This company doesnt even rate 1 star. Worst company on the face of the planet. They are so inept that they had my phone in 4 times for warranty repair and the last time they said I was on the hook for it costwise. In all cases LG never fixed the root problem and left my phone in a state that would not let Sprint activate it. Each time it came back on a different network, repair parts were sent over on row boats and its clear that their strategy of using offshore tech support doesnt work. Texas should be ashamed that they let this absolute travesty of a company in to Houston. Its clear from working with them that LG cant possibly make their own products. They must use a vendor base because based on the interactions Ive had, the company is a ship of fools. In my experience the Koreans are fairly competent at making things but LG is the exception to the rule. Steer clear of any LG product no matter how good the deal, no matter what the reviews say, no matter how cool it looks or the features it has....NO MATTER WHAT!! The company is a HUGE failure when it comes to tech support, service and communication.
Worst TV ever I will never buy a LG TV again, a few wees before the warranty was up I started having some issues; a vertical line up and down on the right side of the screen, then a bit after that a few lines across the bottom of the screen. I contact LG tech support, no help, I was told that the TV was out of warranty; overthought I told them I started noticing a problem about a month prior of expiration of my TV. Apparently LG does for customer service, they open a case and I was told that someone would contact me, but no one ever did. I decided to keep like it is because I spend over 2k on a TV thinking I would have a good TV for a long time, recently I contact a TV tech and he stated that he can not fix my problem. There it goes $2,000.00 in the trash, thanks LG.
Do not trust any positive reviews or ratings on LG website. Five star reviews posted before the product was released anywhere in the world. So I’ve tried posting a negative one and it’s deleted on the website. Reported to BBB.
Trash company with every appliance from tvs phones to washers. Don’t buy anything let’s boycott them.
I purchased a soundbar for my TV over Xmas and by April the equipment malfunctioned (well within warranty) and no longer would turn on. So far i have spent the end of April and all of May calling every few days after what customer service promised would be accomplished was not. To this day I am still waiting for a shipping box to send the equipment and they dont even know when i will recieve the equipment back. Being in the CS industry myself i am disgusted by the way they have handled my complaint and others for being the large company it is and millions in profit.
The problem is that Americans expect honest customer service out of a Korean company. If you reach actual U.S. based people who believe in CS you will ger,sometimes, help. It seems that the Asian culture has no concept of customer service. Even with U.S. Corporations whose CS Depts seem to almost exclusively be in the Phillipines, the reps have no grasp of the concept of helping the customer.
Worth experience any retail bussiness, hi bought refrigerator LG, UNDER WARRANTY from LG I pay Technician to come and he say can’t repair so we need to process refund. It’s been over 2 months I am calls 3 Time a week every time I call they put me on hold 1hrs or more . I am very tried they give me run around .
NO STARS. This company is awful. They hung up on me and did NOTHING about it. Products fail within months of purchase...awful
LG Stylo 4 from Boost.The phone isnt working properly. Boost will not take it back and LG will not fix it. Ive only had it 2 weeks!
