We ordered our metal door in February we did not received/install until June possibly bc Covid. It took 5days to install. The result was amazing! The door was Better than expected! The craftsmanship of the door was impeccable. We received lots of compliments:) We were nervous about paying everything in full prior to install / not even seen the door yet. Our sales person, Thomas singleton, keep us update of our project. The installers did a fantastic job. If the company was better run it would receive better ratings. All in all, I’m happy with my door outcome:)

We wanted to replace our ten years old door. We contacted Thomas Singleton on ordering the new contemporary door. He was very patient and helped us select the right design. He provided all the designs and drawings and took measurements a couple of times. Once the door came in, he scheduled the install. The installation crew was very professional. They removed the existing door and installed the new one in two days. We would highly recommend using them. Excellent product and service.

This is a very bad company which does fraudulent. We paid 12.5k in February for deposit of railings, and up until now we have not heard anything from them. We have tried to call, email and even attorney letter to them but no words. Be aware!!! This is a gosh company!!!! They take your money and disappear. We are currently in the process to sue them. We will report to business bureau and file a complaint for fraudulent. Very bad!!!!!!

The door took longer than expected to be delivered and install. Maybe because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The installers did an amazing job, and the door is really beautiful and looks great.

I had a great experience with Cantera doors. We worked with Thomas Singleton on ordering the door and made changes last minute. He made sure all was handled exactly like we wanted even with last minute changes. It took several weeks for the doors to arrive but the install was scheduled very soon after their arrival. The install went very smoothly and they did an excellent job. The process was seamless and I would highly recommend using them.

Installation of our new patio doors just finished and we are thrilled - they did just such a great job patching up molding around and cleaning up their workspace - and we LOVE the results!

Worst company ever. Zero customer service. Run.
