Mr. Meure was incredibly supportive in getting me my glasses. He followed up multiple times and was receptive to all of my questions. Outstanding customer service!

Shoutout to Elsie! She was great! I called..I forgot if I had another call or there was an error in the call but I conveniently got a call back. She made everything thing seamless and exhibited excellent customer service skills. I went to another store on I 10 and fry rd and chose to go to this location which is 10 more mins out of my way bc the customer service there was sad. The lady wasn’t friendly, welcoming, nor helpful whatsoever.

The young lady at the location was very knowledgeable and friendly with assisting me and my family this evening. I will definitely return in the future for eyewear.

I had an appointment with Dr. Leav today and it was the best eye appointment Ive had in years!!! She was unbelievably kind and made it so smooth and easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - go there and see her. Ill defiantly go back for any related needs :)

They are extremely busy so make sure to have an appointment. The staff was wonderful. The doctor did not rush. She was very good and helpful. Explained my eye glass options and gave me my contact lense prescription. They give you a little lamenated card when you leave that has all your prescription info on it, thought that was very nice.

Great customer service! Moure was patient and helpful when searching for my husbands glasses. He was informative and also very efficient. He was also very relatable and kind. We will definitely be returning for our next service. Thank you.

After my eye exam, I went right into the store to their Target Optical shop, and although I wasnt ready to purchase any contacts at the time, I did just want to get my eyeglasses readjusted and was willing to buy an extra nose pad that came off weeks ago, as well.Shanice, one of the opticians there, was great! She took the time to carefully fit the right sized nose pad, made sure the adjustments she made were just right and didnt make me feel rushed, and she thoroughly cleaned the frame and lenses with patience and care.Shanice was awesome. Something seemingly so trivial as having loose fitting glasses and a missing nose pad can unknowingly cause minor inconveniences throughout your day. So, finally having the time to get them fixed, by Shanice, no less, made all the difference. Excellent customer service!

Please dont go here on a Saturday. It was busy and the optometrist completely rushed over me. I dont have really poor eyesight, but I had noticed changes in my vision. The doctor wrote me a script for artificial tears and sent me on my way. I went to another eye doctor, and I indeed needed glasses! I only needed a light prescription but if the doctor would have taken the time to listen, I couldve gotten glasses on the first visit!

One of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. I didnt even go here yet and Im so angry with speaking to the representative on the phone for only 5 minutes. She was so rude and condescending. I do not recommend going here.

Service is Subpar. Do better Target. Thats why the Optometrist are in and out. And so are the customers.

It ls located inside Target so I can combine errands. It is operated by Luxottica so expect the same prices as other subsidiarirs.

Horrible is an understatement compare to the service I received from this Target location. they were both so rude and they treat you like trash.

The service is horrible for this target location. I pick my online order, they gave me the wrong items, and put stickers on top of it since they find it was incorrect items and did not want me to figure out. Once I figure it out, they shouted at me and asked me to come back the next day for exchange. It was their fault, and they simply wanted customer to go away and did not disturb them. Thats terrible service.

I am kind of shocked with the bad reviews. I have been using this doctor for 2 years with no bad experience. They always take me on time with no issues. The wait area is small, but thats not their fault.
