Buyer beware. I didn’t know how much repair services should run before scheduling an after hours call. I was charged $800 for sloppy, amateur after hours repair that initially the “tech” said would work, just without the garage door opener. Found out later that the entire garage door cost $700 to install and I should have paid no more than $250 for the repair. So.. labor (really unskilled) was about $500 an hour plus parts! I paid it like a fool. These guys are thieves. Hope you learn from me.

The service for maintenance and roller replacement was quick and effective. There was a brief misunderstanding over the cost of the work due to a duplicate charge, but after mentioning it on the final bill, the cost was adjusted. I would use this company again.

Garage door wouldnt go down but would go up so I called these people. Was quoted $29 over the phone to come out and look. Ive had this problem before and the last company said it needed to be adjusted on my garage door opener knobs. The last company charged me $49 and I was good to go. These people moved my sensors up and gave me a bill of $179. Then said it was because my sensor wires was bad which I knew the wire werent the best since Ive lived here since my condo was built 10 yrs ago and Im fully aware of both the sensor lights having to be on. I believe I was ripped off because of were I stayed and what I drove, but its cool no hard feelings.... Then that night my garage door was hitting the ground too hard so I called and left messages and got no call back... Good thing about this company tho they do come right out to you...🤷🏼‍♂️
