Would be 5 stars but they cant take a defective product back if its been longer than 24 hours. Dont recall a sign or being informed of that. It annoys me because this was my go to smoke shop but if i cant return something with a receipt???

Very hard to reach. I’ve called them several times throughout the day and they never answered. Either the contact number is incorrect, or they just don’t care to serve customers.Edit: I called back this afternoon and they finally answered, but put me on hold for 12 minutes and then hung up in my face. When I called back, they didn’t answer. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT COME HERE!!This place seems nice, but they sell FAKE vapes. The manager even showed us vapes for sale and TOLD us they were fake. We bought 2 air bars on separate occasions that didn’t last a day. Be careful, this place is a scam! If you want a real vape, go somewhere else.

I will no longer come this store due to poor management. I wore my mask coming here and I seen many people with no mask and a lady sneezed all over the glass counter, this is COVID and people needs to take this serious especially businesses. Gentleman named Seth helped me pick out the perfect water pipe. I took the water pipe home and it had a hole in the recyclers stem.I took the product back and Seth replaced it with a better one. Also their selection is nice

DO NOT GO HERE, They sold me fake qaurtz material and fake glass, I had glass shatter and exploded on me when they advertise Qaurtz and Lab glass grade material, They are cool and friendly and all but the products are FAKE

This place is great! They have bong accessories that my stoner boyfriend and I cannot easily find anywhere else nearby. They have some really quality handmade pieces, and some cute girly pieces too, if your girlfriend just wants something cute and fluffy to smoke out of. The guy working there was super helpful and shared a super cool story about how some guy tried to rob him one time, so he killed him with a shotgun. Anyway, lots of really nice pieces in there, like I said. We visit a good number of smoke shops, this place is the real deal. They have parts that we cant find at a lot of other places most of the time.

I usually love this place but today, it left a bad taste in my mouth.. I was there 07/10/2019 at 10:45 and what seemed to be a young kid was on the phone with his girlfriend the whole time I was there. I usually get 10 dollars worth of incense and the FUZZY POP has been out for a while and that my favorite. This is the only place you can get it. I even given referrals to come take a look at this place because there are so much stuff. you can be there for hours. So I asked him about it, he sounded frustrated and annoyed, I asked him if he can place an order for me... he looked confused. Its obvious he wasnt into his work today. Hopefully next time I go he will be properly trained to answer any and all questions.

The guy who helped compared pruces from other stores, offered other items that would match for certain flavors and he showed me items me and my wife would like. Dope customer service.

Went in to buy a nitecore i2 charger and they were trying to sell the 2014 version at the same price as the new version. Not trying to buy a 6 year old product that is outdated.

I was pressed for some flavor for my e-cigarette and I think I visited 5 spots. Then I spotted this shop. I walked in Omar and Abraham had the store stocked and clean. They were courteous and knowledgeable about every product that I was interested in. They made the environment friendly and welcoming. They ROCK!!! Best Employees Ever!!!!

Bad business... Called prior to driving 20 minutes and was told they had what I wanted..got there and they didnt have it...settled and purchased a different flavor with cash...walked out the store, took 2 steps and went back in to return the item..was then told I couldnt with out a manager approval... employee called the owner and didnt explain the situation and was told no..I asked to speak to him and the employee said he is not gonna do it...bad business!!!!

Just started coming here and the selection and prices are extremely lower than most smoke shops. Not in sugarland that would probably account for the sketchy area. From my experience all of Aleif is sketch. Very knowledgeable employees that can get you what you want and out the door thanks

The shop is very appealing with a large assortment of products and the staff is well-established for the reason that they are educated, friendly, and most importantly helpful. I personally spoke to one Hispanic male, Carlos, that patiently aided me in selecting the most efficient items that best suit my needs.

Went into this smoke shop with some friends on Friday night, as soon as you walk in it seemed very univiting and sketchy. As we were looking around they were very rude and didnt seem like they wanted to talk or answer our questions... They had little to no knowledge on their vape products. We ended up buying over priced papers. Overall bad customer service and horrible prices, Id recommended staying away from these guys.

Very sketchy business practices. After only using my brand new hookah once, the hose completely came apart. I took the hose back to the smoke shop, for which they promised to repair or replace within a week and that I had a special hookah which may require the ordering of a new hose. I called the smoke shop 10 days later, it wasnt repaired, and one of the managers, Ali, informed me that I would be contacted within another week - two weeks later, still no call. I went into the shop AGAIN to find out what was going on with my hookah hose, since I was getting the run around over the phone. By the way, this place is littered with stragglers and suspicious looking customers that glare at you when you walk in, not the place where I want to be. Abraham, another manager - one of the many apparently, apologized profusely and once again told me the hose should be available within a week. In the interim, I purchased yet another hookah from this smoke shop, as it had now been over a month since I was able to use my hookah. I clearly hadnt learned my lesson the first time, because after 3 uses, this Khalil Mamoon too, fell apart. Keep in mind that I paid over $150 for each hookah, leaving me with two unusable hookahs now. I went back into the store again, firstly to check the status of the hose for my original hookah, and secondly to repair my now second inoperable hookah. We are now in December, three months after taking my hose to be repaired and still NOTHING! Ali, once again told me that the owner of the shop had yet to order another hose and to come back in 4 days later and hopefully I would have a hose. You can imagine my frustration at that point. I did a little research on my own and found out that the original Khalil Mamoon hookah they sold me is actually not even a KM product, they just put the much cheaper hookah in a box branding the more popular and expensive name. I said all of this to say: DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SMOKE SHOP. The quality is bad and the customer service is even worse.

Purchasing an ecig or vaporizer? Read this review experience before hand. I purchased a Uwell Crown 3 tank. I asked upon purchase if they carry the coils for it, and I was told yes, we always have them in stock. Within a week, I return to purchase more coils, which is needed to use the e-cig, and they say its not in stock. I ask them to order it and leave my number. They never call. I end up calling three times, and visiting the store several times in span of four weeks, and I keep getting told by the two brothers who manage the shop that they will order it. I went it tonight, same story, they said they will have shipment in soon. And the sales guy tells me there are too many customers in the store for you to be talking about this. Save yourself the hassle of buying a vaporizer from this shady store. Glad to know there is Pine-Apple Xpress Smoke Shop Vape Shop, & Hookahs Sugar Land across the street.Update: Mark, I cannot seek any sort of resolution from this store. I tried for an entire month and you all did not care to keep me as a customer. I spent over $200 total at this store. On top of that, ask the two brothers about the glass piece that they said they would order, which they never did--your loss of business. This time (tonight), the older brother spoke to me with profanity in front of customers and I No longer feel comfortable going to Sugar Land Smoke Shop.

Happy to say my friends and i travel different cities of Texas to discover new and awesome smoke shop, but this one was by far the rudest smoke shop i have visited, they force their salesman to sell product lying about their performance.. but thats wasnt the saddest part.. the saddest part was we even tried to purchase a SMOK product that 4out of 5 had manufacturing problem.. they had no seal products.. this was surely a sad day for houston..forever goodbye n never another hello.~VAPEWUSHU

This is place is good if youre looking for something cheap. Wide selection however a lot of their stuff is counterfeit. The sales people are very knowledgeable about this stuff but they are not authorized dealers. For example the salesman laid out 5 grav lab sherlock pipes and a couple of the pipes were not identical to the others. He also tried to sell me a Pax 3 vaporizer for 289.99 which I later determined was fake. A quick search on the Pax website for authorized dealers confirmed it. Its 274.99 on the website (LOL).
