Just a fair warning to everyone about a employee named Gaby. I went in to get a new plan, two new phones, and two new lines. She added McAfee security for two lines, and she added a proxy by digits line. I did not request those services yet she put them on my account without my consent. I confronted her since I got a notification on my phone right away, and she said she will remove them. She lied, she left them on. I called customer service this morning to get rid of the unnecessary things she put on. A total of $20 extra monthly for something that I did not request or was not aware that she put on. I guess she wanted that commission or sales before the month was over. Tsk tsk

T mobile has always been one of the best phone service

I have frequented this location for a year now and Gabby is a excellent at her job. She helped me out of a bad situation December 2019 and continues to support me in whatever I need every time I come in the store. Manager material!

Every time I going to the store it’s always an issue no T-Mobile Tuesday stuff they’re always out doing today I went in to the store To get my screen Protector fixed they told me that they can mail it they are to replace it for you they need to do better with their Service

I hate T- Mobile, but let’s be honest it’s the cheapest, so you get what you pay for literally.They are always un organized, always packed some of the staff are rude and most of them need better training, I went to pay my phone bill, waited 10 min to see some one only so she can tell me she didn’t have change, like really it’s a phone store you know people come in to pay bills you should have change all the time, it’s not that difficult. I read the bad reviews and I completely agree with them they add more what u gonna pay without your consent seems like is not there first time doing it cause they sure good at slander when u point them out ya be careful

When I got my iPhone they added a line without my permission. So tell me why I was paying extra 15$ monthly for the line that no one used. Then through the process of getting my iPhone the lady said FREE case and screen protector. UMM LIES they where charging me monthly for both even tho she said free. Ain’t nothing free. The case was 30$. Who tf would buy a case for that expansive and the screen protector was hella expensive too. All they doing is stealing money from the costumers for commission. And honestly it’s mest up bc they are not even telling no one. Do not come here they will steal your money.

Sales reps dont even know what they are doing, offers promotios and at the end they say that the promotion ended yesterday, I wouldn’t recomend this location.
