I am already a great fan of Manyavar when I was in India. So when I shifted to Houston I was sure that I will have some great buys from here. The staffs are very friendly and responsible. The store spacious and well located. We did find quite good collections.The staff was so patient and helpful. They attend everyone with so much care and love that you feel happy and comfortable. All in all we had a great shopping experience. A must visit store to get the essence of Indian clothing, service and hospitality.

My sister was shopping for her bridal outfit today. It was our 4th time coming back to finalize her selection.Every other time, the people helping were great. Our budget was 700-1k. The lady basically told my sister she was too fat and too dark and she cant just try on outfits she liked. She was able to try on 3 total. The lady wouldnt even address my sister. She kept asking me if I wanted to order the dress my sister was trying on. Absolutely ridiculous. This place is not friendly unless youre a certain size or skin tone. We told the lady its my sisters wedding and she would be making the order. She still wouldnt talk to my sister and only me. Disgusting.

Selection is gorgeous but only one size in each option - limited sues available in store.

Its the best place I’ve been to so far. They have amazing clothes and well stocked. There customer service deserves 5 star. They have a lot of variety. Its way better than the other stores and the prices are reasonable. Definitely will go again it will be the only place where i will shop for desi clothes.

Firstly, I was so happy to walk in Manayavar Showroom in Houston for the first time. The staffs were so friendly and warm. Absolutely loved their collection. They have really selected pieces in their store you will really find a good option in all price ranges. I would absolutely go again for my future shoppings.

Good clothes…but spent $800 and they still refused to let me use the restroom despite them having two working ones. They claimed it’s because of Covid, but that’s clearly just a bad excuse since every other store is able to maintain a bathroom.

Came in looking for an outfit and the associate who was supposed to help us was not very helpful and seemed like she didn’t even want to try. If I said I didn’t like something, then she would comment “well you can’t get everything.” I was in and out of the store in only 15 minutes. I was truly looking forward to shopping here, but I hope they improve on customer service skills.

Nice place they have a Wide range of designs with Descent prices. Had to buy just one single set of Mens traditional dress but ended up getting two. Friendly staff they help in selecting if youre confused(I was) 😉

I had the best experience shopping for my wedding clothing at Manyavar. They have incredibly beautiful, reasonably priced clothing, with a lot of variety. In addition to that, the staff there was so, so friendly and willing to help. One of the staff helped me on and off with what must have been a million outfits without blinking an eye, and was so sweet while doing it! We are coming back to shop for my sisters wedding this year.

Super nice store. Men’s clothes are reasonable priced. Women’s clothing is priced at more expensive price point. Not sure why they don’t carry a a range of clothing...expensive and reasonable. Even a regular kurta is $200, on the discount section, that’s a bit much.Quality of the clothing is great.

The kurtas are good and decently priced. Good variety. I would’ve given a 5 star but I removed a star because I was not comfortable shopping there this time since a couple came in to shop and the man didn’t wear a mask. The staff didn’t even bother to ask him to do so.Even though all of the staff were wearing masks a couple of them were not covering their nose or mouth with it!!I hope you will be stricter enforcing masks to be worn by everyone and worn properly. I’ve shopped at Manyavar many times and bring all my family there but was disappointed this time. We are all living through a pandemic and I understand it’s hard to wear a mask properly but even if you don’t believe in it, please do it for the sake of others. Thank you.

I needed a kurta for upcoming holiday events. I have a good friend that is a textile quality auditor for exports coming out of India. She advised me to try Manyavar in Houston, their name is well known across India for good quality apparel.I tried on several kurta before finding one I like. It had some fraying on seams and on back and a ripped seam. The attendant fixed everything while I waited and let me inspect the final product. Very good service.

UPDATE: they clearly had a change in staff and it wasnt great. I went in for a bridal outfit and tried on maybe 3 pieces. When asked to try on the 4th the sales lady told me I could not try them all on. This was pretty ridiculous. I had not tried on a lot of pieces and there were maybe 3 customers in the store. I asked to speak to a manager about this and she refused to switch me over to the phone. She then tried to claim the owner told her not to show more. When I asked her at what point she asked the owner she admitted she lied and had not talked to the owner.Wonderfully decorated, staff are helpful but not overly pushy, and they have a really nice selection

Such a wonderful store! I love the quality of the clothing from Manyavar. I recently purchased some items from here and they are all so beautifully crafted. Before visiting manyavar I shopped at other local boutiques, but none of them had the quality like manyavar. Their customer service was excellent and at each visit my family and I were treated very well. Special thanks to Urusa, Jumana, and Shanila for helping us out at each of our visits. I can not express how impressed we are with the quality of the items we purchased. Pricing is very reasonable! I also like the fact that the store is very clean and nicely organized. They even steam the items in between customers to help get rid of any germs. That’s so awesome to hear at a time like this. If you are looking for an excellent quality outfit then look no further than Manyavar! I highly recommend!

Excellent store and service! The customer service was outstanding! I really appreciated how patient the lady was while my friend while she tried on multiple outfits. We saw a beautiful piece. Prices are high, but they are willing to work with you. The store is spacious and super clean. They even had a gorgeous bridal and groom collection. I had a great experience here.. I was able to find great options for my husband.. I didnt get much for me due to size(3xl-46), but smaller size have amazing options and at fair price.. Indian apparel store, part of a larger global chain. Lots of parking right in front. Friendly staff. Selection can be limited, and somewhat overpriced. The lack of a return policy (only store credit / exchanges) is also a negative. Worth a look, but often can find better deals elsewhere.

Our experience with Manyavar was overall great! They have beautiful options and the woman helping us was very polite, patient and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here to purchase formal or semi-formal traditional clothing. The only downside was the relatively expensive pricing (which they werent willing to help with). Overall Manyavar was great!

The sales lady was very helpful when I was selecting a Sherwani for my brother. She measured the top at my request, and I was able to easily exchange my purchase when I realized I needed a different size.
