I paid hundred of thousands of dollars for this company and all I get is disappointment, just opened less than a year a go and started having issues with their equipment, first it was the panoramic machine, then the cavitron, they charged me labor fees, so i started having issues with cavitron again, I was told that I won’t be charge because it’s under warranty, I was so clear when I asked them, will it be a labor fees ? They told me no, so I Scheduled their tech to come to the office, he came in for few minutes and said we have to send the cavitron for repair, I received 237 dollars bill for him stopping by for 17 minutes! I’m terrified now because they brought someone to exchange a part of my panoramic machine which is suppose to be under warranty as well and I was told their will be no labor fees ! God knows how much I will be charged for this !

I think I know the true reason how Henry Schein made it to Fortune Magazines List of Most Admired Companies.On 10/31/2013 the technician came to the office for repairing the nitrous unit (porter mobile unit). He spent 5 minute speaking to the manufacture technician and then he picked up the machine with him, saying it need to be sent to the manufacture for repair. A week later I receive the invoice for $204.42 ($143.84 for the labor 1/2 hour + $45 arrival fee + $15.58 for tax).After waiting for almost 2 months without any news from Henry Schein, My office manager called them several times. Each time she called she got this answer. we will call the manufacturer and call you back. I waited until 3 months later, then in mid January 2014, I made a call to Henry Schein myself to find out what is going on. I spoke to the repair department twice. And each time I got the same answer as before, we will call the manufacturer and call you back. Finally, a week later, at the end of January, I called them and told them that I needed the answer of where is the machine today. They answered we called the manufacture and they told us that they have never received the machine. We are checking into this issue.I then called and spoke to the branch manager in Houston for help. He finally told me that the manufacture had the machine now and we should hear from them soon. After 2 more weeks waiting, Henry Schein called me and told me that the repair fee is $1,658.48. I asked Henry Schein to send me an email, detailing what part is required to replaced/repaired. No email was sent. However, a representative from Henry Schein called me and told me today that I can trade in my machine for a new one. The trade in cost for the new machine is $4,300.I am very disappointed. My experience recently with Henry Schein repair department is the worst ever in my 20 years in the dental profession and in dealing with a dental supply company. Sure, there is no doubt Henry Schein made it to Fortune Magazines List of Most Admired Companies. However, it is not because of its excellent customer service, but because of its deceiving business and ripping off the doctors like me.I am writing this review to warn my fellow dentists about this company.Minh Nguyen, D.D.S.

I totally agree with Dr. Minh regarding their poor service. After we purchased the equipment, the sales rep never returned our phone calls and even NEVER followed up on the sale.They keep changing technicians and every time they come in it is $$$

Worst company ever !!!!Please please go with different vendors !!I was dump enough to buy their digital pan and ceph($70,000) And additional sensor(&10,000)Total $80,000Sensor stop working. After 1 yearThey are charging all the fee and not even sure what they even going to do with itAll the colleges, please please go with different vendorsWe bought 3 more pan and ceph from VatechTotal cost($45,000) and 100% better qualityAnd this is only beginning, Im going to start posting on dental post and Facebook and let all Houston people know minimum !!!

Worst dental supply company ever !!!After 1 year warranty,Ceph machine doesnt work!!!We overpaid for the machine ($80,000),However we have to buy new sensor(worth,$10,000)!!!Please contact me if uou have any further question !!!
