This is probably one of the greats customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Place smelled like maple syrup when I walked in, reminded me of home. Very well informed and go the extra mile while saving you money on miles. Pick up your uhaul trucks here 0/5.

Went in to look for a night stand that was posted to 5 miles for $25, and when I walked out I had only paid 22 for the stand, a dvd and two books. The owner, Candy, was very pleasant, and beyond just hospitable to my daughter and I. Overall a great store, with good selection on a variey of things, and great customer service.

This place is huge. They got everything. Never know what your gonna find. Best resale shop ever. Affordable prices (most of their prices are negotiable. Nice friendly atmoshpere. Just became my favorite place to shop. Plus they have layaway. Offer delivery and have a uhaul business inside.

I have two words to describe my experience: absolutely amazing! They have an impressive inventory as well as helpful staff. My furniture was delivered by the sweetest guy named Johnny--he deserves a raise! He was very pleasant, delicate with the furniture, and exhibited A+ customer service!! All in all I will be returning again to buy more furniture. Thank you all for your reasonable prices and friendly service!!!

Furniture full of fleas and bedbugs

Spoke with Candy on the phone and she sounded very nice and I gave clear explanation as to what I was looking to purchase…a “in good condition”refrigerator for my garage that was working. I was told that the refrigerator was in good working condition and when the poor delivery guys showed up I had to tell them there was no way I was paying $300 for a clearly very old, completely beat up, non-working item. They had already plugged it in prior to me seeing what they had brought, and it worked for about 30 seconds before it stopped running. They also had item listed at $275 and she told me that the refrigerator was actually $425 but would sell it for $300. Couldn’t even get her to respond to text nor would she answer my calls while workers were here. I felt sorry for the two guys and gave them a tip.

I have rented U-Haul trucks from them several times. Very considerate, forthright people here. And they have a great shop!

Worst Resale shop in Houston.They keep your furniture and never pay you if it is solded.Word of warnning.The owner and staff are on drugs, alcohol, and are very verbally abusive, should you confront them on any disagreement.The staff who pick up or deliver your furniture do not have drivers license and are not insured. Once they have your furniture, you really just gave them your furniture.Shop at your on risk.They live and work at this location and allow there staff to live next door which is against zoning laws here in Houston.

This place has a good variety of furniture and things for the house. The prices are very reasonable and the owners are very helpful. I will surely shop here again.

I was able to reach someone at Westchase resale and resolved my issue. They are very good, honorable people. I would recommend that they respond to phone messages better.

Do not trust this store with your items. They come off as real nice down to earth when they pick up your stuff. However, if they dont sell it in 2 months, they keep your items for free. They bury it into the fine print.I had the store come and pick up my leather couch, love seat, chair, ottoman and china cabinet. After a couple of weeks of calling and leaving messages, I could not get a response to see if they had been sold. I had to drive over to the store to get answers. They informed me that everything is on layaway and they will call me when its paid off. They said that if they dont call by Valentines day, come back to the store to get your money.I showed up today (2/21) and they told me they sold the couch, love seat, chair and ottoman for 240 dollars. They told me that they dont think they have sold the china cabinet yet. She couldnt remember having sold any china cabinets in months and couldnt find a receipt for one. She told me to walk around both showrooms to find it. I did a couple of times. It was not there and I double checked everything i could see.This seemed odd so I started asking questions. They said we can cut me a check for the 240 worth of furniture sold but it will be a post dated check. She gave me this sob story that thier truck broke down and they dont have the money. I then said I would rather have my money today. She rolled her eyes and then said dont worry, I will get you cash today. This is where I felt something wierd was happening and I was not being told the truth.I wanted to know more and started to get frustrated. Everything is hand written and thier storage system of receipts and contracts seemed to be in disarray. They could not find my contract since they misspelled my name. I had to find a picture of it on my phone to see the mistake in spelling. Guess it would have helped to look at my license when they picked it up. Once they did find it, they cannot pay me the money owed because it is not my name on the contract (thier mistake!). They also said that it sold 2 months after they picked it up so they dont owe me anything. What is to stop them from hiding merchandise in the back and then say, oops we couldnt sell it so we will keep it?They wouldnt tell me when my china cabinet was sold and are holding that money as well. As soon as you raise any questions or issues, they tell you to leave or they are calling the cops. They even knew the officer by name that they call. This led me to believe this is thier standard operating procedure. I left without my money or furniture.I also want to let everyone know that on Google, they have one picture of any specific products for sale with a price under thier Google description. It is my furniture for 595 dollars. However they sold it for 240? Guess this means you can buy anything in the store for half the sticker price? I would upload a picture if I could with this review to prove it.July 2021 Follow Up - they still have the picture of the leather furniture on Google over a year later. Something tells me they are not Rhodes scholars.....My willingness to follow up on my review over a year later should tell you everything you need to know about the business.

I consign from there all the time and I guarantee you that I get my money on time all the time. Miss Candy is the sweetest lady I know and her husband Frank very nice people. They work non stop and they are open 7 days a week 10a.m. to 7p.m and sometimes I see people are still there past that time. That location is a very good place to have uhaul. They have alot of security cameras and I feel safe and my items there are safe as well. Keep up the great job Candy and Frank.

Store owners are nice people. Prices are normal andnegotiatible. They also make delivery for short distances.

Love this store. They have everything. Tons of Furniture, lots of current brand-name clothing, shoes and purses. Huge selection of clip on earrings. This has now become my favorite resale shop.

They Buy & Sell Furniture - Easy To Deal With *****

Beware!! We were in Houston in 2016 and 2017 so my husband could have a double lung transplant at Methodist. When we left, I consigned our furniture with Westchase Resale. It was all sold but we never received a check. For months, my calls were unanswered. Finally, Candy answered. She told me everything had sold but she had spent my money on other things. She and I agreed on the amount she owed and even though it had been many months, I agreed to let her make payments. She made two very small payments. I havent heard from her since November of 2018 even though I have called and sent numerous texts. Shame on me for being duped by this person twice. I honestly just dont see how she sleeps at night. My husband has a significant physical disability and we counted on that money. I dont want anyone else to go through this. Think twice before consigning with this store.
