Second review . Still have not received finished product . I have called and text several times and zero response . I now have an attorney so that i can either get my stuff back or provide me with the finished product . BTW i paid in full when i dropped off .Received great service up until this point .I go in every year and purchase up to 15k worth of sports memorabilia for my employees for gifts so i am a good customer in my eyes .I took in some collectibles to get framed and now 1 year later I have not one update or phone call other than Greg asking me for payment .They are a bit overpriced but I thought I was paying for the good service but I was mistaken.I would explore other options before shopping at Field of dreams .If you guys would call me back and update me or deliver the goods you would not have received this negative review .

I have been working with Michael and his team for over 10 years supporting several auctions a year. They are very receptive in providing several charities in bringing memorabilia and setup. Michael is excellent in matching the memorabilia to the audience per each event. Ive also purchased numerous items from their store and very pleased with the items. I look forward to working with them for the next 10 years!

I purchased an autographed jersey for my Husband’s wedding gift (not from here). It took 5 years for me to find someone I felt was good enough to frame the jersey without any damages. So for my Husband’s 5 year anniversary goft, I sent the jersey off to Houston and coordinated with them the framing of it. I decided to add an autographed photo to it as well.The lesson you should learn from this is: always ask for a preview before they finish the framing. I HATE how they placed the jersey and the photo. They put both autographs on the same side and almost covered up some of the stats written on the jersey with the photo.I was literally devastated when I opened the box. Their “solution” was for me to pay several hundreds of dollars in shipping fees again to have it sent back, redone, then shipped back to me or drive it 10 hours round trip.I have now walked by this frame for over 3 years and I still hate it. Sometimes I wish I had never done it there. What a disappointing investment of so much time and money.

Michael Dean helped me two autographed pictures. He worked with me on getting pictures, framing selections, price matching, and delivery. He is very knowledgeable. He went above & beyond to help!! First class guy. I cant thank him enough for his help. I highly recommend working with him at Gallerua location.

Try Stadium Signatures before you go here. Much better selection and way more realistic prices. The Katy Mills location is amazing and the manager is so helpful.
