This guy is a rip-off! He did the complete opposite of what I asked, and held my phone beyond what was agreed upon. Wasted very valuable time in trying to deal with him.

I really recommend this place, the guy is very honest, they repaired my iphone 11 pro max, they replaced my back screen. I went there because had a good reviews so i decide to go and it was to far from my home 30 min. but definitely it is a good place to repair your cellphone. thanks guys

I was in on a Thursday to have the screen on my iPhone replaced at the Willowbrook location. I want to express how very pleased I am with the two gentlemen I spoke with there: they were very professional yet friendly, did a terrific job to replace the screen on my cellphone and had it ready for me to pick up earlier than promised. I highly recommend K Wireless for cellphone repairs. I see they also sell cellphones as well as cases for them.

Fabian provided the most genuine, honest, prompt, helpful, kind and generous customer service I have ever received! I went in for one problem and he helped me with more than that with no additional charge. He went above and beyond even with issues beyond their direct service. Highly recommend this repair shop, called around to other local shops one couldnt work on a Note8 beacause it such a new phone and other said it was a 2-3 day for parts with 50% down first. Called EK wireless and they offered to have the parts delivered to this location by morning. And pricing was perfect. Will give up date on repairs after a few days have gone by.

Wow - worked two days with Fabian, he is so helpful and courteous. His customer service skills are A++++. I never felt like he was trying to give me and sell me something I didnt need. Fabian checked my equipment and found no problems that I thought that I had. I highly recommend this store, I think this store has been at its location since 2012 and their Fondren store since 2006. In the past I had always used a repair location in Tomball. I tried numerous times to call the one in Tomball with no answer and their message / voicemail was full. That issue worked out for me. This company went out of its way to make sure I got the latest Note 10+....Not only did they have them delivered all the way from across the city during rush hour traffic, Scott, stayed 2 hours later than closing time to activate them for me. But wait theres more! He gave them to me at an awesome price! I love the way they treat their customers here. He was worth over a hour drive for me to unlock a boost mobile iPhone because everybody else said it wasn’t possible to do. I paid 12 months with boost mobile and they promised to unlock the phone after 12 months and they denied it even after that. Phone was bought in cash! So I just couldn’t use my phone half the time with boost mobile and needed a better service that provided data while on a phone call. So big thanks to this place for fixing my phone and got it working on network I wanted.

After being told by two different Batteries Plus locations they had my iPhone camera in stock, (neither of which did after taking time away from my work to drive there and the 2nd location claiming my price was misquoted and they would order me the part for an additional $60) I happened across EK Wireless. Not only was the part $70 cheaper than Batteries Plus, but the service was stellar. My phone was repaired while I waited and delivered back to me in less than half the quoted timeframe. EK Wireless also has great deals on officially licensed iPhone chargers and products. The money I saved from going to the other places, I spent in new chargers and case! Great service, great products, great place. You’ll be treated as a valued customer and not just another number at EK. I’ll definitely be back!

After speaking with the manager, Fabian (very nice and courteous) we headed to the store. Service was very quick and affordable. He explained everything he did for us and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The information provided by e-mail was inaccurate and wrong. The made me go under the promise that the device could be fixed and it would take only one hour. Upon arrival, I was told that it will take no less than two days and depending on the fact that the spare parts were available.The store might be found closed at noon though it is stated the contrary on the business-hour sign.Update 8/3/18: There was no misunderstanding here. The emails we exchanged were pretty clear. I am not interested in paying you +250 usd even if you gave me half the service free.PS: Ive already changed the screen for a good price in the mall, and they made it perfectly and quick.

Refreshingly knowledgeable, competent, and not-sleazy vs. virtually every other cell phone repair/retail. Repair was completed quicker and cheaper than their estimate, and also $40 cheaper than the estimate of another repair service.

So I dropped in just knowing it would cost an arm and a leg to fix 2 phone screens..and was dead wrong! The service was amazing and quick, the rep Adam was really informative. The store is clean and put together nice. My phone looks brand new!

Wonderful service! Went in on Monday for a screen replacement on my LG phone. They ordered the part for me and had it in 3 days. It would have been 2 days, but there was the 4th of July holiday in between. No big deal. I went back in today (Thursday) at noonish, and Fabian had my phone all fixed in less than 1.5 hours. Davon was amazing!!! He unlocked my phone in 30 minutes.

Took my iPad 6 in because it would no longer charge; they figure out part of a charger cord had broken off and was stuck in the port, fixed it on the spot in 3 minutes. I asked what I owed and they said “$5-$10 or whatever you think is fair”... paid $20 since Apple would’ve probably charged 50x that. Honest customer service is a rare thing to find and I’m just glad I don’t need to look any further!!

So I had an accident with my iPhone and spilled water on it...have an account with Verizon and they said it would cost me 649.00! to replace my phone because I didnt have insurance. The first time I came into ek wireless was to get my front camera fixed on my note 4 prior to going I called them to ask how much it would be and they gave me a great price to get it fixed, I dropped off my phone that day and they gave me a loner phone to use for the day, the following day they called and told me my phone was ready, everything was perfect when I went to pick it up! Two weeks later I broke my lcd screen, i went to them to see how much it would be and again they gave me such a great price compare to all the other places that Ive checked especially since I broke the lcd screen. Both technicians who helped me were incredibly nice and helpful! This is definitely my go to place if I ever break any of my devices again!

Went to EK Wireless off of harwin hill-croft and received amazing treatment and AWESOME prices!!

Terrible place to do business. I had to make multiple trips because they did not install software on my phone correctly. They are never open when they are supposed to be. After 2 days with no phone, I called over and over to get them to fix my phone so I could conduct business as usual. They were supposed to open at 11 am and by 1 pm there was still no one there. I finally called another store and they said they were running late, which is every time I have ever been. It didnt stop there though.They told me if I couldnt wait or drive across town to a different location, I should go to B**t B*y and get my phone flashed for free (which i did and threw away the money I gave to this joke of an establishment)! These guys are completely unprofessional and I wouldnt send my worst enemy there for phone service. I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
