Loved it! took my iPhone 5s in for a glass repair and they did a fantastic job. I came in on a Groupon special for $79 i think to which was far less than what everybody else was asking for. the repair literally took 35 minutes and I was on my way. if your want a excellent screen repair go check these guys out for sure.

Purchased from Groupon and still asking for another $40. Drop the price to $25 but still trying to add installation fee for $15 and showed me that was a good deal and even he pulled out a calculator to justify the price. Lol. This guy is annoyingly stupid and will rip you off. Good thing I didn’t have my iPhone repaired on this place after I read the other reviews.

Excellent Service! they did an amazing job fixing my iphone 4s. I brought in my iphone 4s cracked screen repair. I took about 40 minutes and i believe i paid like 50 bucks. really great price and even better service. I would be using them again for sure.

Bought a groupon but said I needed to fix the lcd or whatever it is for extra cost but was not damaged. Screem cracked just sitting in my pocket after three weeks. Touch screen doesnt work well. Cant do the pressure touch and now for some reason it says my battery needs be serviced when it was fine before.

Found this place through craigslist. Drove 40 minutes out of my way and they were closed. I thought maybe they were just running a bit behind. Nope! They say they open at 10. I got there at 10:08. I waited until 10:55. Still not open. Of the numbers listed for this place, one does not accept incoming calls and the other is busy or no one answers. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I dont recommend this place, they did a very poor job on my phone. He fixed my screen and left my phone opened. I took it to the Apple Store and they told me he didnt even put the screws on and lost them. I paid $250 for a horrible, horrible job.

The new owners are really nice. Told me what it was and how much (broken iPhone screen) and thats what it was. I think old bad reviews are from previous owners reputaion. I would recommend! And it took less than an hour.

This place is a complete joke! I took my iPhone there to get the screen repaired (cracked screen that still functioned perfectly). They replaced the cracked screen with some cheap screen, had fingerprints inside the glass, scratches on the new screen, and it hardly worked (I could tap several times and it wouldnt register; I would literally miss calls because I couldnt answer them from the screen). Fortunately I got a new work phone and dont use that phone any longer, otherwise Im not sure how I couldve fixed it. Bottom Line: do NOT give these scam artists your business.

Please avoid this place!!! They did the exact same LED scam to me. And you cant get your money bank through your bank because these people force you to pay with your debit card as opposed to credit. My keyboard does not work well and I gave them 2 chances of fixing it. After they mess it up, they will ask you for more money to fix another part. Please beware of this place full of crookes. The only reason they have 5 star reviews is because they are writing them themselves.

They are horrible! I go to get my Note 2s screen fixed, they took the whole day to mess it up! There was only a surface crack I come to pick it up before they closed on a Saturday and they rushed it. The screen was not correctly even with the surface of the phone and the whole bottom side of my keyboard didnt work..I come back at open on Monday(10am) they had my phone until 5 and didnt notify me to pick it up. I get the phone back and theres air bubble in between my screen and LCD, on top of that I barely find out that theres glue in my headphone jack. Im going back tmw to get that fixed or my money back seriously! Im in college at The University of Texas at San Antonio for Computer & Electrical engineering and I know its not that much trouble. I literally watched a YouTube video and saw the procedure done numerous times and they couldnt get that right. I dont recommend them AT ALL!

IPad never worked the same again. The whole touch screen functionality is bizarre and makes it non functional. At this point, Im sure Apple wont touch it for any amount of money. If you need help turning your Apple products into expensive paper weights, by all means, bring it here.

AVOID THESE CROOKS! They had my phone (iPhone 5) 3 times and each time it came back worse. I wish I had done a little research before I bought the Groupon. Please learn from these review and dont do business with them. All I had was a hairline crack on the screen but I bought a Groupon thinking I would benefit by replacing it but instead I now have a non working screen on the phone!

Off to a terrible start.It is Sunday, November 29, 2015 at 3pm. Their Google page says they are open. I drive all the way to their place of business to find they are closed.Purchased a Groupon to use here...anticipate this could be a terrible experience.

Never Never go to this store. I bought coupon from Groupon $89 for fixing IPad broken screen. When I got there, the guy at reception told me I should pay $40 more for replacing a new cable, (In fact you can check it from amazon, you can see the cable and screen are connected together and just $20.) Anyway, I paid that $40. 40mins later, he brought me a dark screen IPad, I cant turn it on. That guy told me I need wait 2 or 3 Hours unitl the glue to dry. I waited for whole afternoon, I still couldnt tune it on, so I brought it back to that store. They kept my IPad and told me came back next day. I did, but they said they sent it to some other place to fix, ask me to came back next day. So I called them to check on the next day before I went there, the guy put me in mute for 20 minutes and hung up the phone. When I got the store around 6pm. They gave me my IPad with HUGE gap between glass screen and case, the case was also broke. He told me thats it. I really have nothing to say, they call that FIXED. When I tested it, the screen was very bad and sometime it goes dark. Due to it is not consolidate, the glass broke again. I spent $130 make my IPad becomes trash. What can I say. If I can gave -5 starts, I will. I will upload my FIXED IPad pictures for everybody knows about this Perfect store. Never Never be cheated again. PS. You can return the coupon to Goupon. Dont be treated by them

I wished I read the review before buying the groupon deal. I paid $69 for the sceen repair. They asked for another $40 for the LCD. I am ok with that. After an hour the tech came out with my iphone 5 with a black spot on the screen he told me it will be disappear after two hours. Now my phone is still have the big black spot. I will call them tomorrow to see if they are willing to replace the screen again.. I paid over $110 for this. I expected better job.

This place will try to scam you. The repair job was awful. They ruined my iPhone5. They only accept debit because they try to scam you and you can not use your CC companys scam protection for debit.

This place is nightmare! The tech will toy with your phone! If youre taking it for an screen replacement. I took my 2 samsung s3 for an screen replacement since they advertised on Craiglist and even confirm with the guy. After done fixed, it cost $129, because of labor included(screen only not lcd). I have to keep coming back for the 5th time because there always something wrong with the screen, like the lcd inside crack, front camera got glue struck on it for both phone. Taha (manager) cant never be firm and honest with you on the time frame waiting, always wasted my gas and lunch time from driving back and forth for several times. Their tech is TOTALLY inexperience. If I was able to look this place on yelp then I wouldnt got tricked into this horrible place. YOU CANT EVEN FET TOUR REFUND BUT HAVE TO STRUCK WITH DRIVR BACK AND FORTH TO BABYSIT THEM. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I GOT MORE PROBLEMS than I had when I came to this store. I got groupon and I came to this to fix my broken Sumsung galaxy screen. When I got the phone back it turns out that they damaged LED screen and they wanted to charge me $200. During my visit I saw a lot of disappointed customers with the same problems (GROUPON) There are working really stupid, not professional people.

Terrible place! Avoid at all costs! I went on 1/21/2014 to get my iPhone 5 screen replaced. First of all they showed online through craigslist that it costs $50 to replace the screen then when I got to the store they try to get me to replace the entire LCD for $115. I tell them that I only want the screen replaced for $50 and haggle me by saying that my frame also needs to be replaced and in total they will only charge me $70 for a screen and frame. I finally agree and after 1 hour the hispanic tech finishes the job and brings me my phone. The job was done so poorly that as soon as I login and try to write text messages my screen was not touch responsive and the Indian guy says thats normal and it will work in a couple hours. Well I stay in the store and I could see a black spot in the screen and I show the guy and he goes to the hispanic tech and the tech comes back saying thats the best they can do and I shouldve gotten the entire lcd replaced that came with the screen already.I ask them to replace the lcd and the tech obviously didnt want to do anymore work on my phone and said that this is the best its going to be so I leave and pay them $70. Over the next few hours my screen was still not working properly and isnt responsive to touch that well. My texts would skip letters on the keyboard. I finally took my phone to Dr.Cell phone today on 1/22/2014 and they said that I received a defective screen from that store. I am never returning to that crooked place full of people that try to rip off people. They also have a groupon out right now. Beware! I am also going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Broke my iPad home button and told me they dont keep them in stock. Still had to pay even though they broke my ipad.Rude cashier, worst service.BEWARE!!!! Also told me there was a $45 labor charge which was not stated online. Dont go here unless you want to get ripped off.
