Found amazing clothes at rock bottom prices.

Honestly, the line is long and therefore not even social distancing is reinforced.Clothes here are somewhat ok. I WARN EVERYONE WHO COMES HERE please go to the restroom before you come because I personally came here and let me tell you all that I wanted to go to the restroom BUT I had to ask a employee to open the door for me I waited 15 min and still she didn’t came I asked another worker and she said she could because she was ABOUT TO Be on break best advice it took me half an hour for them to open the door for me. The reason why u couldn’t is because the door requires a key or a pin to open itself. The line here is another problem too not only do they not reinforce social distancing but some of them not even wear a mask and overall although the clothes is a good price you are more likely to get COVID 19 because the rules aren’t reinforced.

You got to go early on the morning to avoid the big crowds. It can be pretty busy and packed with people. Lines are usually long and depending on how many cashiers they have it can move a little slow. They do have nice things here but you really have to lookSometimes they are racked kind of crazy and can be unorganized with stuff everywhere but like i said if you take the time to look you will definitely find some deals

Cramped, messy (in a poorly stocked kind of way), empty shelves galore, lots of damaged items.No luggage in the luggage section that I specifically came for today.Limited food items on my visit.And the line for the cashiers was literally all the way to the back of the store. Hire more cashiers, please.The Marshalls nearby in the same shopping center was in much better shape with more cashiers. Id recommend going there instead.

Store Manager discriminates alot against non Spanish speaking employees wants to hire all spanish speakers but wont give hours to the employees she has now because alot of us do not speak spanish went as far as cutting our hours and saying its because of payroll yet others Ross stores tell me they need help and have the hours ...good place to shop but very bad place to work if you dont speak spanish

Horrible this is by far one of the worst Ross stores I gave ever been to. The stuff is thrown around, it is a huge disorganized mess. The line to pay circled the entire store... the people working there looked seriously miserable. I didnt see any management trying to help the situation maybe they were relaxing in the back pretending to work on a computer. The only one that looked to be doing his job with a pleasant face was the security guard. Ridiculous drive a little further out to a better store.

Bought a hat here. Cashier lost my hat. Then said she never seen one. Asked the manager to look at cameras and she told me I never even brought up a hat. Tye hat is on my receipt and I definitely had the hat at the counter. No help at all then was told lies. Terrible.

This store always have a variety of options to choose from - Always stay stocked. It is welcoming. Customer service is quick from what I have experienced today. I can never leave with only 2 bags.

Great prices. The one we went to was kind of bare in the mens clothing area, probably due to the holidays. Good assortment of items. I found a pair of pants in my size (and Im a large person). We will be going back.

Way too Hot 🥵Not enough ventilators around the store. The lines got really long to the point where they started making ppl wait in a line to get into the store.The only time you feel the cool air is in the entrance. Everyone was dying of heat.

This Ross has a variety and good prices. Fitting rooms are closed but at least they let you use their restrooms. Only thing I dont like is having to get in a long line to go in the store and to purchase things.

I like Ross...prices are reasonable, quality of product is good also. Im not understanding, however, why the shelves are so bare in several of their stores🤔. Its also funny, whenever I go into one of their locations with a clutch purse & keys & get followed by the staff or L.P as if Im going five finger discount myself an area rug👀, or try to tote out a table without paying...Ive done L.P. work so its quite comical & interesting to be followed around the store.Thats why I make sure Im always cute 🙂some of those guys(L.P. workers) are reeeaally good Eye Candy!😂😂

I have experienced great, friendly and helpful coworkers as ther assis me on learning how the retail businesses works. As a Ross employee I assure you that we only strives to keep the store effectively organized and give helpful surves to our customers as we welcome our costumers to the store!!

No restrooms available for people to use long lines to pay only 2 cashiers

This store is a joke.. They have a huge sign in the front that says theyre hiring, but when i asked a cashier they said they werent.

Unfortunately the cashier I was helped by did not have any customer service experience. She did not greet or said a word. I approached her politely with a question in regards of my refund method. Her answer was just simply a “no you paid with this & that’s how you’ll be receiving your refund.” I explained to her tht I would like to receive my $20 in cash I even showed her my physical card. She replied with a simply “no.” I had to read the return policy myself because she didn’t even explain that it was a company policy all she said was “no,” and she swiped my card. I understand it’s a company policy, but she could’ve done explained that better instead of just saying no there’s no possible you’ll receive cash.”

Literally laughed while atleast 6 people outside knocking to let them in.HOW ARE U GOING TO CLOSE EARLY!bad for business ROSS....This was around 9:27pm Christmas EveNot the customers fault you have to close at 10pm.

I was really upset with the way they were rushing me out I still had 10 minutes before closing and just wanted to pick one jacket out of 2 . What appeared to be the manager told me to just buy both and return it the next day if I dont like it ( why would I want to go back the next day when Im already there). Then the cashier had the audacity to tell me and hurry up because she wants to go home early . I honestly left that store angry.

Staff was nice and they seemed to be all over the store ready to organize the items left around. The store was clean and overall pleasant. I would shop there again

I found two nice dresses to wear for any occasion in less than 20 minutes. The store is organized to make finding things easy. They employees were busy, but courteous to everyone. I like to be greeted when I enter their store, I feel appreciated.

So I’ve never made review mainly cause I’ve never needed too however i found it necessary this occasion mainly because I for the first time dealt with some bad customer service. So I’m one of the few that has to bike where i go to and ross is one of my go to places. I finished up paying for my purchases and got everything bagged well except a small frame i got. Smaller than a cereal box. Anyways i asked if could get it bagged cause I’m biking and i got ignored. I kept trying to get someone attention but no one would answer me. Normally I’m patient but I’m late to a b day party and i still have to bike home in torrential weather. I got impatient and reached over the counter for a bag and this lady on the other side freaked out and said i wasn’t allowed anymore. I understand i overstepped my boundaries by reaching around but seriously i was biking and don’t have more than two arms to hold my belongings. It deals with Rush Hour constantly so i don’t get why they never properly prepare. I was completely embarrassed so i just walked out and left. Thank god Dollar Tree didn’t need me to make a purchase so i could get some bags for free. I like this Ross a-lot, I’m just very disappointed in the customer care I had received that day

Didnt even know there was a Ross of this size! It was very organized (or at least the shoes and colognes/perfumes I was browsing) which was a surprise to me. I would definitely come back to this location

No selection or choice for many items for the price not worth it

Manager does not schedule the employees to work during the holidays in a way to checkout very efficiently! They have 2 employees working the checkout on the night shift during the holidays and a long and I mean super long line waiting to check out!!!! I was told the manager does this on purpose and the employees have to bear the burden!!! There needs to be new management!!!!!!!

I like that the place was somewhat put together for a Ross, but I didnt like how the cashier was wearing her breast out. I think thats unprofessional and trashy. As for her attitude, it was uncalled for. If youre working late and want to go home, what you shouldnt do is rush someone off the counter. I still had to reinsert my card for approval and she had already called someone up to the counter and brushed my things out of the way. This before I even got my recipe. When I mentioned it to her she just kept looking up at me with an attitude like I was in the wrong. You need to do better Katherine.

They have good stuff here but the restrooms were horrible! There was no toilet paper and one of the stalls was trashed. Also, the line is always long.

No toilet paper or hand soap in the restroom. The employees working at the dressing room had a very bad attitude.The aisle are so small you cant even fit your shopping cart through some of them. The check out line was so long and slow.. The only good thing there was the cashier was nice.

My wife loves this place. Me, not as much, except for pet beds for my dogs. I have 8 rescues, all their beds came from here.

This Ross store is mostly the same as the others. I dont normally shop here as they only have assorted items. I think its only worth coming if you have the time to shuffle through and find the style and size you want otherwise its just one size here one size in another style. The two staff I talked to at the time I visited was friendly.

I shop at this Ross frequently. My child needed to use the restroom while in the store. When I spoke with the employee Jennifer she told me that the rest room was unavailable due to plumbing issues. I would have understood if she didnt commence to speak in Spanish to her coworker while I was walking away (that we had bags so thats why she didnt let us in). *The bags were from Ross.*I didnt know that Ross had a policy of not allowing customers in the bathroom once you made a purchase.Ross as a customer I would appreciate if you would understand that as parents we have no control over when we need to go.I was upset so I called once I got in my car and spoke with the manager Dora who apologized and informed me that the restrooms were not working.REALLY!!!!?

I shop at Ross stores very often. Actually it is the main store I shop at because of their variety and they are inexpensive. I bought a blue cz weaved ring from this store and it cost $29. It was very pretty but do to a defect it cut up my finger, so I decided to return it. When I was at the checkout the cashier Oscar Garcia called security because he said the description was for a hair product. I am assuming he meant fake hair which I have never seen in any ross ever nor have I ever seen a cubic zirconia hair piece before which is what cz means, the security was extreamly rude and treated me like I was a criminal. I didnt do anything but return their damage product that cut up my finger. I am seriously thinking about getting a lawyer after the way I was treated. For one I did not steal or try to alter anything as I was accused of which is agaist the law for a store to accuse someone of stealing without actual proof. I told the security that the time and date was stamped on the reciept to go look it up on the camera. I purchased the product I returned at the price I returned it for. Also maybe the security needs to be properly trained in the merchandise that is sold at this store so innocent people dont get falsely accused. I will be speaking with a manager first thing. I will add to this review what the outcome of all this was once I speak with management and possibly a lawyer. This way other consumers will be aware of what kind of retail store this is. They did give me merchandise credit after I got upset over the entire embarrassing situation. But basically they wanted to pawn off their defective product on me and keep my money. I almost forgot, after all this, the cashier failed to put two of the products we were getting into the bag with our other items and we had to ask him 3 times for him to give them to us after we paid for them. Deflimation of charater is agaist the law and someone working in security should already know this. It shows me that Ross hires people who are not adequate for the job.

What kind of system does ross have for checkout? There is like 30 people in line to check out with just 2 cashiers but their priority is the return line even if people just lined up. REDICULOUS!!!! Been waiting for 30 min without moving because new people line up in returns. Need better management skills or common sense.

They do not like giving you your money back, they do everything they can to keep your money via vouchers.

This Ross has great customer service and is so close to where i work Los Prados.

I was pretty impressed with the amount of kosher food you can get here that is amazingly-priced. I understood it to be on a level lower than marshalls; however, I would say they are very comparable. Good stuff.

If you have never been toa Ross store.....you need to go and visit one. They truly have some of everything for way less then anyone else. I found my cat a scratching post there.

Pretty clean and organized, they just need more staff on registers.

They had 5 lights on with 3 cashier but only one was helping. We stood by for a bit then one of the cashiers yells out next we approach and get attitude. Before I could finish paying my items she yells for next person so I had a then next customer next to me as I tried to put my pin in the system. Very rude cashier.

The store manager profiles way too much and acts so superior against customers. The only time shes nice is if her bosses are around. The customer service is just awful! And the dps worst. Ricardo is racist and he even said it out loud! They are just door greeters and Alex the sps is just a joke flirting with girls. all of the sps are always on their phones. I used to like shopping there all the time but they have been getting so terrible with their customers Id rather pay more at other stores and have great customer service. They need to hire more staff the lines are ridiculously long and they only have 1 cashier at most 2 and I went all different hours and different days multiple times a week

Amazing finds for less! Parking lot can be quite full on evenings and more on the weekends but its worth it. Expect long checkout lines as well.
