I enjoyed shopping there! They list very detailed Japanese cosmetics with more affordable price than other Japanese cosmetics store. Easy to get what I want to look for! The atmosphere is great!

I asked for help in choosing proper lingerie sizes. Im a 36C and was told 70-75C would fit me. I need to go back to exchange 3 out of 4 of my lingerie sets to D cups.. out of the panties 2 pairs fit okay and the other 2 cut off circulation in my hips.Its really out of my way to drive out and make the return but Id really like my moneys worth for the 4 sets I really wanted to fit.Edit: I went back the next day to see if I could get my lingerie in larger sizes (37D) was disappointed they only had a few D sizes In colors I wasnt too fond of. They issued me a full refund that I will receive in 3-5 buisness days. Very very appreciative.

I love this shop! I visited with a friend of mine because we love trying out Asian skincare products. This shop had an incredible selection and the prices were wonderful! I ended up buying way too many thing, but I love every single one! The shop clerks were incredibly helpful, and showed me their recommendations. They have a rewards program for repeat shoppers- we saved $5! I will definitely be back!I read another review from a past client who mentioned the shop owners being unkind to anyone who isnt Asian. This was not the case during my visit and Im not Asian. They were super helpful, cheerful, and kind!

Horrible customer service, rude and unfriendly! DO NOT BUY THERE. Normally i go to the Korean store which is way better service and prices at the front. Yet i gave this place a try, and they failed me badly ;( I wanted to buy lipsticks, so i checked on the color codes. The lady told me “DO NOT OPEN IT” very rude way. “There are testers outside: se said.” Guess what, there are only 2 testers which are the same color. Only when i told her i will buy 2 lipsticks if you can show me the red color i want. She then agreed to open it, not even let me to hold and see, quickly closed the lipstick boxes. I decided not to buy anymore, the lady turned to her co-worker and say something in Chinese with the staring eyes at us 😡Unbelievable, how would you like me to pay money with that service? Small store, BIG attitude. No thanks! Stay away from this place!

I love Asian beauty products and this shop seems to have a good selection. But staff treated me like a criminal by following literally 1 foot away from me to wherever I went. Kill my shopping experience, I’ll bring my money to somewhere else

Very fun little shop with plenty of choices for skincare and makeup. The sales associates were amazingly helpful in picking out a lotion and compact. This place is a must.

If youre not Asian or have dark skin expect them to stare at you, while remaining silent the whole time and pretty much refuse to fully help you. They pretty much locked up and whispered instead of seeing if I needed help.

I made the mistake of buying one of their expensive lipsticks that was over 30$ without checking it before I left, the worker handed me a messed up lipstick that looked as if it had been used ! ! And it was a present for a friend, never felt so robbed of my money, especially 30+$... ALWAYS check your items to make sure they are in good condition before you leave this shop 😑😑😑

Their YD Uda Consolidation Center is very poor. The customer’s cargo has been delayed for half a year and has not been resolved, and the service attitude is extremely bad. It is recommended that Chinese friends do not use it.

I went there once and just wanted to say that there was no next time. I wanted to buy some cosmetics for my girlfriend. I went in for half an hour. The waiter kept playing on the phone and didnt even look at the customers. ? After looking at the lipstick twice, the waiter walked over and stared like me as a thief. There is no desire to consume. Seeing your score, I really advise you to teach your employees service attitude.
