I had an amazing experience. Rachelle took care of my order. I had a custom pair of frames that needed lens and she was so friendly and helped me pick the best option for the frames. She upsold me on lens but in a sense of value added to my glasses and selling a quality product. Im completely satisfied with my purchase and experience. Definitely recommend this location.

Had an eye exam today and every single person working went truly above and beyond. Dr. Hang T Nguyen was excellent and I will only ever go to her for eye exams from now on. The people were very nice and helpful BUT Ill give them only ONE star. They gave us a promotion code which was expired. If you are a VSP member, first of all check dates and read all papers about rebates, dont just trust them!

This location gave me amazing customer service and a quick turn around time for both pairs of glasses I ordered. I came on a Friday literally minutes before they closed because my glasses broke and i was going out of town that same day. The two girls there were very nice and professional, staying even after closing time to help. They also have alot of frames unlike others so that was a plus! I went to get my eye exam next door at master eye associates and I highly recommend them. The staff and doctor are very nice, pleasant, and all smiles! I was not sure what my vision insurance was but they took the time and helped me search a couple of the main insurance that they accept. They were able to find it for me and it helped when I purchased glasses next door. Dr. Hang Nguyen was very thorough with the exam and informed me a lot of things that I did not know about the health of my eyes.Once I received my prescription, I went to Visionworks and I was greeted with smiling faces which made me feel welcomed. Kim and Jalen helped me select my wonderful frames (which looks really cute). The visit was quick and smooth! It only took the end of the day to have my glasses ready. (chris - the lab tech) made my prescription on point.I highly recommend going to visionworks and master eye associates here in the highland village! They are so WONDERFUL!!!

I ordered my glasses last week and the came in earlier than I was expecting. I was very please with the exceptional service.

After finally finding time to get my eye exam (after two years!!!) I travelled to the Highland Village Visionworks location. Although I used visionworks before, it had been years, as previously mention.Upon entering the store, I was met by Jalen and Kimberlie. These young ladies went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me. When asked about my prescription, I advised them I would have to wait hours because the optometrist was running behind.Not wanting me to wait any long, Jalen called to the Optometrist and was actually able to schedule me an appointment for the same day!!! Choosing to use a different Optometrist, both ladies stated they were still able to help me once the prescription was provided.I returned to the store and the ladies, include their store manager Lexi, were literally my personal stylist. I tried on dozens of frames and did not purchase until I was completely satisfied. They were so patient and helpful. The ladies rushed my order and by Saturday I had both pair of frames!I tried them on and they were perfect. One frame was a bit too loose and they immediately adjusted and ensured i was satisfied! They were amazing. I highly recommend this location! Anyone in here will be able to assist you and you will be amazed with their customer service!!!
