This store reminds me of the old pic and save we had across the country which ultimately became Big lots.Giant has a lot of products that are all listed as being $1.09 each they are captured so many different things that are in the dollar stores and one spot easy to shop easy to get out.

They asked me to leave my backpack on the floor in the front. Apparently they have a sign, Really? So I guess they consider their customers thief, and there is no secured place to store my bag, should I check if I miss anything in my bag after spending money at this place? I dont understand the logic, I wont come back coz I choose not be treated as a thief.

Place is unkempt. Prices are mixed and i noticed Rubbing Alcohol was marked at 2.99. You can easily get it around Houston for $1 to $1.49.Place had a certain vibe that i felt negative and left. I shopped at King Dollar on S. Post Oak which is small and crowded in a poor parking lot with ease. NI know with Trumpian tariffs on China, dollar stores are not $1😭 any more but this place was worse then most others. Only worse is the one on Fondren near West Park. I call that one the slaughterhouse. Its that badIt wss the first and last time at Giant. There is a 99 cent store few blocks away

You can almost find anything here at a low cost decently worth it if your in a low budget

Very wide variety of products, depends on what you need & want. Of course more departments (different aisles). Products are not necessarily standardized as much as Dollar Tree & 99¢ Store.

Most of the items are $1.39 or $1.49 now.

Ive been going here with my father for years, its a mediocre place that could be a bit messy sometimes, they once sold live beta fish that were living in terrible conditions and Im unsure if they even got fed. Other than that you can find really good deals here for all your basic living needs, they also have one of the best fake flower and shampoo/soap/lotion selections Ive seen. Perfect place to go if youre on a budget.

This is a great store to shop for school supplies and party supplies. Its more then you need in a value store and the most important I always look for cleanliness. Great store!!

Im giving it a one-star only because Im obligated to leave a star but I was leaving zero for their rude customer service experience. My son had a bathroom emergency I asked for the key for the bathroom when I go in theres actually two restrooms one for woman one for men to stalls in each bathroom!! The cashier told me that this is going to be a one-time exception and only because the manager wasnt in the store. Then he tells me not to leave a mess in the bathroom..wow! then I take my son to the bathroom and while Im in the restroom a female employee walks in and says couldnt he go to the mens restroom? Wow!! Really? I told her I dont think so he is only 9 he goes with me everywhere I go. Worst experience ever !!!! she also told me not to leave a mess wow wow. never again stepping in that store

Today I bought my childs project items and let me tell yall that I found A lot of fun stuff.

I been coming to this dollar store for many years one thing I saw different today is if you have Hispanic women working please make them great everyone not just the man. Bad service I do know the guy who would always be in the register wen I would go nice a kind. So far products are good for a budget person

Great place. It changes some inventory often, so they have new things that were not success in normal retail. Almost every item is $1.09. 1000s of items. One of my favorite dollar stores.

Found a few cool little treasures here today.They have so many things to look at. I do have to point out and let people know to make sure you do not buy expired/out dated merchandise. Found plenty of expired items like cleaning products to beauty products that were clunky and smelt horrible. Be aware.

Love to shop here. You can find all kinds of stuff. Things for everyday needs. Party supplies and more. Great finds, you will love it.

Love this dollar store, I follow them in instagram for the newest items they carry in store, they have a huge selection better than any other dollar store in Houston and they are better priced than the other stores in town. The staff is very friendly and always greets us and the indian cashier always helps with finding any items in store. Clean and always stocked up. I highly recommend shopping here

All dollar stores have different things, in this place they have automotive coolant, brake cleaner, small tools, monster etc, is the reason why I like it.

Poor judgemental customer service 75% of the items here arent even worth $1.50, $3.00 its kind of a rip off for the quality theyll have some things almost $5.00 youre better off going to Dollar tree where there is actual name brand stuff. Waste of time! Take in mind you will be looked at by the Indian owner like youre going to steal some rink a dink item

The guy in there very nice and treated me very respectable I would recommend going to a store I only see a nice and reasonable person who tries to work and see if you can help you out with your short on at the end of the groceries or items to be brought

Terrible customer service. I have been about 10 times. They never spoke to me in the store until i get up to the register to pay and they man starts rushing me and grabbing my items while I still deciding on certain purchases. Then he gets angry when I say I dont want 1 or 2 items ..I do find good items for cheap which is why I deal with the rudeness and aggressive attitudes.

They didnt have facial tissue (basic need) and no public rest room but its a huge store with a lot of stuff. Of course you know everything is not a Dollar.
