This place walk out price for a 2021 non abs ninja 400 is 6,900 you can definitely see the fee inflation with them and sales people are rude and think of you as a joke just because your trying to find the best bike for your money and not feel pressured.

Couldn’t come up with a price that was fair to both of us. Other dealers may have better pricing. This Dealer responded to my other review, which I believe was unkind to them hence I was honor bound to update my review. It’s correct that every dealership has a right to their asking price and in my opinion there asking price was higher than other dealerships.

I purchased a 2021 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 from salesman Jarrett Brooks Saturday. From the time I walked in to the time I left I knew I was being taken care of by a true professional who really enjoys his profession. I recently purchased a Ducati from these guys, and I was pleasantly surprised. Mathew sold me the bike and was helpful and polite, which is expected and his job. What impressed me was the mans ability to solve problems. I had several issues that took some time to sort out. He helped me lower my insurance while still maintaining excellent coverage. He worked we me through a complicated payment method involving many variables.I also like the finance guy, Si Nguyen, though I did not get the bike financed because the rate was ridiculous. Hes a salesman and a bit of a bro, but he seems honest, which is rare in his line of work.Good people and good bikes. I recommend his place.

Only speaking about the parts dept. They are trash. I look up my own part numbers so I know I get the correct parts. These guys split my order with another customer because they did not order the correct amount. Told me they will ship the part to me. Two weeks went and I called, they said it was in their hands and were going to mail it to me. Another week passes no part. Called again, same story. 5 weeks went by repeating the same story. They finally called me on week 6 and said it was in their hands. Drove from Groves to Houston to pick up, wrong part. I ordered from AMS in Dallas, 7 days later parts are in hand. Save yourself the headache and order from Dallas.

Went in to purchase a bike. The sales staff were very rude. Once I finally sat down with someone he immediately changed his tone once I said I had my own finance. Presented some printout where my TTL would be 2500! Oh and a crate fee apparently added to that and some other random charge. You lost and sale and returning customer. As well as anyone in ear shot asking about a bike Ill make sure to recommend avoiding your business

The worse Dealer I ever tried to make business with. Zero customer services attendance. I had to changed to two different sells person because the seller thought for a moment that he was the customer and said they did not had the time to explain anything or go over the number even after putting in an application. The Store and finance MANAGER refused to speak to me and told me to go back home and wait for my sells person to return to work to help me out. Wow I am trying to buy and I have to wait for a sells person to return to work to be able to sell the motorcycle to me. Really recommend to stay away from this store 3 days on the rolê trying to purchase a bike and going back home without the bike because the seller told me he was replying back to me and did not came in to work and no one else can’t sell you. I had a great experience purchasing my bike from here, but a horrible experience with my service when the bike would no longer go into neutral. Work was performed on the bike without telling me what the price would be and what needed to be done beforehand and the bike was returned covered in grease. I didnt expect for them to detail the bike before returning it to me, but it shouldnt look worse than when I took it in. This overall experience e just ranked very compared to what Ive received from other businesses.

I came by at the beginning of the year Jan 2021 walked in and right away Luis Diaz came to assist me, first time buying a side by side, I had questions about Polaris and it’s functions and he answered my questions so I went ahead and ordered one and made a deposit, I was told it would be late March early April, so at the end of March I went by and checked to see if it would be ready soon, but it was still not there yet so as I was stepping out I saw another one and went back to Luis and asked him if it was for sale, he said yes it was a trade in 2020 Polaris with a lot of add ons and they gave me a good deal, and he even easily made the change from the original order to this 2020 I purchased and got it same day.

Poorly managed service department. I dropped my BMW R1200GSA off at the end of May and picked it up yesterday after getting the run around for 2 months. I didnt allow them to fix the issue when they finally reached out to me with the possible problem because they said they would start by replacing 2 different parts and then go from there. It took me 4 times of contacting them to even hear what they were going to do. I just picked it up, because of the fact that they only did an hours worth of work(took one cover off) in the 2 months that they had it. Its a shame, because my bike needs tires and I was going to get them to change the front brake line to a longer one for the bar risers that are on the bike. I dont see how they have that many 5 star reviews on Google. I believe Ed Bassmaster must be one of the motorcycle mechanics, because someone spent 2 months just looking at it.

Horrible service dept they’ve had my can am more than I’ve had it. Was there for 5 months one time. Got it back still wasn’t fixed. I took it there 5 times so far for warranty work still has not been fixed. So far this time it’s been there 3 months now. At the point of getting a lawyer

I had a bad experience at another Macuso location and I read curious if it was branch specific or company wide. Night and day difference at this location. I dealt with Daniel and although we couldnt make a deal today, I really appreciated his upfront and honest attitude. We made offers back and forth, couldnt get to an agreement, shook hands and parted ways. He and his dealership didnt waste my time and thats all worth something to some people.

All I can say is wow! Daniel and the sales department worked with me to get a great price out the door on my 2018 Kawasaki Z125 Pro. They were thorough and the whole in and out process probably took all of 45 minutes. Will definitely be coming back here in the future. Bought a couple bikes here. They always have a huge selection of cool toys. They allow you to test drive the bikes, unlike some other dealers. They don’t play games with pricing, I have always gotten a good price, fair trade value and reasonable financing. Their service department is pretty busy, but for a good reason. I have never had a bad sales or service experience here.
