrived on time, we looked at the car and said yes to finalizing the deal. I was preapproved through Ford Credit, and two other lenders so I knew what APR I would get for the length of the loan I wanted. When we get back to finance Ford Credit wanted to charge me a ridiculous APR which made me pretty irritated because I am above 800+ FICO.So my choices were to take the high APR and keep the $1000 FoMoCo Credit or take my low APR through my other pre-approved lenders and lose the $1000 credit. I chose to walk and drive home without a new car.Before they handed my trade in keys to me the dealership offered to take another $1000 off the cost of the car and let me go with my lender.Now my wife is driving a minty 2021 Ford Explorer ST and Im happy with the dealer and will buy from them again.

I always get good service at Mac Haik Ford. I trust them because they are the experts on Ford vehicles. I dont mind paying a dealer a little more to fix it right the first time. Service manager Cyrus always keeps me informed on the progress of my repair.
Disappointed, sales representative was awesome. But dealer wants to MARK UP a pick up truck 15k over MSRP, very disappointed and frustrated, reason why I have bought previous trucks from Planet Ford or Auto Nation.
Received a recall notice for a repair needed or it could lead to a crash. Scheduled an appointment and arranged a ride out —. Arrived and they didn’t have the parts. Told me they’d call when parts arrive. Months later, no call. I scheduled again confirming they had the parts this time. Dropped off the car and Uber’ed out. Got a call 2 hours later to get the car. No repair again. “Inspection first” per my VIN says the service writer. He would call me when the specific parts for my VIN are available. All the while I’m getting notices from Ford corporate that my recall repair that may lead to a crash still hasn’t been done. Repair never got done.
Highly recommend! Ismael and Mr. Barry went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly! Car is amazing!

The man named Joel at this dealership is a real piece of work and has some inner demons he needs to work on before interacting with customers. He promised to fix my friend’s truck and never responded after that.He will lie and say anything for the sale. This cannot be a healthy work environment or incentive system at this location because the service is complete b*llshit.Please fire this man and clean up the entire location of the demons that are influencing the staff.I will be visiting undercover in the coming days to witness this myself and if the management does not clean up the staff, I will wreck shop by having all my family write negative reviews based on the service I get.And I have a big family, I’m Mexican.Goodbye.

This is an update to my review I left on Friday, June 18.After experiencing a horrible customer service experience with the Service department at Mac Haik Ford that was centered around a serious lack of communication, and expressing that here in my Google Review, I was immediately contacted by Paul, the manager of the department.He listened to my complaint, addressed that it was unacceptable and uncommon of how the Mac Haik team conducts business and was willing to do whatever it took to resolve the situation.I took my vehicle back for my brakes to be serviced on Monday, June 22 at 7AM and by 12 the work was complete.I must say, Paul is a man of his word and his team did a great job in resolving the situation. Thank you!

In a time of dealers marking trucks thousands of dollars orver MSRP, Mac Haik was a pleasure to deal with. My salesman Ronnie was great the whole process.
I left my car there on Monday. Kept getting updates about them not being able to get to my car. Today’s Thursday and they finally said we didn’t find anything your cars ready for pick up. I drove it around the corner and the same noise that I told them about I could hear so clearly and feel on the gas pedal like I told them about. How are they the professionals but couldn’t help me figure out the noise that I had a hard time describing. Why was it on me that they the “professionals” couldn’t find the noise. I understand it’s busy but when you finally got to my car 4 days later I expected something to get done. Not nothing. I don’t recommend this place. They’re for sure understaffed. Most of the “issues” they were having were because their only mechanic made his own schedule.
For right now I am giving them a 3 stars cause the first previous repairs they didn’t fix the problem so I had to take it back again to the dealership so they can redo the work again and still won’t know if the repairs they did is not giving me the same problem until next oil change I will know so for right now 3 stars . Service advisor Paul was excellent on communication with me about parts and what was need it to be done again he gets the 5 stars.

I enjoyed dealing with this dealership and my salesperson very much. I was on the hunt for the mew Mach 1 so I had been in contact with several dealerships in Houston. This dealership and salesperson went out of their way to find me the car and get the deal done. I appreciate someone who actually wants to do the work to make a deal.It was really a no haggle approach with this dealership and I got top dollar for my trade. I am tough to please and well you could say I am left very happy!

Took 3 trips to get brakes repaired. Went in mid Sep 2020 requested to have brakes replaced. They only did the front not back (why???), replaced the pads but not rotors. Driving it home noticed vibration when braking on freeway. Got worse and went back early Jan 2021 and found out they did not do the rear brake and they thought the problem was rotors on front needed resurfacing (not charged for this). Again vibration. Went back in May 2021. Told I needed new rotors and pads on the front AND charging me for both. Why do I have to pay for brake pads again? Negotiated to not pay pads.This is the most recent issue with Mac Haik. Total of 3 issue with maintenance and 1 with purchase.
Beware Mac Haik dealerships. Purchase a Ford EcoSport, completed purchase order, bank issued full payment to dealership. Was notified by Mac Haik Ford they sold the vehicle before I could arrange pickup. When I was notified by the salesperson at Mac Haik Ford they tried to sell me another EcoSport that was $5,874 more than the one I had already purchase.Stay away from this Mac Haik dealership, as I felt like this is a classic bait and switch, although I reassured since I had a signed vehicle purchase order. Still no vehicle and no resolution, will purchase from another corporation that values its customers.Follow Up, Contacted BBB no resolution. Signed purchased order with dealership which confirmed the vehicle information and price, bank issued payment, and confirmed insurance information with dealership all of this was completed before the dealership notified me that they sold the vehicle to another party. The response from the dealership At that point the Purchase Order represented an offer to purchase, not a contract.
I went to Autonation Ford first since we bought our car there and is closer to home, just to be disappointed by the level of customer service at the service department. First impression was bad and will never return there.We read a review for Mac Haik Ford and in particular about a service advisor named Jerry. He goes above and beyond for his customers and should write a book on delivering great customer care/experience.We were there on a Saturday around 9:30 am with a check engine light on, he did not make any promises but said let’s try to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. The mechanics had our problem solved, oil changed and tires rotated and ready to go. We had the car back the same day before 2, and I understand not every issue can be fixed this quickly every time.I highly recommend this dealership.. Jerry was awesome... thank you. You have a loyal customer for life.

Thats strange to say you would like to learn more about my experience given that I have emailed both the Sales Manager and the General Manager and neither of them even bothered to contact me back!
It was a lot better than where I took it the first two times for the same service of an oil change and tire rotation and balance! At least I could tell it had been done!
Excellent customer service! In and out in a reasonable amount of time. Relatively easy transaction. Loving our new vehicle!
