Went last weekend for a makeover after using Clinique since I was 15 (I’m 40). Loved everything f and bought about $700 worth of new makeup and tossed my Clinique. Hope they stay in business because I clearly don’t change makeup often. 🤣

The customer service here is AMAZING! I had the owner reach out about a miscommunication and she was so kind let me talk and was super understanding. Like it wasn’t one of those like yeah yeah sure. No she was genuine and understood me and let me talk. I wish this company all the good in the universe and that they thrive ❤️❤️ Support local businesses and bring your money here!! I’ve been using Jentry’s cosmetics for a while now. I love the lipsticks, glosses, lip liners, & blushes. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the concealer because it leaves messy creases. Also, not a big fan of the foundations. The biggest reason is due to my skin tone. The foundations and concealers do not go well with tan/darker skin tones. It also means that every time I’ve used one of her make up artists I’m left disappointed. They always choose too dark shades for my skin tone and choose too many browns even when I ask them for more colorful choices. I’m left looking washed out. I once asked if I could use my own foundation because it was a big night and it was important to me to look great but the make up artist pressured me to use theirs because apparently mine was not the right shade, which granted maybe it wasn’t perfect but the choice she made was far too dark. She just wasn’t skilled enough to work on non-White skin tones like the other artists. Kinda bummed me out for my big night.Anyway, I will continue going for some products and if I ever actually book Jentry I will go to her for big events but until make up artists who can actually work with darker skin are hired I may have to steer clear for make up application.

I ordered the Hydrate which I love. However, the pump does not work properly. I contacted the company and I have received communication from the company that this will be corrected. Sometimes things happen. I love these products and appreciate their fast response.

THE BEST skincare Ive ever used. I was always told I had really great skin, but would still notice dryness in the winter and some breakouts in the summer. After using Jentrys skincare line, my skin has never looked or felt better in my life. Would recommend for everyone to go try it for themself. Everyone there was super nice and helpful as well, and the store is so well maintained! Amber is the best, ask for her!!!

Before meeting Jentry Kelley and her team of talented artist I was completely lost when It came to makeup application. Whether you are just trying to look “Cute in the carpool” or headed out for a night on the town- they can teach you how to become your own professional makeup artist. I’m thankful to have found this gem of a makeup line. Hands down the best in Houston!

Jentry Kelley is amazing at what she does! She is very professional and funny. She does things to draw people in and get to know her. Her products represent herself which is pure authenticity.

Love the product, however when I called in the first time to ask for help in purchasing my makeup, they told me I had to order ONLINE only, no help.So after ordering online and putting my extra stock in my drawer... I went to use it later and realized that I have the wrong color in one of my items, called customer service and they said basically too bad after 14 days its too late to make any exchanges even though the product had never been opened. So HEED the warning! Open your products!

I went into the shop a few weeks ago. I usually order online, but I needed face wash ASAP for a trip. I visited in workout pants and hair dirty in a bun, I was sure they were going to think I was homeless or something... They treated me like I was a queen, regardless of how I looked and that meant the world to me as a customer.Also, I love these products and believe in JKC so much! I use the face wash and exfoliate wash. They are both amazing and great ingredients.You should follow Jentry on Instgram. She will educate you on how to use products and make-up appropriately.
