Theres always an arm that doesnt work.Even in the middle of the night theres a line.Imagine if every bay worked properly how nice that would be

Terminal manager should be terminated. Use to be the best rack in the market..over the past year half the bays and arms work at any given time and will not repair..makes a lot of since to add on bays when only 4 of the 8 are only open half the time....vcu is junk and shuts down for hours before they get it up and running again..sad

Used to be my favorite rack... But repairs are needed.... I work nights and I dont see anyone here... The rack operators all have attitudes... Specially the main guy.... i had to call the supervisor after hours, I skullied, one compartment was still full when i started loading, so the supervisor had to come to approve the mixed load or something, he took like an hour or two to get to the rack at 2am or so, He then went off on me yelling and screaming why I was in a Bay that was supposed to be closed, i told the guy it was green and there was no cone, he then called me a liar, etc... When i told him he was wrong, He threatened to lock me out for life, so i had to bite my tongue because these guys do whatever they want, no one here to see how they act, then he called the other guy on duty to confirm my story and he did, he said the bay was green and the cone was blown away by the heavy winds... Then the idiot apologized... The whole time Im on the phone with my wife and shes asking me why Im letting this guy talk to me like this.... But if youre a driver, you know we need our cards and you cant piss these guys off because theyll just lock you out....

May 9th 2018 @ 12:20am, gate closed, 5 white pick up trucks driving around, calling calling but no answer, the guys just looking at the trucks at the gate but not one guy comes to the gate to tell us anything.... These guys hate their jobs... Everything is always broken.... Get some new techs please...
