I bought a water pump and couldn’t remove the plastic cover (forgot the official name) on my old pump. I took to the shop, Martin stopped what he was doing, spent about 15 minutes to remove the cover for me. I offered to pay him, he refused to take my money, I tried to give him tips, he said he couldn’t take money from his customers. I was shocked! They are in repair business and he spent time to “repair” my pump, I need to pay him. I drove home with a sense of guilt. I will take all my business to him going forward because you simply can’t find this kind of service nowadays!Thank you Martin !
