I did several trips because they did not give us the correct glasses. They did not covered all the specifications we paid for. Very bad experience.

Worst customer service I ever received these people dont take care of the client informed the that I wanted contacts the Dr. Tells me that I have to come back another day because he didnt have time, then when tried to go back in for a contact exam they tell me my insurance wont pay. This is something they should inform the client about up front. Very disappointed and upset.

First time i went here for my first pair of glasses i had a wonderful experience and my glasses actually were made available before the date they had given me. this time around i went to get my rx sunglasses and was told they would be ready in two weeks, here we are at 4 weeks and still have not received a call. i called at the end of the 2 weeks and was told that the glasses were in the process of being tinted and then called again mid 3rd week and was told that they were still at the lab finishing up. Hopefully this 4th week is the last of my wait. i dont understand how you ask for payment up front and as a big company you cant manage to deliver on time. And Im only giving 3 stars based on my first experience.
