The customer service here was miles ahead of any frames place Ive ever been to. The staff greeted me with courtesy, enthusiasm, and great know-how. They picked up quickly on what I was going for, and brought all options they could directly to me that fit what I was in the market for. I ended up finding frames that were a perfect fit for my face shape. When I went to pickup my glasses, the staff again went above and beyond to ensure I got the help I needed with insurance reimbursement. In fact, they even threw in some anti-fog spray, which worked very well. And, I have to also note that this place has tons of great designer options. This is not a handful of designer options. It is full of Burberry, Polo, Calvin Klein, etc. You will definitely find it here, if it exists. I highly recommend this place!

I have stopped by Factory Glasses Outlet several times in the past few years. Alex has always been courteous and helpful even though it had been more than 5 years since I purchased from him. For some unknown reason, not the store or Alex, I didn’t pull the trigger.Monday afternoon of this week, I walked in and asked if he could get me set up with a new pair of RX sunglasses by Friday. He told me no problem. I was shocked, I had been told by two other places that it was impossible. He proceeded to help me pick out great frames that were a bit unusual, which is my preference. I needed trifocal progressives with medium to light gradient lens. If that wasn’t complicated enough, the frames I chose had an unusual lens cut. Alex totally came through. It is Friday and I am wearing a very sophisticated pair of sunglasses. Oh, yes, he did NOT charge extra for his effort above and beyond.

Great customer service. I walked in on my lunch break needing help putting my prescription in frames i had purchased elsewhere. My optometrist office was not willing to help me do this with the frames i wanted . Alex had me in and out very quickly! In fact he helped me a lot more than my actual optometrist.
