Use your debit card and pay extra $8.00 the receipt printed it made me pay $8.00 then said yo see cashier he cannot open doors shows doors stuck so can’t explain to them what happened weather horrible they are taking money from people not coming here charged me $8. At the pump just for putting debt card in no gas.

Store well stocked neat and clean. Gas prices were resonaible. Westheirmer road on this area is slways busy with lots on traffic. Service was speedy and friendly. I usally dont shop here as its some ways from my home but was in the area on business so I stopped. Would return for sure if Im in the area.

I wanna thank the 2 employees, that saw me standing at the window with 3dog I didnt wanna bring in the store. They just look at me and smiled as I stood there for 20 mins. But a real thank you for the employees that over the days passed serviced me with problem. Get better people.

I paid cash and select regular fuel. I dont know why but in the screen showed supreme. So this mean less gasoline ⛽. And may be regular fuel only the screen showed supreme. I complained and they didnt resolve nothing.😔

I went to wash my car and the car wash was not working. The clerk said he couldnt get me a refund but his boss can, he even wrote a letter on my receipt letting them know and date it. Then the next time I went there the boss refused to give me my refund no matter what I said. He didnt even believe the receipt I presented him.

The people inside are always very nice.It does smell like smoke quite often in there, but were talking Louisiana restaurant in the mid 90s level of smoke here.Some of the other gas stations outside city limits on this side of town have a more of a 1940s New Orleans pub/grocery store smell to them.I dont like either, but Ill take the former, over the latter.Oh yes, their pumps arent doctored either.That should be 10 stars, in this area.

13259 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077 - Exxon has clean restroom.Customer service is great and cashier is friendly. The premium gasoline is 9 cents as of today .. cheaper than most of the others.However, 8 out of 10 times. .. I can’t pay at the pump - the machine can’t read my credit cards so I always have to go inside to pay... for that reason I give you three stars.Also, once in a while, I might get lucky but I can’t get my receipt from outside the pump because there is no paper again.It is up to you to keep your customers happy and wanted to come back to see you and I don’t think you really care because I just tell you again today.

Was looking for an item and they had it stocked good service

On the 9th of November which was a Saturday their pump price showed $2:05, but after I pumped gas, I ended up paying around 2:70 for gas. I was very clear on the type of gas I pressed. I will be sending a mail to the Dept of Agriculture about this. I might have been gotten but it shouldn’t happen ever again.

Word to the Wise. They keep the key to the restroom behind the front counter. If you have diarrhea goodluck.

Make sure you count your money before leaving because the clerk Rena will short change you, I gave her $20.98 to get $10.98 worth of gas, she gonna give me back $9.02 like I cant count, when I supposed to have got $10.00 back in change
