This is a great place for shipping and other official work. They go and above board to help. Highly recommended.

When I went into the store, the owner was very nice took my Amazon return. He said they dont give receipts for UPS printed labels. When I checked with ups tracking week later, it wasnt showing delivered. I called mailbox people, and went a little crazy, asking for my package. The owner was very nice, collected, offered to talk to UPS and asked to call him back next day. I, still upset, checked with UPS one more time, and called Amazon, now it was showing delivered. I was going to call mailbox owner, to apologize, but he beat me to it, called me to tell me that he was able to track the package. Very nice guy, thank you for not hanging up on me, I probably would have. If Im in the area again, I will definitely use their services!!! Very nice, patient and aim to please customers.

This is the best mailbox place in the area. The owner is great and treats you like a king. They even have a Red Carpet for you to walk on.The service is fantastic and they have the best prices.Go check them out. Youll have a great experience.

What a change. I had been to store many times in the past. Recently, everything got changed. Really happy with the service. I do have all four options Fedex, USPS, UPS, and DHL when I ship something. Now, these guys have added the passport services, virtual mails, keys and notary. Great people.

Showed up right at opening and was able to multi-task 3 customers so I didn’t have to wait long to get my package out. Super friendly and always had a smile. I’ll definitely be coming here for my shipping needs.

Had a great experience shipping 3 chairs to california. It was not cheap but Emmanuel worked hard with me to get them into a box UPS would take. The box made it to California just fine. I would use them again.

Welcome to Ghana signs all over this place. I asked for a book of stamps, he charged $14.00, I didnt question him, but when I did the math 20 stamps @.48. × 20= $9.60, I could understand $2. Convenience fee but $4.40 No way. Stay away.

Wasnt open during business hours

I took a package to this place to be mailed. I was told that because my package was going to Alaska, it could not be insured or tracked. Funny, the package never arrived. He refuses to try to track the package or do anything to make it right. I will never use this person again. I have tried in the past and was ripped off the first time. Shame on me for going back a second time.

Horrible service the man is a despot discriminated against for being Hispanic and he did not want to deliver my packages from 9 am because no time as they see the man do not send your packages here it is never open
