This being really the only really good store around Houston area for sport cards and supplies .I was pleasantly surprised to find his supplies prices are very fair and the owner is a very nice man . I see many different reviews about this stores prices are too high. Thats if you want to buy cards there . buy them online or somewhere else. This store is great in my view.I mainly buy supplies here. And may buy cards every once in a while. No complaintsNo complaints from me. Enjoy.

The owners could not be nicer! Just started collecting again with me son and this is the closest baseball card shop to us. Been there a couple times. The first time was a little overwhelming at first. They had just opened and were extremely busy. We had a lot of questions so I wanted to wait to talk to someone. I waited for everyone to leave and then it was just me and my son and we got every question answered and had so much fun going through the cards! I highly recommend this shop and if they are busy just be patient because once the rush dies down you will be helped! Oh yeah, we pulled two Frank Thomas leaf rookies from a box of 1990 leaf we got there! That was our first box to buy from there! It was amazing! Thanks again

Every time I go there several people call on the phone or walk in and ask the owner if he is interested in buying their collection and every time in the last year out of dozens of visits to the store I hear Howard the owner say, Im not buying anything during the pandemic. I have purchased hundreds of packs or sets over the years and have been disappointed sometimes after leaving the store that many cards have creases, scratches, rounded corners, gum stains which may be due to shipping companies poor handling or pack searching and resealing packs by wholesalers. I give Jimmy an A+ for customer service as he tries to make sure I get a good value and makes up for any disappointments due to unexpected card damage from packs or sets. Howard the owner could benefit from a larger store so it feels less crowded at times.

This place was very disorganized, and the owner seemed very disgruntled, unwelcoming and plain rude for no reason. I will no longer be visiting this less than standard card shop. More than half of his inventory has (not for sale) signs, more like a storage than a retail shop. What a shame since I came from out of town with plans of buying!

Great place for cards and supplies.

A great card shop, great owner, great place to visit and pick up everything from random 1970s common cards of your favorite childhood baseball team (Yankees) to ultra pro pages and supplies. Theyve got a great assortment of packs for all sports as well.

I always have such a hard time getting help in here. I just wanted to buy some baseball cards.

Place has limited hours, dude talked a lot about how he didnt really care about the people in the store (not in those words but it was pretty clear). He said he was there to make money not give stuff away. Only cards at decent price were older cards. Bought some. Seems like most of their business is online and this store is an inconvenience to him.And I didnt even talk to him he was talking too others in the store maybe they were being pains but my view was buy stuff and get out.

Awesome place. Lots of cards and other stuff. Old boxes of unopened packs. New stuff as well. Seems to have decent prices. Very nice and patient person helping me. Very nice shop. Not a lot of shops like this around anymore.

The Houston area (and all major cities) need more places like this. I’ve only been in twice but I love this store. The owner is super friendly, the selection is great, and the prices are reasonable. The hobby is obviously struggling and it’s places like this that keep it alive.

All cards that are of value are way overpriced. Just getting back into the hobby and would have loved a little more one on one time with the man behind the counter to collect more knowledge. Brought many valuable cards to trade or sell as the reviews have stated but its misleading because apparently the only person who does the trading isnt there but just a few days a week. Only reason Im not giving it one star is because their supplies are decently priced. Triple Play Treasures in Humble will always be the shop around Houston.

This card shop is amazing! My buddy and I have been in twice now over the past couple years and loved it both times. The owner is so friendly and our visit is great because of it.Just going in and talking sports with the guy madey day, and that doesnt event count the great hits we got from his shop! If youre a collector, definitely give this place a try.

The encyclopedia of the card business this interesting funny man knows everything in the business. I suggest this place over any for the knowledge he has about cards. The variety of vintage and new cards is unreal. Highly suggest coming here over any card shop.

Decent place to buy sports cards. They lean more toward older sets and cards but you can find some recent players singles as well as hobby boxes. Nice memorabilia selection here as well as supplies for what ever you are collecting.

Great shop with so much stuff. All good quality and authentic. Great staff that takes their time with their customers. Picked up a great keepsake. Live in Fort Worth, but visit every time I am in Houston, this is a must stop for me.

Howard has a great shop whether you want memorabilia or a box of cards. Big selection and reasonable prices for sure. Fun guy to talk to and is well connected in the community and hobby.

The owner, Howard is Great! Hes very knowledgeable and always has what Im looking for. I recently went in to grab some things for my dad and noticed he had updated rockets and Astros memorabilia. Great fun store! I will be coming back.

Awesome guys that treat their customers like family. They have something cool to fit any budget. Maybe the last PURE sports collectible shop in the world, not diluted by pokemon and that type of nonsense. All sports all the time.

Great place for sports memorabilia. Great place to get any sport card or pack of cards or box of cards. No game cards though such as pokemon or yu gi oh. Other than that all sports they have it.Baseball, football, basketball, boxing!

Selling a box for $1300 when its $150 on amazon waste of my time. Don’t buy any cards from here never coming back.

Loved this place. The person who ran it is very knowledgeable and nice. There is a wide variety of vintage cards and other memorbilia. I bought an Adeiny Hechavarria game used bat for $35. The prices are a bit random but most things go for less than they do online.

Howard is a stand up guy and very great to deal with. Shop is kind junky at times as he maybe needs a bigger space. Great to stop in and buy in hand vs ebay or other card sites. Has a lot of vintage 60s baseball Ryan rcs, Pete Rose, Mantle etc. I buy alot off ebay but try to support locally when I can.

I had just bought a Craig Biggio pin from this place on eBay and the pin came in broken, poorly packaged. I messaged the owners and they said theyd be willing to ship a brand new one they had in stock hopefully it will arrive safely its time.

I would say they tried to low-ball the offer for some cards, but it was lower than that.
