We decided to go with Royal Flooring after getting multiple estimates in Katy. We immediately felt that Mickey was honest and straightforward with us. Our intuition was correct. He could tell us his pricing right off the bat and was consistent with his quotes, unlike all other flooring stores we went to, which felt like shady car sales men. Mickey installed our wood laminate floors, our granite counter tops and brought Rios Painting in to paint our cabinets and repair dry wall, they were also amazing painters I might add. Our experience was so good that I can assure you we will be back later in the year to replace all our carpets. Any issue or concern we had, Mickey responded immediately and with a calm that put us at ease. He is an excellent businessman and this company was superb. If you go anywhere else I just cant imagine you would have this great of an experience with this kind of outstanding customer service. This is the second time I dealt with Mickey and Royal Flooring. The first time was a couple of years ago when I redid my entire first floor in tile. In addition he remodeled my master bathroom and the half bathroom. This time I used Mickey to remodel the 2nd floor and the bathrooms. He did another outstanding job. He is very reliable and fair.

Royal Flooring replaced the main floor of our house with wonderful new carpet! Their service was excellent and they booked the install at a time that was convenient for us. The staff helped me find a beautiful carpet that fit within our budget. Its been over two years and the carpet hasnt worn one bit, it still looks brand new.
