Amazing place, always clean and fresh. I honestly love the drinks but lately they been adding way too much sugar!! I used to love their old staff. But the new person that they have is always rude and mean mugging everybody. Like come on if you don’t like working then don’t!!

Today i went here with family to my surprise this place was so clean and smelled fresh, the staff were good fast service and the drinks we ordered were all so good happy to find this place 👍👍

This particular location is nothing like the original place in Chinatown on Bellaire!their drinks are not the same or maybe because of the way the workers at particular dont know hot too make it! or follow directions when ask to adjust the sugar level, sweetness of the drinks. I think our request was ignored, we bought one for my husband who is pre diabetic for 25% level of sugar and a regular one and they both were very sweet, so that means they did not honor our requests and at the same time it took them awhile to get our drinks as well!

If you visit please do try the lychee mochi it was such a good treat in this Texas weather and honestly just overall cute item, also the staff are so nice and welcoming and the place seems so calm and just a place where you can sit down and catch up with friends. 9/10 would recommend !!

I ordered through DoorDash and got the best coffee ive ever had! No exaggeration! If you’re looking for a nice iced coffee I would definitely recommend this place

My son took me on a date here, he got me a strawberry milk tea with boaba and he got a mango milk with boaba, they were both, very good! He said hes tried them all and there isnt a bad one. Cant wait for our next date 🥰

Very disappointed with this Bambu on Veterans Memorial. I asked for a passion fruit green tea with rainbow Jelly total cost was $6.50 and for this? This is definitely a rip off for an overpriced drink. Recommend “I love Boba” on West Rd instead, at least their drinks are under $6 and fill their drinks all the way.

I wanted a green tea so popped right in with some friends. A mom and pop shop feel with fun games. Friend ordered an iced coffee. Drinks and options were great. The cafe itself is soooooo cool. I could see myself hanging out with some friend playing board games and chit chatting like we did at the U of H den. The staff there are very nice and helpful with suggestion to fit my picky needs!

My go to spot for some fresh and yummy mochi icecream. Cant forget about the boba, always hits the spot.

The two little young kids who work here have bad attitudes. Do yourself a favor and go to the other location on bellaire. They think that they can talk to anybody anyway they want but they’re going to bump in to the wrong person one day and their lives will change forever.

AWESOME drinks. So many to choose from. I LOVE THE VARIETY. I guess I just have to try them all...one drink per visit...LOL. Everyone I have taken there is overwhelmed by the choices. But end up loving what they get.

Decent boba shop,there tapioca was good and the decor and setup is amazing. Only concern is I ordered the taro milk tea twice and both times my drink tasted like powder, I understand the bubble tea concept that powder must be used for some milk teas, however they need to work better in dissolving there powder with the tea.

This bambu menu has a create your own che, which is nice. However, the beans werent fully cooked or maybe old, it didnt taste as soft as it should. Overall, it was ok.

Always love the drinks here and the service is great as well. Tried the orange dream and I love it.

Im not a huge fan of the boba tea, nor am I into the smoothie life, but Bambu provide a decent spot for both. Prices are comparable to other locations, service is prompt, theres a good variety on the menu, and the place is kept nicely. My major issue is that the drinks are sweeter than other shops, masking any fresh flavors.

Bambu is a new addiction for me, and Im so happy to have it in my life. I had driven past many times wondering what their drinks would be like, and several months ago had the stroke of fate to actually go in and try them out for myself. My first experience was with the aptly named Taro Lover (something I do deeply love, which made the hilarious woman behind the container exclaim What do you know about Taro!), and that alone was enough to get me hooked. So far I have also tried the Fruit Addict and today stole a sip of my best friends Red Bean Combo, but the Bambu Special has a firm grip on my heart. As it gets hotter outside (oh Houston, why are your summers so terrible) the refreshing taste, succulent coconut, and fun crunch of basil seeds in the Bambu Special are just what I need to feel reinvigorated. I hope to one day make my way through their entire menu, lest I become complacent with my usual drink, but I see a long future with Bambu in my life.

I live nearby so I come here often and I love the environment. It is perfect for quiet production similar to Starbucks with its free WiFi and different furniture. There are also games to enjoy.

I never had any of the drinks on the menu, but this place was a very good introduction. The man at the counter was both friendly and helpful in recommendations. I didnt feel like I was being forced into paying as much as possible. The place was clean and this drink (that I still dont know the name of) was well in taste.

Amazing drinks and you can just relax yourself with their games available; they also have candy and desserts for sale. Customer Service is good. Its like somewhere you would go to clear your mind. Everything as furniture to the store itself, I really enjoyed my time there with myself or friends; they also have WiFi.

This place has all kinds of feel good dessert!! Its a must have for our hot summers here in Houston! I like to get mine custom made with coconut milk, taro, lychee, longan, and jackfruit. The red beans are also delicious in this chè! The staff here is always friendly. They have a great set up for a game night with friends.
