My fiancé got my ring from the Kirkwoods and I have since brought it in twice for resizing and a repair. Wonderful service and lovely people! I needed a small stone replaced and Robert also noticed my main stone rocking a bit and fixed it! He also got it done extra quickly for me because we have engagement pictures coming up. Highly recommend!

I needed to get my wedding rings resized. I didnt want to use one of the big jewelers because they take forever and I like to support small businesses in my area. I called to get a quote. Size up 3 sizes in white gold, the owner said it would take about a day. Great. I get there to give them my rings and its a week. I paid and left my rings with them. I called the day before I was to pick up my rings to make sure they were ready. He hadnt touched them. He told me he would have them ready the next morning. I went by the next afternoon and he still havent touch them. He said they would be ready the next day. I went to the shop the next day to pick them up. The lighting in the store isnt the best and I was in a rush because I was on my lunch break. I should have taken pictures of the way they gave it back to me. Yellow, not round at all, it looked horrible. I called and he told me to bring it back. Theyre closed on Mondays so I went on Tuesday, they were closed. I give them back on Wednesday and the wife cant believe they did this work. They take it back and tell me to come back the next day.I went by today to pick up my rings. They look better but they have cuts in the metal where he resized them. I showed him the cuts and they said it was like that. How could it have been like that if you added material to them to make them bigger? Then he started inspecting the band in other area that he didnt work on say it was dented here, scratched there. Okay, I never said my bands were perfect. I didnt pick random placed at the top of the band and say they damaged them. There are cuts in the metal were he worked. All they wanted to do was argue so I just took my rings as is.Im very disappointed. They seem like a lovely couple, but my experience was just horrible. Now I have to pay someone else to fix my rings they messed up.

The owner and his wife are very nice to deal with. Robert creates custom jewelry and can make pieces from design photos as well. In addition to sells he does repair work. They also buy gold and do appraisals.

Ive been coming to this jewelry for quite a few years now and I have been very pleased with the work done. Ive had my wedding ring stones rearranged as well as new diamonds set on my earrings. My mother would had her watchs batteries replaced here as well. Over all the owners are very pleasant individuals. Jewelry is an art and can not be rushed, some pieces take a little longer but we all want quality work not rushed to compromise art and quality.

Bob is amazing! I took him my father wedding ring and asked him to make me three little hearts, on one side he put each daughters Initials, and on the other side their favorite nickname for my dad. The hearts and the chains I purchased from him were wonderful. My daughters cherish the necklace that they have and will always have a piece of my dad with them. He was extremely fair priced. Not one other jeweler would do this for me so I am grateful for Bob.I bring all my jewelry to him for repairs, resizing, battery watches and I only buy from him.I see a lot of post about how long it takes Bob to complete something well I will say this - maybe I have waited awhile for him but his work and price make the wait well worth the wait. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

We arrived looking for a wedding ring for my future son-in-law to give to my daughter. There wasnt a huge selection like at the chain jewelry stores, but that made it easier for us. We didnt feel like he was trying to sell us something we didnt want, but instead he patiently showed us everything we were interested in and let us discuss each ring as long as we liked. We ended up with a beautiful vintage ring just like my daughter likes. It is hard to find a hometown jeweler anymore, but this is it!

We purchased my wedding ring (and a few other pieces from here since). Mr. and Mrs. Kirkwood are so sweet and they’re prices are very reasonable. We consider him as our regular jeweler and we never go anywhere else.

I just had my diamond stud “fixed” after I stepped on it. The diamond was loose and the post was crooked. We came to the conclusion that the post would have to be resoldered on. I’m so disappointed I wish I looked at it with him when he handed it back from me. The post is off center, you can see the solder, there is now a crack on the prong where the solder ends AND my diamond is crooked. I managed a jewelry store in Colorado where now I will have to send it to be done right where most likely I will have to get a new setting. A $30.00 is now a $200.00. I’m so heartbroken that I didn’t double check and now spending more than I should have. I have attached my pictures.

I have used this jeweler for many years. I wouldnt go anywhere else because I truly trust Mr Kirkwood. I would recommend this jeweler for all your repair needs. They also have beautiful jewelry at a great rice. Wonderful family business!

Of course I recommend Bob/Robert! I have known him for almost 15 years. My girls were really young when we met him and they called him Bob the Builder. Bob created two beautiful gold rings for me around my 10th wedding anniversary (2003). He also partnered with an appraiser to help us value our family jewelry for insurance purposes (in 2011). I often stop by just to see him and say hello over the years. He continues to help me polish the jewelry I wear everyday and he is creating a new piece for me as we speak! He is lovely to talk to so I often overstay my welcome. Today I was there for an hour! :) Go see Your Jeweler... Bob is the only one you will never need.

Came here to get a custom ring designed. This place was recommended by my neighbor and had decent reviews online. Well; sat in front of the store from 10:33 am till 11:01 am and the store was closed. (Their store hours for Thursday says open at 10:30 am). There were three other people who came, waited, walked up to the door, and then drove away.This is NOT a place that will ever get my business.

They have had a vehicle drive through the store window and crash into the wall of the chiropractic office next door. So, at the moment Your Jeweler is not able to fix your watch, design your necklace or clean and polish your wedding ring. What a bummer. We hope your are back in business very quickly!

I will not go to anyone else. Aside from them being so close, Robert does an excellent job. He has done repairs, and cleaning for us and is always giving an expert job. Very friendly, has things done on time. He offeres beautiful pieces in his showcase. Love that we found Your Jeweler!

If youre looking to buy a new piece, this place might be a great choice. They have very nice items and warm, friendly service. For that reason, I didnt give a 1-star rating.Unfortunately for repairs, I cant recommend it. We took my wifes wedding set in to have an accent stone replaced, resize it to a smaller size, and make sure the prongs on all stones were secure.First, we had multiple delays, including one that occurred because the stone that had just been replaced popped out while the ring was being polished! That didnt inspire confidence in the quality of work.When we finally did get to come and pick it up, there were several rough edges where the prongs had been reinforced and it was visibly evident that theyd been altered. Also, the 2 bands that were resized had a specific contour, with the second band having been custom-made to fit perfectly against the main ring. Ever since they were resized, they kind of fit together, but not like the flawless custom pieces they once were.Worst of all, within 6-7 months, the stone that was replaced fell out, and we finally just took the set to another jeweler. They fixed it perfectly, smoothed out all the rough spots, and completed the work in far less time. Its unfortunate that we had to pay again for work that had already been done, but Id rather pay twice than have to go back and still not have it fixed correctly.I hate to say this, but its possible this very nice gentleman may simply no longer have the precision he once had. In any case, weve found another jeweler we trust more, and sadly wont be coming back here.

Excellent service. Robert replaced 3 separate watch batteries in under 15 minutes for a fair price. I was referred to him from a co worker that trusts him with high end watches.

Ive been here once before a few years ago so I thought I would return. I took in 4 watches that each needed something different specifically done to them as well as a ring that I needed to be sized down. The lady at the counter wrote down each detail for each item and said she would have them ready for me the next day. When I return she handed me all my watches, said they were done when in fact no a single one had been touched. I need links taken out of one and links added back to another (I had the original links for them to add) as well as a battery replacement. I pointed out that nothing had been done so she did everything on the spot. I get one watch back with too many links added and we specifically discussed (it was also written down) how many links I needed back in the watch. So she had to do it again. That wasnt my biggest issue. My issue is when I got my ring back (wedding ring and band) it was sized TOO SMALL which I didnt realize til later that evening. and it was horribly melted back together. It looked bent similar to if you were to step on it. I am very disappointed especially when all that came to nearly $100. SO I now have to fork out money to have the ring redone. As you can imagine sizing UP is not as easy as sizing down. IF you want a new watch battery this is the place but I wouldnt trust them with any FINE or sentimental jewelry. And to think I went there even after reading mulitple reviews of them messing up rings. Jokes on me I guess.
