Cody was kind enough to take my last minute bulk order for embroidery (since Instant Imprints in Sugarland rejected my order after messing it up).He was extremely nice and helpful and was honest with his pricing and work. Above and Beyond a Great experience. Very professional and timely with a customized baseball team hat embroidery order at a good price. Tony and All the staff were Excellent. They designed our logo from a picture sent to them and hats came out looking great. The team loves them. They were helpful from the design, to setup, to picking out the thread color to ensure we were satisfied. They completed the job in only a few days and order was actually ready a day sooner than promised. Our team and I will Definitely use Lucky for all of out embroidery needs.

This place is amazing. The service is the best around. I used to own my own print shop and I know the work it takes to do what they do. They keep their promise and always deliver on time. I would recommend to anyone.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. So I sent a graduation stole here to be customised and told him exactly how I wanted it. My dad came 2 days before it was ready and noticed this mistake. Its SUPPOSED to say The pain that *Youve* been feeling. This idiot put youre. Instead of him to call me at my phone number to make sure the English is correct, he kept printing in order for this mistake to happen. My dad told him to correct it. By the time I came 2 days later, he still did not correct it. He tried to tell me he couldnt, but this whole problem couldve been avoided if he wouldve called me BEFORE sewing just to double check. I told him to say it out loud and you tell me does it make sense? He still didnt understand what I was saying, so I only paid half of the original price and took it from him before he messes it up anymore. Its sad that I put my trust into a company who doesnt even care to check their English before they ruin someones clothing/items.

Lucky dry cleaners have no regard for their posted hours. They show up whenever. You might get lucky enough to get your dry cleaning to them. Youll be luckier to find them open long enough to get it back.
