When I bought a house, I noticed that the gas fireplace wouldnt light. So I looked around for gas service dealer companies.Calling SW Grill and Light, they showed up for the appointment on time, with a great model gas fireplace insert and got it installed and tested and has been working great - it really came in handy to help heat the living room during the Polar Vortex when the power was out, to have a room with a gas fireplace insert working! And the insert looks great when lit, even down to the glowing steel wool, looks like a real fire, its great !Be ready if the power is out in winter and you can have a gas fireplace insert option!

Outside gas lanterns needed service and repair. All done in a timely, professional, and cost effective manner. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this company from sales to installation. Gas logs look awesome and I had doors installed too. The doors were not lining up well and they took the time to make adjustments until it all worked and looked right. They showed me how to operate everything and were very friendly. At Southwest we found a gas log set-complete with grate, pan, glowing embers, lava rocks and real wood looking logs for a GREAT price! I shopped all over Houston, including at Fireplace Man up the road ( twice the price) at the big box stores and even online but this was the best value for money and included installation!!! The owner Mary was very helpful and pleasant and today ( 3 days later) they came out and installed our new fireplace on time as scheduled. They educated us on how to use the new fireplace logs and on safety too. We are VERY happy with the price, service and overall experience!!

I was happy with Southwest Light and Grill Co. when I bought my BROIL KING CROWN 20 POST in Nov. 2012.However, it took them 6 weeks to come out and service my grill and then they told me everything was not under warranty(where you put your meat was rusting,the button you push to ignite the gas was broken and the handle had melted.)I am very disappointed with their service and product.

My experience was great. Seyon was very professional on his sales visit. He promised the Installers would be here on time and they were. Guy and Tony arrived to my home on time, installed the gas log in about 15 mins and they took the time to ensure I knew how to operate it.Great service.Ken

Today in Cypress Texas we had a man coming around taping flyers for this company on doors. Not a problem. The problem came when the man went to the side of my home and peed on it. Caught on camera!!!!!!!

I do not recommend doing business with this company. I had two appointments, both of which they did not honor. When I talked to the manager, he gave me different information about when the services would be completed than I was told previously. This is not a good way to run a business. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Warranty issue has been resolved. SW Light and Grill replaced our gas logs under warranty.
